About this house rental
** For the safety of our guests and cleaner, we have adopted expanded cleaning and sanitizing practices for our home. We constantly monitor the guidance from the American Hotel and Lodging Association ("Safe Stay" standards), the CDC and Oregon Health Authority.
Unfortunately, part of our response includes the removal of unnecessary surface areas that are too cumbersome to clean. This includes books and toys. Even though the CDC has softened their stance on transmission through surface contact, we have accepted that these pose an unnecessary risk.
-------------------------------------------------------
This beautiful, clean and well kept home is just one block from the beach and the Necanicum estuary. At 2600 sq ft, this house has plenty of room for your family and friends and provides all the extras that will help you enjoy your vacation to the Oregon Coast. Guests enjoy the location as it is within walking distance to all Seaside has to offer, but far enough away to still enjoy some peace and quiet. Located on the quiet North end of Seaside, this home is just blocks from the Promenade, shops, restaurants and activities. The 12th Street Bridge, a local recreation spot for crabbing, fishing, local park and playground, is just a short walk away.
The house has five bedrooms and comfortably sleeps twelve. Sleeping accommodations include three bedrooms with queen beds, a 'kids' room with 4 twins and a spacious master suite with a king bed. One of the queen rooms is located on ground level which is helpful for any guests that cannot climb stairs. The home is well stocked and very kid friendly coming with movies, bikes, and sand toys. For those with infants, the home also comes with a highchair, a pack-n-play, and a baby-swing available so just less to pack and worry about during your getaway. This home is located on a quiet dead end road so parents can comfortably let kids out to play and ride bikes. A large three car garage coupled with three off-street parking spaces and a separate space for an RV or a boat provides more than enough space for reuniting families and friends.
The gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a six burner gas cook range and everything that you will need to make your stay as comfortable as your own home. Come enjoy this vacation home and all the Northern Oregon Coast has to offer!

This beach house is amazing. The kitchen was incredible with everything you would ever need provided for you. With five bedrooms there’s plenty of space for a large family and everything is decorated beautifully and very well kept up. It is a quick easy walk to the beach ,which is great when you have little ones. . There is lots of parking. We hope to rent this home again in the future as it is now our new family favorite.

We really appreciated the accommodations. It was perfect for the 9 adults and two kids. Large kitchen and family room made it
possible for us to eat meals together and hang out. The master bed and bath were luxurious. Thanks!

The property was exactly what our tired Hood To Coast team needed. It was exactly as it is portrayed on line and very homey.
It would help a little to have the house numbers above the garage doors otherwise you really cant see them.
Exceptional rating, for sure!.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Seaside. The house was clean, had plenty of space for our group, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great being within walking distance of the promenade and all the fun things in town but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive as well. Overall a great trip and we'd definitely stay here again when visiting this part of the coast.

So much fun in the home! Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Appliances are top notch. Rooms and beds comfy. Great space upstairs for preschooler can play.

This unit was exactly as described, or better. I have never said that before, so let that give you an idea of how well they have described this property.
We had 12 occupants sleep in the home and nobody had to use a hideaway bed in a couch. That’s kind of a big deal.
Others very strong pros:
EXCELLENTLY outfitted kitchen and laundry for large families
Proximity to the dunes. It is a very long walk to the shoreline but there is no hurry, you’re relaxing - remember!
Terrific dining table for eating or playing games, we did both.
Easy checkout requirements, nothing outlandish.
Con:
Only one, folks. The bed in the downstairs bedroom has had its day, but it is very clean. If somebody older is going to using this room bring a bed topper.
I have never left a review like this, even though we use private vacation rentals for approximately 40 nights a year. I can’t imagine why you would consider a different home.

We have stayed at this house for the last 3 years. It is perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids! We do an annual crabbing trip and this house is perfect for us. Kids love going downtown and love how close we are to the beach, only down size is that the house is very close to the sewer treatment center. So about 2 to 3 times a day you do smell the sewer.

We have stayed at this property for the last several years with friends and our children. The owners have made some nice updates in the last year, including a new sectional, flooring, and some nice kitchen organization. The house was very clean and organized. The kids room is perfect for younger children and on rainy days having the garage for kids to scooter and roller blade was great. There's a 10 min walk to the ocean or in the other direction to the inlet/actuary. We are able to walk and be to central seaside from the Prom within 10 to 15 minutes.

