Location. Nice and big
The furniture is old. Luckily I was told about the broken leg of the sofa. The crockery especially chipped mugs! Shame as it is a nice classy apartment

LOCATION AND FACILITIES ARE AMAZING. OUR CHILDREN THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE POOLS.
WE EXPREIENCED PROBLEMS WITH THE FLOOR. WE ARRIVED TO AN EXTREMELY WET TILED AREA. WE THOUGHT THIS WAS INITIALLY FROM THE CLEANERS BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUED. WE CONTACTED THE AGENTS TO BE ADVISED IT WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE A/C IN THE UNIT BELOW AND JUST HAD TO WAIT IT OUT UNTIL THEY ADJUSTED THE TEMP. THIS MADE OUR FIRST THREE DAYS DIFFICULT AS WE HAD TO WALK ON TOWELS CONTINIOULSY AS THE FLOOR WAS DANGEROUS AND SLIPPERY. OUR DAUGHTER SLIPPED AND HURT HER LEG. THE AGENTS KINLDY PROVIDED EXTRA TOWELS FOR OUR USE BUT WE LITERALLY HAD TO STAY OUT OF THE UNIT AS MUCH A SPOSSIBLE FOR THE FIRST FEW DAYS WHICH WAS INCONVENIENT. THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE ADRRESSED BY THE OWNERS

These apartments are beautiful, well maintained and clean. Fantastic location and easy to get to. Our stay was so comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed.
Only 1 parking spot for 3 bedroom apartment.

Privacy, roominess, warm pool
Wifi was poor

Location
Apartment was pretty grubby. One of the bedroom tvs didn’t work, main bed A/C not working, glasses and Cutlery were filthy, WIFI didn’t work at all.

Great location and the rooms were so spacious! The pool and facilities were so clean and private.

The property was very good indeed we stayed in another apartment 1207 last year. 25m pool is excellent.
Apparent 1124 which we chose this time have been the same but had been poorly maintained. Broken toilet seat, many lights out, not a cup or plate that matched. It was also not very clean. We had to clean everything before use. Reception at Paradiso hotel (key pickup) were also quite rude
4.1
Took a little hunting to find the agent's reception desk to pick up the key. down a little "alleyway" that didn't seem to follow the street numbers.
4.1
Beautifully presented property and grounds
Close to beach , restaurants and public transport
The spa bath was greatly appreciated
Nothing

The apartment was large and contained many amenities. It was reasonably clean.
We were told we had an ocean view but we could only see coastal bushes from the balcony. The apartment didn't provide face washers and it would have been helpful to have had additional bath mats and hand towels.
The apartment needed certain things replaced - rubbish bin in small bathroom and bedroom carpets were worn and stained in various places.
4.1
Location great but poorly managed
No key on site. 12 mins away and given WRONG KEY. No apology. Just"my bad!"
I then had to repack my car and return to pick-up correct key!.
Place dirty and greasy, towels badly stained, sugar and coffee packets mouldy.
Management agency obviously careless and indifferent. So frustrating and ruined the start of our holiday
Apartment complex nice, amenity staff v friendly
4.1
Location was beautiful
Complex was clean and tidy and well cared for
Amenities suited our family
Not crowded or busy
The one supermarket in walking distance is very pricey
so we travelled in to town by car to purchase supplies
4.1
Great location, lovely complex. Apartment had all that we needed.
Access was a little hit and miss. Fobs worked majority of the time.

No breakfast,location terrific
Nothing I didn’t like

The apartment was very spacious and had a great view of the pool. Pool facilities were fantastic. The location is close to restaurants, small set of shops and walking tracks. The beds were quite comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay, but a few extra towels and tea towels, dishwashing liquid, bigger platters for entertaining, and bigger bin liners wouldn't go a stray. The cleaner turned up early on check out day unexpectedly.

The location and the size of the apartment was amazing..
I was texted at 1.20 to be told that checkin was pushed back till 3/3.30. I rang to ask if that could be any earlier as we were coming from Brisbane and already on the way and had a baby with us and I was told would be close to 2pm. My son went in to the chechin desk at 4pm and was told the apartment was now ready. So 2 hours after checkin. The apartment was far from clean there was a dead roach in the hall near the bathroom, cobwebs on the corners of the ceiling and we weren't left any hand towels or washers and only 1 bathmat.
The fridge water and ice dispenser didn't work and the fridge wasn't cold.
We did get a later check out at 11am though on the Monday which was nice..

