This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, situated in a picturesque landscape of oaks and palms, provides the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The first floor features an airy, open floor plan with the dining area, living area, and fully equipped kitchen all in one large great room. The serene blue colored walls along with the coastal décor create a tranquil setting that will make you feel right at home.

The living area offers a large khaki sectional with a sleeper sofa chair and a flat screen TV. The dazzling luxury kitchen with its stunning granite counters, stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating for two, and white shaker style cabinets has everything you need to prepare a scrumptious family meal after a day filled with sand and sun. The glass dining table seats six and welcomes you with its elegant place settings. Just off of the living area is a private patio ideal for reading under the shade of the beautiful live oaks. For added convenience a full bath with a single walk in shower and a washer and dryer is also located off the entryway.

Walking upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a king size bed and spacious closets. The master bedrooms, equip with a mounted, flat screen TV, offers fresh blue bedding and contemporary décor. The second roomy bedroom features two queen beds with matching white wicker headboards and colorful bedding. The newly renovated upstairs bathroom, attached to the master and right across the hall from the second bedroom, features double sinks and a beautiful white vanity with a gorgeous granite countertop.

This relaxing retreat is only a 5-7 minute walk from the pristine Amelia Island beach. Only a short walk from the villa is a community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a picnic and grilling area, and a playground. The scenic paved walk around the Forest Ridge community provides a safe recreational venue and a great place walking pets!

We had a great week, minus the daily rainstorms. The place was comfy, perfect size, convenient, and had all we needed. So thankful for the pet friendly availability. Our schnauzer enjoyed the trip also. My brother & family were in the same complex, and my sister has a place just around the corner. We were able to get a lot of family time in. The trees & grounds are beautiful! Next trip we'll try to make it to the pool & play pickleball.

The townhouse met all our expectations. It’s location in the back of Forest Ridge makes it very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach or drive to downtown. There are quite a few steps from parking lot to the unit, so could be a problem for some folks. We would stay here again. The management company was easy to work with and provided all the basic supplies you need to begin your stay.

We enjoyed the location and property was nice. It needs a little tender loving care on the outside. While we knew there was a second d floor for the bedrooms what we did not know the entrance had long approach and 3 sets of stairs. My elderly parents had difficulty but we managed. Great outdoor property for dog walking and loved the hose outside the entrance for us and the dog after the beach. Oh the walk to the beach was so convenient. So overall if you can do stairs, it’s a great place !

Our stay in Forest Ridge Village was a wonderful experience. We had an issue with the HVAC system and Amelia Island Getaways was immediately ready to help out and resolve the issue even at 11 o’clock at night. The community was quiet and the condo was nice and clean. The kiddos loved the pool and it’s a short trip to the beach. Thanks AIG for a wonderful experience!

We stayed at the property for a week and had a great time. It was very clean and a close walk to the beach. The pool is also just next door. There are plenty of areas with hoses to rinse of sand. We had a slight issue on our first day and the property managers were very quick to respond and help. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great experience at Forest Ridge. The property has beautiful live oaks, Spanish moss, flowers, and space to walk dogs. The pool and tennis courts are so nice to have access to. Our children loved looking for anoles, turtles, and even baby geese. Perfect for families with dogs.

Our stay was ok. The condo is in need of repair in every room. Cracked tile, peeling paint, mold on the ceilings, just an old place. We were only there for a short visit for a wedding nearby. Then we found a nicer place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy a short vacation before school started back. The walk to the beach was roughly 5 minutes. Traffic in the area was minimal and the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The unit was clean and the appliances were new and our neighbors were friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing I would note is to make sure you bring your own towels because there are very few in the unit. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was identical to the images. The condo was extremely clean, had everything needed to cook (even for seafood), and very comfy. We extended our stay a couple of nights even because we enjoyed Amelia Island and the accommodations. I was pleasantly surprised at how everyone was so friendly, as well. We met a couple of condo owners while there and they gave us great recommendations regarding food. Timoti's Seafood was our favorite!! The shrimp tacos were the best, we went there a couple of times (it is also extremely affordable $3 per taco I believe). I will return, probably with my son this time because I enjoyed this island and the vibe so much!

This cute condo is an excellent place to retreat from busy and complicated everyday life, and to relax in a peaceful, enriching and comfortable environment right across from the beach, next to the pool and surrounded by mossy oaks. Amelia island is quaint and the access to dining or shopping, at any level of expense, has been surprisingly easy! A shout out and thanks to all of you locals for being super kind and friendly to me and my family.

We look forward to visiting this property again. It had everything that we needed for a week of rest and relaxation. Located on well landscaped, park-like grounds, the townhouse was well decorated and comfortable, and included many thoughtful touches for a pleasant stay like lots of games and puzzles, and a well outfitted kitchen ready for preparing full meals. We enjoyed morning coffee on the private deck and evening walks to see the turtles and fish in the three ponds on site. While the beach is a relatively short walk away, there is a bigger public access point a short drive north with restrooms and outdoor shower/foot washing stations. We often drove to it when we had more beach equipment to carry. We appreciated the fast Internet, Xfinity cable, and Apple TV access. This was one of our most comfortable beach trips ever.
