Apartamentos mejorables

Los apartamentos son espaciosos y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es buena.

La entrada es las 16h, llegamos a las 12:30h y nos dijeron que a pesar de que hubiera algun apartamento libre, el protocolo es que la entrada fuera a las 16h. No me habia pasado nunca. Me parece excesivo que la entrada sea tan tarde y luego el check out sea las 10 de la mañana y si quieres salir más tarde..pagas. Las piscinas en general bien, pero la zona de niños sin vigilar a pesar de que hay 3 socorristas. La piscina debajo del tobogán cerrada..aspectos a mejorar. No hay música en el área de la piscina, el bar cerrado..la animación para niños comparada con otros años es diferente.. Hemos estado otros años y este año nos ha decepcionado.

Mejorable, horario salida y entrada nada bueno.

No pude disfrutar de nada. Pues solo reservemos para dormir. Lleguemos a las 12 de la noche.

Las sábanas estaban manchadas. Y el suelo del baño se lleno de agua al ducharnos, había alguna perdida, la cisterna del baño perdía agua, tuvimos k cortar la llave. Para poder dormir.

Un robo de 260 euros por un día y medio

El garaje!!!! Que ves como se cae los trozos de yeso del techo, pero es amplio.

El apartamento en sí está bien ubicado, pero parece mentira que hayamos pasado una pandemia. En la piscina la gente sin respetar nada y fumando en medio de la gente. El descanso un horror. Las limpiadoras a las 8 de la mañana arrastrando muebles y encima se escucha lo que hace lo del al lado, lucen en el baño fundidas y el teléfono de recepción no funciona. Mi pregunta??? Nadie revisa el mantenimiento? Luego te obligan salir a las 10h de la mañana y si quieres quedarte más mas tiempo te piden 30 € hasta las 15h, un espectáculo!!! A ver quién se levanta a las 10h de la mañana,para irse,en vacaciones y en la playa. La noche de antes tienes que acostarte a las 21h para poder despertar!! Una vergüenza!!! Para mi el peor de todos los que he estado.Lo único bueno para nosotros a sido el garaje!!.

Location, cleanliness.

Late check in, early check out in comparison to other hotels in the area. Water was cold so impossible for one of us let alone 4 to shower before going out for the evening.

A lovely apartment in a very busy complex.

We had a great sea view. The apartment was spacious. Shops and bars are within walking distance. Check in was quick.

That you had to check out at 10 o clock and clean the apartment yourself. You could not check in until 4. Late checkout was not available, even though they sent us messages to say this was available.

Late check in and early checkout. Requested to leave car in underground carpark so I could go for breakfast and was told they would allow me one hour extra!! Impossible to walk somewhere order and eat breakfast and be back within an hour.

Location was good.Nice pool,although very noisy

The kitchen was badly equipped.I was there for 4 weeks,no oven,a toaster that was 40 or more years old( did get changed on request)No kettle but when asked for one it kept tripping out the electrics,that also had to be changed.No cupboard space for groceries.Only 1 saucepan,so had to ask for more.There was only 2 sockets for usage,but 1 of them wasn’t working,so I couldn’t make a cup of tea and make toast at the same time.this kitchen spoilt my stay big time.I had a water leak from the ceiling in bathroom on first night.It did get repaired later that day,The beds were very lumpy and did aggravate my back considerably.

Low-rise Roquetas is like a more chilled, less English Benidorm.

A five minute walk to the beach and a pretty good pool with lots of activities going on around it. The bathroom is pretty funky with a good shower. The staff on reception were delightful and unstressed. Like most Spanish properties, it was super-clean. The pool's pretty busy, but all Spanish families having a great time and no tension around sun loungers or anything. The local area has plenty of good places to eat and a great upmarket Spar which I recommend for the delicious pastries.

The sofa-bed was slightly damaged, so it didn't fold out totally flat! The pool doesn't open until 10.30am, which might be a good thing for many, but for us a shower and dip coming back from an early morning swim on the beach would have been welcome!

Fotos on booking dont match the real apartment. Felt dissapointed and tricked. Entrance to hotel at backyard close to garbage bins. Underground parking is half kilometer away..

Animation was fabulous Rody and Willy were marvellous with all the guests.

I would like to say that the receptionist who greeted us that day was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate as we had a car accident before we arrived and was relying on friends to collect us the following day. We visit Roquetas quite often for a weekend break and will certainly be visiting Mar y Golf again

The pool is absolutely fantastic. The apartment was perfectly comfortable and met all of our needs for a great price. It's not a luxury aparthotel, but it was great for the price, especially given the pool.

Expected it to be cleaner, and some facilities open, as it is only Sept.

The location!

The apartments wre tired, tatty, and not very clean. you are asked to clean the Kitchen yourself, but nothing is provided to clean it with? There were only a few guests staying at the same time we were there, but the noise from the next bedroom was very loud, so i guess no soundproofing exists, would hate to be there when its busy!.Absoulutely no facilities what so ever in the complex were open, ie, shop/cafe/bar. Also no signs exist on Paseo Central or anywhere else! to tell you where the Reception is located.Do not know how Booking.com can rate this a 4.0? Should be a 3.0 max.