Generally excellent property and stay. Great room facilities with a well-equipped kitchen, modern TVs and appliances, good wifi, effective air-conditioning and strong water pressure. Access to the full Peppers resort is a bonus with the option of two pools plus the undercover private spa and BBQ on the roof area of the room, and very easy access to the beach, nearby park and lots of dining options at Salt Village (the Thai and pizzas were excellent), with an good Coles supermarket only a few minutes away too. Easy secure parking and luggage trolleys. Coffee machine in the reception area of the Bale building was a nice touch. We had stayed in apartments in the Bale building in the past, and this unit seemed less "tired" than others with lots of nice little touches and maintenance of the place generally seemed good.
Booked via Kingscliff Accommodation and only given one swipe key to enter the room (we had booked 3 adults, so receiving 2 keys seemed a reasonable expectation to me?), had to contact them multiple times to follow this up and only recevied the second key on the 4th day of our stay - though it was eventually delivered to our room which was appreciated. The bed in the main bedroom was probably past its best, felt a bit saggy and springy to me. We stayed in April and both main pools (Bale and the main Peppers resort pool) were just slightly too cold to be comfortable to swim in for long unless you stayed active, but I'm a Queenslander so if you're from a colder climate possibly it would be ok. Buffet breakfast was only ok quality for $35 a head, in the end we grabbed some fresh bread and pastries from the patisserie in the village and that worked nicely.

A wonderful stay at the most beautiful, spacious, well-appointed apartment. Loved the jacuzzi and upstairs rooftop space. Beautiful view and great space to spend time as a group. Comfortable and large apartment. Will most definitely return.
Collecting keys from another location - 8min down the road. Friendly reception but just a bit inconvenient. From 2 of the bedrooms, we could hear a bit of outside noise during the night, but that's probably more on inconsiderate neighbouring guests.
4.1
Only one key worked which meant the group had to go everywhere together
Lift signage ti the numbered apartments was non existent .. We ended up going up 3 different lifts before the correct one
4.1
Big apartment, great location with nice pool.
The apartment is advertised as luxury but was very dirty and put a damper on our stay.
4.1
great location, super spacious apartment
the bins were full in the kitchen and every bathroom from the previous people.
on the day we received one key and there were 4 adults staying. made it extremely difficult to leave the apartment because you need the fob to get down the lift.
we had no soaps, shampoo or conditioner
the staff handled the situation poorly
and gave us 2 soaps and 2 shampoos and conditioner for 4 adults and said that not everyone gets a soap. There was 3 bathrooms at this place.
4.1
The apartment was very roomy and comfortable - would have been excellent for a longer stay
It was hard to find where the apartment was at first. The keys and tags were not explained to us how to use as there were a number of tags attached to the key ring. We eventually worked it out.
4.1
Very spacious unit. But the bed needs replacing. Its getting old and is ridiculously low down like a futon.
They could only provide one set of keys. The first two sets didn't work and we had to drive back to Kingscliff to get them changed, which was a pain as we had to constantly consider who would need the keys at any point in the day. Then the agents had the audacity to say it would be a $250 fee if we locked ourselves out!
4.1
the location
The property wasn’t cleaned properly, we were given no directions from the receptionist on how to get into the property and when I tried calling them over 15 times on 2 different numbers I didn’t get any response (it was within business hours). We were lucky that someone from Salt resort helped us find the property even though it’s not their job! I had 4 people with intellectual disabilities in the car who became extremely stressed, each one had a major melt down because they were so excited to be on their holiday and we couldn’t find it for over half an hour. It has been 5 days and I still haven’t been contacted back, even though we left multiple messages!
I also asked for 2 rooms with 2 single beds in them and that wasn’t done. Myself and the other carer ended up having to seperate them ourselves, whilst trying to care for our 4 disabled clients!
The shower in the first bathroom leaks and there was water all over the bathroom floor.
There was also no bin liner in the bin!
It’s outdated and not very luxurious at all.
I will never stay here again and can’t believe we were charged over $750 for 1 night.