Owner was very quick to resolve issues we had during out stay with the refrigerator and a leaking toilet. The issues we had were out of their control and they were quick to come up with a resolution.
The bath tub in the master bath was a huge selling point for us and unfortunately we were unable to use it because the jets were very very dirty. That is my only complaint about the rental.
My family would love to book here again!

We stayed in this house for three nights. Owners are responsive and friendly. House is situated near a spot that tends to smell sulfuric on warm nights. However, the place itself is lovely and spacious. Ten of us stayed there very comfortably without getting into each other's way. Beds are comfortable, the master bedroom and bath is AMAZING, and the laundry room is very useful. Downsides include small patio area with chairs that needed a washdown, bikes and beach/camp chairs were not ready for guest use. For the price we paid, all of these things should have been in good shape. But those were the worst things. I'd recommend the place to a friend or neighbor.

We enjoyed our stay over Hood to Coast weekend. We were able to host our whole team, and it was far enough away from the commotion for those that wanted to crash, but also close enough for those that wanted to walk down to the finish. We all slept hard and comfortably, were able to do some quick laundry, then cook a great breakfast to fuel us up for the trek home.

We enjoyed our stay at this Seaside property. It’s well kept and close to the beach (1 minute walk). It had ample parking spots and beds. Definitely would consider staying again!

This is a very nice home. worked well for our family of 6 adults, one teen and one child.
The kitchen was well stocked. There were sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We were there on one of the warmest days of the year, there was no air conditioning, but the house cooled down nicely with open windows and evening breezes.
Unfortunately, the oven did not work, but the owner notified us 3 weeks prior to arrival so that we could adjust our meal plans.
The owners quickly responded to any questions we had. We would rent this home again.

We were in Seaside for a wedding. The house had plenty of room, everything we needed, and in a central location. The home was clean, well stocked, and comfortable with plenty of bedrooms, a nice living room and dining room to just hang out and mingle, and lots of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Our extended family of 11 people, including three teenagers, spent five days at Seaside and this rental was absolutely perfect. The location is at the end of a quiet street and less than a block walk to the beach, where we were able to collect sand dollars and play in the waves. The estuary is also less than a block away and a perfect place to watch the sea birds.
The rental had plenty of room for all of us with its five bedrooms and three baths. It also had a space upstairs that was perfect for the teens to hang out in. The main level kitchen/dining/living room easily accommodated all of us and the deck off the dining room was a fun bonus.
I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to fun little town of Seaside, OR.

Excellent fully equipped kitchen for large multi family use. Loved the family dining table we were able to all fit together comfortably. Has plenty of parking spaces and was glad we were able to use the extra fridge and park a couple of vehicles in the three car garage. Would definitely recommend this home for all the conveniences it offers.

The location is fantastic and the house is great for our friends group. This was the second year we stayed here for our reunion/retreat and it was nice to be able to walk into town or take a quick drive to Cannon.

The house was spacious and had plenty of rooms for situations where you need multiple bedrooms. There are also multiple open spaces in the house to congregate and is located perfectly. Close to the beach and the town.

We did have a couple of larger plumbing issues on the first day of our stay, but the host was quick to respond and send plumber. Host was available and friendly.
For larger groups, bring extra TP and towels. Only one bath towel provided per guest for the stay and limited TP.
House was clean, airy and beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great. The only suggestion for improvement would be new/updated pillows and new/updated mattresses in the small bedrooms.

Our review staying 3 nights & 4 days over Labor Day 2022 weekend. Plenty of room for 8 adults: 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Family room tv and master fireplace worked perfectly. Plenty of hot water, towels and washcloths. Great kitchen for those who cooked completely equipped kitchen. When we had some lightbulbs that needed to be replaced, we called the owner and the housekeeper stopped in quickly and changed the lightbulbs.
Plenty of dinnerware (plates, forks & spoons) and they all matched. Lotsa variety of wine and liquor glasses. Kitchen nicely stocked spices, herbs. Needs a knife sharpener stick. Nice to have two fridges.
The dining table was large enough for all 8 adults to eat together and play board games.
We hope to visit again.

We had 8 adults and 2 teens and it was totally comfortable for all of us. The house was clean and large enough. 2 refrigerators to use. The kids rooms was nice and the upstairs had an extra visiting place with 4 recliners.
We totally would stay there again. It was nice to be able to put our cars in the garage.
