They never could get a key to work except for their master key. Said we could just call them every time we need to get in our room. The place was filthy. Like what you would expect if the place were abandoned. Nothing worked and was broken or in bad condition. We had asked for a nonsmoking room and the entire floor from the moment we got off the elevator smelled like a giant ashtray. People lived there and the cops were there…. Very uncomfortable and unsafe feeling.

Nothing. I did not feel safe. The desk person was very nice, and cancelled my reservation without charging me. That place was creepy

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER CONSIDER STAYING HERE!! The place was absolutely disgusting and nothing like I’ve ever seen or dealt with. The moment I pulled up to the hotel, I immediately knew I was not staying here. The outside was absolutely disgusting and looked nothing like the pictures. The front door was broken off, there were sketchy people walking all around doing drugs. While I waited in the parking lot, I even saw a drug deal happen right in front of my eyes. I decided to not even check in because I knew the inside would be even worse and I did not feel safe staying there just based on the area. I booked at a different hotel and had no complaints. Right when I left to go to a different hotel I called booking.com on the way to let them know what happened and that I wanted a refund. I’ve been trying to get a refund from value stay for over a week now. Every time booking.com calls them they either don’t answer or the manager who is the only one that can process a refund is conveniently not there. Ive never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. And how Value stay is handling the situation speaks volume to the type of hotel they are. I hope no one ever stays here because you will be disappointed and good luck getting in contact with anyone. I’ve never written a review in my life but this is my last resort as no one is reaching out. Booking.com has done their best to help with the situation but there’s nothing they can do if no one is responding. All I want is my money back it shouldn’t be that difficult!

The whole staff is messy and gossips. And they move people in room that people died in very fast.

Having a smoking room. Oh and the hot water...
The roaches. The room was old and could use a good wipe with some good house cleaning supplies. Some baking soda and hot water would clean the walls from all the tar on walls from smoking so much. Plus it would keep the small of smoke away. The sink in the bathroom had paint up from someone try to cover a brunt mark up. Which just made it look wrost. The roaches was in the cabinet and it has a roach also. I stay there s quite a few times and this past trip there was awful..

Bugs were crawling everywhere. There was a roach in my hair. Its hard times right now so I sucked it up and became grateful for a roof over our heads. It was quiet there I can honestly say that so I guess thats a good thing
The roaches where everywhere. I went to wash my clothes and I was greeted with a number of baby roaches. They just had to have hatched 🤢🤮...🧯please use

What I don’t like… are Cockroaches everywhere. This made the cigarette burns on the blankets seem tolerable 🤮
This hotel was infested with cockroaches. It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Even for $54 a night I did not expect this. The beds were like military cots (uneven, flimsy, and very uncomfortable in the game). They came with the cheapest blankets I have ever experienced. They had cigarette burns all over them, even though I was in a non-smoking room. The shower leaked loudly. The pillowcases and sheets had clear stains on them. The first 30 minutes I was in the room, I asked the front desk to replace the sheets and blankets. She said somebody would bring them to my room. Three hours later, no one came, or ever did. The cockroaches started coming out once the sun went down. And I knew I had to get my stuff and leave immediately! This was the dirtiest room I had experienced, and I had the manager double check the cleanliness before I even entered the room. The outside appearance of the hotel was also dirty, and the entrance glass was broken. There are a lot of people in the hotel that have a sketchy, addict appearance. I wanted a cheap comfortable night in a hotel, but it obviously wasn’t worth it. I got a great $98 military rate at the Hampton, where I should’ve started. The customer service definitely lacked. You could always see someone sitting in the corner and they just listen to you ask for help, you have to call the front desk number to make them stand up and assist. The only positive I have is that they didn’t even question me asking for a refund.

The stay at front desk did a good job in check-in.
The bed seem to be half broken. There were roaches all over the room. The walls were very filthy and have human excretion on it. The pillar all has human excretions on them. The room has foods and other garbage on the floor. The chemical that they sprayed in the room to deorderized it left an odor in my clean items. The refrigerator needed to be changed.

The manager of the hotel tried to say I was stealing or committing fraud when I was paying for my room. So much so I had to prove it was my card I was paying with. Also DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARDS HERE YOU WILL BE TRIPLE CHARGED ON YOUR CARD. fighting the bank now about the extra charges.

I liked the location. It was close to food and shopping. I didn't hear guests unless they were outside in front of my window. They have great security measures. You can enter the lobby without a guest key card. You need a keycard to go any further than the lobby. I was shown the room before I had to pay. I was briefed with the rules, and given a number to call if I needed anything. You don't have to worry about anyone being in your room during your stay. Had 5 vending machines, 1 with Sandwiches, 2 with Beverages, 2 with snacks. The machines took cash and cards. I do plan on visiting again, but next time I want the check out the Main Motel and not the Extended Stay.
This is the first place that I have visited that didn't have an iron and Ironing Board or a Coffee Maker.
