The property was of a high standard and accommodated 4 couples comfortably. Very clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable and communication with manager can’t fault.

A family of adults spent a week in this lovely house. It was well equipped, in particular the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were well set out and comfortable, with warm bedding and electric blankets for the cool nights. The kitchen and living area were warm, comfortable and homely and a lovely place for us to gather, along with the decking (when the weather was suitable). The location was lovely; peaceful and quiet, set on a large block amongst the trees with birds and kangaroos regular visitors. Kate was a very attentive host. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Kate's home to other large groups.

Just perfect for 5 older females getting together for a catch up
Property was perfect for our needs. Lots of space to hang out altogether or go to other parts of the house for "me time". Very clean, well stocked with crockery & cutlery. Lots of cut wood logs for the fire. We all thought it was a great place to stay. The bar has been set for our next get together

Great for Family Group
Lovely location; 10 mins to beach and 10 mins to Dunsborough. Grounds needed attention - and disappointment that there is no stream on the property as pictured - but it was good to have space. Very peaceful. The house was large and well equipped. It would have been useful to have a pantry. Finding space for our supplies took some juggling of spaces in cupboards and drawers. The beds were comfortable and the aircon in the family area much appreciated, though it was very hot in the bedrooms. The furniture was in good condition and the spacious and light family area totally lovely. We would visit again.

Weekend Break
We enjoyed our stay, the house was great and lots to do around the area.

Amazing venue, so close to the beach and town. The kids room was upstairs, which was problematic as our kids are 2 & 4 and the stairs were so steep, narrow and dangerous. So I found this not great. There is no bath. But everything else was amazing! So clean, big and open. Loved the location and the general feel of the complex. Definitely recommend

Great house for a weekend getaway
A really great house for our group of 8 ladies. Plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was brilliant. We had an issue with the wifi which was the only downside as with very limited phone reception it made it a bit hard at times. A great house though in a lovely, peaceful location. I would definitely stay again!

A beautiful family stay!!!
We absolutely loved our stay… The house was wonderful to utilise as a family with meals and board games. We enjoyed that as much as the activities we did around Yallinup. I will be recommended the house to friends… thank you… loved also the kitchen , with everything we needed…
One thing suggestion would be a spare doona or blanket as it was cold..
Also we booked our stay with an 11am check out and we had cleaners there at 10.30am basically saying it was a 10am checkout… She said that the booking agent had made a mistake..
We were ready to leave but would have liked them to at least wait until we had left….
Will definitely come again.

Great house, great location
Yallingup Hidden Valley house is a great house, great location. We were a party of 7, the house suited our needs perfectly. Kitchen well equipped, awesome fire, kept the house toasty. Beautiful decking overlooking the bushland. Only one slight downside, most of us didn't find our beds that comfy, but everyone has their own taste and mattress requirements. We would certainly return!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

Thoroughly recommend this property, perfect location and house very clean and tidy when we arrived.
Loved the house, so very clean, everything was there , only need to bring food! Directions to house were spot on, family of 7 adults had plenty of room to spread out. Bathrooms clean and tidy and lovely hot water. The wood fire was very well received. Plenty of wood too in the shed. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything! The property is centrally located close to Dunsborough, Yallinup and not far from Margaret River. We would love to return one day... and many thanks to Kate who was very helpful when booking and answered all our questions .

Gorgeous property amongst the bush with a fantastic layout for our a special girls catch up.
We had a great weekend away and it all started very well with Kate communicating quickly regarding our enquiry and also touching base just before our stay with added advice. Great host. The property was nestled in bush and we felt like we were the only ones in the area. The house accommodated our girls weekend escape perfectly with all nine of us having separate beds and large living area to gather in.
Thank you for your space.

Great location, the house is big enough to have more than one family. Kitchen and laundry are well equipped with everything you need. Short drive to Dunsborough and Margaret River. The surroundings are beautiful. Overall we loved our stay there and will recommend it.

Perfect Family Getaway
Great property, perfect location. Nestled in the heart of the Marg River Region at Yallingup. Easy and close access to all that you need, 15 mins to Dunsborough, 10 mins to Smiths Beach. 5 mins to the new Wild Wood Brewing Co. The house is perfect for several families. The only downside was that the whole house is not airconditioned only the living area. The bedrooms were quite warm if there wasn't a cool breeze blowing through. They did have pedestal fans for most of the rooms however if aircon is not an option then ceiling fans would be better. Kate was very responsive to any message we sent. All in all it was a lovely week spent in a little slice of heaven. I think the wood fire would be amazing in the winter.

Perfect
The house is in a beautiful peaceful location. It has everything you need and was very adequate for our needs. 3 bathrooms was perfect for 9 ladies. Close to wineries, Dunsborough and Margeret River

Fantastic
Property is secluded but easy access to main roads and Margaret River and Dunsborough regions. The amenities were great with lots of thought into providing for young children (e.g. removable bed barrier, step/stools) and adults alike. Very easy to check in and out, clear instructions and communication from owner. Would be great for small groups traveling together. Only potential downside for groups of adults is majority having to sleep in single or bunk beds but none in our group found that was a huge issue

Family retreat
We had a fantastic stay spending 3 nights at the property. We had 2 families with young children which was perfect for the house layout which had 2 wings allowing privacy to both parties. The house was clean and spacious and offered great amenities such as coffee pod machine, excellent water pressure and very hot water, clean fresh linen, flat screen tv and beautiful fire place for the cool nights. The location was excellent close to some of the best wineries and a fantastic brewery at the top of the street. Kids loved the local wildlife of kangaroos and birds which we enjoyed from the very large balcony. Would be more then happy to stay again.
