About this house rental

New fully remodeled 1 bedroom condo, exactly 1 block from the beach! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This condo DOES NOT have waterview from the interior

The space

Beautiful condo located directly on the Inter-coastal with a pool.Exactly 1 block from the beach and within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together. Must be 25 or older to book, no parties.

This 1 bedroom,1 bathroom condo will sleep 4 adults or children, plus a pack-n-play for a baby! There is a pull out couch in the living room in addition to a queen size bed in the bedroom. This condo does not have waterview from inside the unit. This condo does face the front of the property.

The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, full bath, and smart tv with free Netflix.

For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable.

In the living room there is a pull out couch where you can enjoy watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our brand new grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our pool and patio all with comfortable sitting areas.

Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, microwave, kuerig, plates and utensils, 1 bedroom with queen bed, sofa bed. 2 smart tv's with free Netflix. 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay! My goodness, I had so many delays by the way with my flight before getting to Florida due to the weather. After a hectic night, I finally arrived early in the morning and upon entering the home, it felt sooo cozyyyy and super inviting. I fell asleep right away. Everything was super clean, nice decor, the deck is absolutely gorgeous, right by the beach, superb view! The hosts were so responsive. I usually don’t bother them much but I needed to contact them every now and then and they were very nice. Location was super convenient as well, beautiful area. Would love to not only come back but will also 100% recommend it to anyone! Top notch, thank you!

This little spot was perfect!! It was furnished well with everything that we needed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was so nice to walk to the back and swim during the day while the beautiful boats passed by. It also was nice sitting by the water in the evening time. We will definitely be booking again!!

We were given no toilet paper and there is black mold in every room and every vent. Needs a deep cleaning. Was also given the wrong condo that I originally paid for. Stayed in same building a couple years ago with no issues but definitely will never go back!!

Perfect location for a nice beach getaway. We loved sitting by the pool and watching the boats going around. 10 minute walk to the beach. We explored Fort Lauderdale and surrounding cities easily from here. Kids loved the pool.

My husband, our 16 year old daughter, and I stayed two nights during spring break. We were in town to visit Florida Atlantic University. We loved watching the boats in the waterway behind the property! We walked to restaurants and enjoyed a couple of laid back evenings in the back yard area. The unit had everything you would need for a day at the beach as well as plenty of towels and blankets for our stay. If you’re in the area, you can’t miss a drive through Hillsboro Beach to see the mansions and yachts. We saw some of those yachts cruise past our rental too. Very cool!

Absolutely perfect! We loved lounging by the pool area, watching the boats go by! Quick walk to the beach and having the beach wagon and chairs in the unit was a bonus! Easy walk to all of the nearby restaurants, too! The unit was tastefully decorated and very comfortable for the two of us! We loved our stay! ❤️

Loved swimming and sitting around the pool watching all the yachts and boats going by. Very short walk to lots of great restaurants and the beach. We had a little problem with the shower and Marylin had someone there right away and had it fixed. Hopefully it is available next time we are able to make it down that way. Would definitely recommend it.

Overwhelming smell when you walked in because of the air freshener, liked the modern feel but the communication with property owners was poor and very passive and if I’m being honest kinda sassy. Felt like it was a bother when you were simply just letting them know of something when a simple ‘thanks for letting me know’ would’ve sufficed over a ‘thank you for pointing that out I guess.’ Just kinda childish.

Loved the location in reference to the beach and being right on the canal. Nice inside and the host was fabulous. Only negative is haveing to share a pool with 4 other units, but if you stay at the beach like we did, it doesn't matter. Only 15-20 from the Ft Lauderdale airport. Would definitely stay again.

Was a little smaller then i thought but it was cozy for me and my wife and 2 kids. Kids loved watching all the boats going by while in the pool. The couch bed wasn't very comfortable so i just made the kids sleep on it. Problem solved. A/C work great and it was very comfortable inside. They provided everything we needed for the beach including back pack beach chairs that were super easy to carry. They even had a cooler to use. The beach cart doesn't go through sand very good so i would leave it and use the chairs.you can pack your stuff inside them. It was a short walk to the beach. I caught 32 fish out back . Its a nice little fishing spot. Dont try to bobber fish. Use weights and fish off the bottom and you will be busy all day. Use squid not shrimp. Shrimp does not stay on very long. Over all a very clean and comfortable place with everything you need for the beach.i will definitely rent again. Also the free washer and dry came in handy with all the wet cloth. i would like to make some suggestions is 1 get a real coffee maker and ditch the keurig. Not strong enough coffee for me and didn't work very well. 2 put a secondary lock on the door so it can be locked at night and cant be open if someone figures out your code. 3 put some fishing pole holders on the dock so you can use a few poles to fish.and maybe some railings so kids cant fall off the dock. I was very paranoid about one of my knuckle heads falling off of it.if thats even possible. Thats it the cstay

Wouldn't recommend staying. Misleading ad. Rude property managers who refused to even talk to me after questioning about refund because we were unhappy with the location of the unit that was listed waterfront. The unit was street side. We didnt stay and this owner caused us financial hardship because of his deceiving post.

Despite the bad/rainy weather during our visit we had a great time. Easy walk to the beach and some great restaurants near by. (100% recommend Flamingo Seafood). The internet was fast and allowed me to work remotely. Kitchen had all the needed utensils, etc. Beach chairs, cooler, etc were also available for use. Everything seemed very clean. I would definitely book it again, and hopefully the weather would be better so we could enjoy the back pool and surrounding area better :)

We arrived quite late and spent 80% of our stay sleeping but it was a nice stop before we moved further south. The outdoor pool area is quite nice and it was fun to watch the boats on the canal. There is a fantastic organic market about 1 mile away called Living Green Fresh Market. The breakfast sandwiches were amazing. Hosts for this unit were quick to respond and helpful with last minute questions. We didn't have time to explore the ocean front but the location was great and we had all of the amenities we needed.

This was our second time staying here. The unit is very nice, and clean. The view from the intercoastal is beautiful. Walk to the beach, Pier & Restaurants. This time we used the pompano Circuit as well, which is a free ride through out pompano (download the app). There were a few issues that arose, though the owners/management were very responsive and took care of everything; which is all you can ask for. We have rented many places through the years and I have found that someone responding quickly and addressing concerns, is of the most importance. We are returning next year! Love Pompano Beach!

My husband saw a manatee off the dock edge! While the unit is a walk through a courtyard and around back the pool was clean and refreshing with a patio that had plenty of comfy seating in the shared space with other unit guests. It is an adorable unit, nicely redone!

Intracostal location with great view. Small pool and was not filtering properly. The unit was overall clean and well maintained. We did have ants on the counter top by the sink so we had to keep food away from that area. The room had plenty of space but lacked places to put clothing- had to leave everything in suitcase. Furnishings were comfortable. Overhead fan in bedroom could not be used as it made sound and was loose.

A very nice accommodation. Since we unfortunately had some thunderstorms spread over the days during our 6 days in Pompano Beach, we really appreciated the pool area with the wonderful view of the river, as we could be back in the apartment quickly in case. It is not directly adjacent, but is only a few feet away.
