Clean and easy to get to. Staff was super nice and helpful! The girl at the front desk knew why we were in town and welcomed us back after our show and even asked if we enjoyed ourselves. It was awesome that she remembered us! Oh and breakfast was great!!

Family enjoyed the complex

Rooms were very nice. Rooms and everywhere we went was very clean. Kids liked the pool. Close to Hershey Park in a quite area. Very fun play area with the games and game tables. Staff was great.

Hitting shins on the end of beds since bed bases were bigger than mattresses.no microwave in room and fridge with no freezer. Second day only one pancake station so took about 20 minutes in line to make pancakes. Small selection of breakfast items. It was good food though.

A beautiful area. The location of the motel was easy to get to and very well kept up!

I had a couple of requests that were granted immediately. I have trouble laying flat in bed to sleep and so I usually end up in the recliner at home. They brought me a different chair (other than the little desk chair that was in the room) and I was able to get rest.

Very pleased overall.

We will be back!

It was clean and in a great location. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great.

The pool was cold and the clean and dirty towel area was very unorganized.

Clean, comfortable and well located to attraction and great dining.

We loved having a space where kids can relax and have access to games for all ages. Breakfast was delicious and the options were great!

the pool area was unfortunate. We picked this facility for the pool and lounge area. The pool was very cold (the front desk person told me they were waiting on a part to fix the issue). The breakfast was very unorganized and chaotic. So many people trying to get eggs and sausages from one pot. Unsanitary and unsafe. Also we hung the do not disturb sign on our door and when we came back there was someone in our room.. new towels and wash clothes in our room that’s why we know they were there. They put the do not disturb sign back in the inside of the room.. weird!

Clean room with nice shower. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the scrambled eggs and pancake machine. Location was very convenient. Local pizza place was very good with quick delivery.

Couldn’t have found a more friendly, clean or comfortable stay anywhere else.

Clean facility, excellent, breakfast variety ,Super friendly staff, very convenient to areas that we want to visit.

Showerhead needed to be replaced. it was like a waterfall without the force. Removable showerhead would have been nice. Specially, when you Have to bathe someone that can not bathe themselves.

Picked this hotel for its location. Came for shopping and a hockey game, about a 5 minute drive from both.

Our room was dirty upon arrival, hair all over the bathroom and the floor was filthy. Room was very small, standard size I know, no microwave in the room, the bed covers were way too small for the bed and the bedding was super thin, not ideal for mid January nights.

Enjoyed our overnight stay

The Morning staff were all so friendly & went out of their way for us. The coffee was the best hotel coffee we’ve had & was there consistently & hot, which is rare, but means a lot to us! breakfast was organized, very clean & delicious with enough choices for a quick meal. Room was very clean with refrigerator & all the little things we needed for the night. Convenient for Hershey Park visit.

The space In the room for a family. There was really no "closet" space. Toiletries given were not appropriate for families staying there. Makeup wipes was the only Toiletries there other than expected towels n toilet paper. Need more options for breakfast but it was decent

Clean and friendly staff

Everything went well with our stay. Was only one night but was clean, lysol wipes available throughout hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Even with covid-19 a hot breakfast was available even though it limited.

Not about the property - I did not like the room they put us in. We were on the 1st floor by the exit and the stairway. It was so loud because everyone was using the stairs and you just hear the door closing at all hours of the day and night. If I had known better I would have asked for a different room. Also, no bacon at continental breakfast!! Sad.

Clean, cozy, welcoming environment.

Extremely fast and seamless check in, room is exceptionally clean from floors and surfaces to bathroom to linens, perfectly placed clean desk and open storage area, no carpet (soft laminate instead, ideal for those with allergies), bathroom is spotless with spacious shower. both shifts of front desk staff are immediately available, helpful, and friendly. Lobby area is clean and cozy, perfect for an evening tea with a friend or for older kids to hang out.

The only thing that was missing in a bathroom for us is the ventilation exhaust switch to get rid of humidity after shower faster.

Sweetest Place to stay in Hershey

The front desk gentleman and breakfast lady were above and beyond kind. Breakfast was to be finished at 9 but on Thursday the hostess in charge allowed most of the items to remain past 10 am which blew me away! The hotel was super clean and so close to all of the attractions!

Hotel was bright, cheery with helpful staff.Price,breakfast & pool made stay comfortable .

Location was close to Hershey Park. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Pool was great for our grandsons.

Bed in room 210 , closer to door was very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of on one side. Both sides of bed need nighttable for glasses, phone, water, book etc.

Like a microwave and coffee maker in room. When traveling with children, it's nice to be able to heat food and have that first cup of coffee in the morning while they are still sleeping.
