This hotel was really clean the staff was awesome was able to check in early and they went above and beyond to make our stay nice they have a pool and a fitness center and only able to enter with room key card

I myself have a fake leg and the bathrooms in the room could use a little more to help when in the shower they are slick and can fall easy and could use something to hold when exiting she shower so u do not fall as the tile is slick when wet

Good for the money.

The staff was responsive to my needs. They were helpful immediately, whenever it was possible. If not, they gave me a time frame in which they would help me and they honored it.

There were a number of small maintenance issues. The worst one was the shade in my room had not been charged, so I couldn't raise it. I didn't spend a lot of time in my room during the day, so it was not much of an incovenience

Good location

The hotel was easy to find. The rooms were updated and modern. The staff was great. Good location and close to stores and restaurants.

The swimming pool was a bit small and always crowded, so we were unable to use it.

Nice and clean. Lots of parking space. I liked that the pool is less than 5 ft deep, my son was able to move around it without me worrying that he’d accidentally go into a deeper part. Breakfast was also very good.

It would be nice if there’s an outdoor space where we can sit and eat breakfast during a nice weather, but not a big deal.

Great option for a comfortable stay close to Franciscan Hospital Michigan City!

This facility is new, bright, clean & convenient to the nearby major hospital in the area! The staff is nice AND the rooms are laid out in an efficient & traveler-oriented manner! I’m retired now, but spent years of my professional career in hotels around the country, and this is a traveler’s delight! Great bed, lots of outlets & charging stations, nice lighting, good shower, and plenty of other comfort & convenience features.

I think the facility is overpriced for a Holiday Inn Express in a minor Midwest location. I enjoyed everything about my stay, but $150+ per night in Michigan City, Indiana is a bit extreme, in my opinion. I was there, unfortunately, due to family admitted in the nearby hospital, which is about three minutes away. The location is fantastic, the hotel & hospital are both new & top-notch, but the price is probably a bit opportunistic?
