Everybody was great! Nick and Graci were so helpful and Katie made sure my special surprise was ready to go by the time we arrived to our room. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted!

The property was beautiful. I have never been in a cleaner hotel. Also it is so close to all of the shops and restaurants, no need to use your car. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Concierge options and hospitality. Room decor. Sizeable bathroom. Food availability and variety of options. Check in process and being acknowledged for my honors status. Kate @ concierge services had a lot of great options to help make our stay memorable for a special occasion. She went above and beyond!
It was fabulous! Next time I will look for a room with a bathtub.

Great location in the middle of Lititz. You can walk to all the interesting things in town.

No breakfast included. Coffee in the lobby was pretty good coffee.
The hotel rooms have no sound protection. Other guests (kids) in hallway are very loud and construction outside was very loud both very early in the morning. Windows must be single pane glass.

The atrium smells like chocolate—after over 100 years of chocolate-making on-site. The rooms are very spacious, and the industrial chic decor is beautifully executed. The restaurant was under construction, so we missed that. However, we will definitely return this fall. Fabulous location gives you walkable access to charming downtown Lititz.

Location can't be beat, rooms are comfortable and cozy, decor hip and historical, staff friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay here when we come to town!

We have traveled all over the world and The Wilbur is in our Top 3 best hotels ever! We have very high standards for cleanliness, comfort and customer service and The Wilbur and staff exceeded all. We will 100% be back and recommend to our friends and family!
Our stay was 100% perfection. There was nothing we did not like. Although the onsite restaurant was undergoing renovations during our stay and was closed, Joey at the desk recommended The Tomato Pie Cafe for breakfast and it was amazing!

Excellent location within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly, as was the concierge who reached out in advance of our arrival to let us know about a renovation taking place at the on site restaurant. Great stay!

the pillows, they are dated, nobody uses goose feather pillows anymore, I had a neck ache every morning, fluffy looking, but when you awake your pillow is flat as a pancake, update pillows!!!!!

I didn’t like that the lights at night with all of them on (besides the bathroom) made the room very very dim and could barely see in the evenings in the room. So overall the rooms could use better lighting.

The location and the appearance of the room
The walls seemed like paper as everything can be heard in the room. Had people walking around and talking at 1030-1100 which was unfortunate as it woke up the group.

The best small town. Friendly. Treated like we mattered. Incredible renovations to a historic landmark. We will be back! Thank you Hilton and those that work at this location. The restaurant was top notched.

the rooms were loud. they know the music is loud from the restaurant so they put a noise machine in your room which is awful. not ideal with kids! didn’t offer any compensation and pillows were awful; had no support. very dry rooms.

LOVELY room, just the right size. King bed super comfy, pillows not overstuffed like in some hotels. Very comfortable sleep.
Staff exceptionally friendly, everything super clean. Already booked another stay!
No night light in bathroom; the switch has a lighted spot on it to find in the dark but you still need to turn on the light to see at night.

The staff were nothing short of awesome and warm! I would continue to come back even it is just for an amazing nights sleep. From the time I walked in to when I walked out, this hotel filled me up with good energy.
