One of the nicest one bedroom ground floors at Las Palomas and definitely the one-bedroom condo that is the closest to the beach, guaranteed.

We are also proud to own Coronado 102 (https://www.vrbo.com/465007?unitId=1048118) just steps away from Coronado 105 in phase 2 of Las Paloma’s!

Enjoy the King size bed in the master room, an additional bunk bed with full size beds for children and a sofa bed in the living room.and all the nice amenities that Coronado 105 has to offer. Park right outside the front entrance of your condo (or use the Underground Parking if you prefer). Access the Jacuzzi or the pools or the beach.... just a few steps from your patio door! And also enjoy the amenities that Las Palomas Beach and Golf resort has to offer: Infinity pools, lazy river, family Jacuzzi, adult Jacuzzi, heated pools, room service, daily cleaning in the only true resort in Puerto Penasco, Rocky Point.

This condo features an additional bunk room, this allows our guests to choose from the 3 sleeping areas : 1. Master Room with a king size bed. 2. Bunk room with 2 double bunk beds or 3. the sofa sleeper with a full size mattress.

The place was exactly what we needed for our family. The location at the resort couldn't be better. if we go back we would like to stay at the same place. Close to all pools and beach.

We loved our room and it's location. The room was very nice and had plenty of space with the room, pull out bed and bunk bed room. It was very conveniently located next to the parking, elevators, bbq, and the patio put you right next to the ramp to go down to the beach. We really enjoyed the convenience of the room. The only issue we had was that the listing says it allows 5 people, but when we checked in, the hotel staff told us we needed to communicate with the owner to get approval for a 5th person. They said that it was on the rental information at the bottom. I didn't see that when looking at the listing, but I was booking in a hurry, so I may have overlooked it. Good to know for next time. FYI, if you have 5 people contact the owner for approval. Staff was super nice and friendly about it.

This unit, is exactly what i wanted. Open the sliding back door and walk to the pool in a100 feet and to the beach in 150 feet. The unit was very well kept and very clean. I will stay here again.

The place is perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was clean and the staff on hand were helpful and friendly. The beds were cozy and the kids slept great in the full-size bunk beds. The bedroom window faces out to the elevators. Unfortunately, we were woken up 2 of the nights around 3 am by intoxicated people hanging out right outside our window. The neighbors were friendly too! The property is beautiful. I love being on the ground floor :) Thank you

Everything was great, would say to include a cutting board in the condo :) other than that, it was perfect. The views and the atmosphere was incredible.

Location is great, just steps off the beach entrance making it very easy with little kids. However unit does not appear to have had any updates since originally built. Appliance are original, refrigerator went out on us while we were there and spoiled food. All furniture is original, the bunk bed feels as if it is going to fall apart when I stepped on the ladder to tuck my daughter in. All wood is very beat and scuffed up. House keeping did not come the entire time we were there, no fresh towels or turndown.

We had a blast with our family. Ground level is the way to go. It’s get loud late at because of the elevators being so close but it was spring break, so that’s understandable.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and well kept. As close as you can get to the beach amd the patio access to the property was really nice. A few appliance issues upon arrival but were fixed within 2 hours after notifying maintenance. Kitchen was well stock with all cooking essentials.

Condo was beautiful and exactly what is shown as. Location of ground floor condo was AMAZING. The convenience of 1st floor is soooo nice. Especially with a little one. I don’t have one complaint or bad thing to say. We enjoyed everything!

Condo was great as was the resort. Unfortunately the resort is conducting major renovations and I couldn’t use my patio because of ropes from above, ladders, debris and workmen on the patio! Renting a ground floor unit is supposed to be a plus, but not this trip. Should either notify renter of renovations or not rent the property during renovations. I would not have rented this unit had I known of the renovations!

This is a ground for floor property, right in front of the pool and bar! Sleeps six easily. Totally nice condo and upgraded! You get maid service daily as well!! Loved this VRBO!

My wife and I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the close access to the beach and pool. The elevator is nearby so you could get to the parking garage easily. Housekeeping was very attentive and we enjoyed the pool bar and restaurants in the complex.
