House is in main street, clean and overall a nice place to stay. And everything is within walking distance.

We loved the location and charm of the Raber House. It felt like a visit to grandma's house. The home was clean, neat, and spacious. We loved the game room for building Legos and the front porch for watching traffic and buggies. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

We booked this house because of location, the pictures make it seem like it has some really cute personality, however it needs renovations. The laminate flooring in the house is chipped and broken in places, the beds are all super uncomfortable and hard, the master(?) bedroom light flickered constantly like there was a short and the front door was impossible to get locked with no instructions on how to lock it back. There was dirt and grime on both porches, inside the house was dusty and really just needs a good wipe down and a good coat of paint. The back screen door was missing the glass and the screen so it’s just all open. We wanted to love this place because the owner was so sweet, making sure we knew where to go for anything in the area, and was communicative the whole time, but we won’t be returning to this house just due to the cleanliness.

Close to everything. Heart of Amish country. Hosts very responsive wanted to make sure our stay was awesome and it was!!!! It is an older home but updated and very clean!!! Will stay here next time we visit!!

No frills but suited us. Clean and private. Walking distance to shops and food.

Michael was great and kept us informed. House is right in the center of town so we could walk lots of places. It was clean and just what we needed to hang out and chat! We would definitely rent again!

The location was good for shopping, etc. but the kitchen sink and the tub drained so low you could not use them. You could however use the shower in the other bathroom.
If you are in the older age group, you may not like the floors, They are all uneven and you have to be very careful if you get up in the night to use the bathroom.

Sitting on the front porch was great, people watching and seeing the Amish buggies go by. I walked the streets everyday. I could shop and drop my packages off at the house. It was a convenient drive to buffets, plays, comedies, buggy rides, & touring farms. Also toured the Victorian House Museum in Millersburg. Fantastic. Very good price. Many things to see and do in Amish country. The house was clean and roomy. We had a wonderful week.

Extremely convenient location to everything and very comfortable for a two family stay. Effortless check-in and check-out process. The only negative things I could say house is dated, kitchen drain was somewhat clogged and would suggest a new/clean kitchen scrubber after each stay.

Perfect location for a girls shopping weekend!! Very clean and comfortable!! We will definitely stay here again!

The house was wonderful and the location was fabulous. We already have reservations for next August.
4.8
The location was nice and the house was well equipped. There were a few deficiencies that made the house less than good. Upon our arrival, the kitchen sink faucet would not shut off without toying with the alinement. Coffee maker was filled with water and the filter was filthy. There were empty water bottles under front bedroom and the thermostat was not properly mounted. Also, a big concern with kids...old house and lots of chipped paint; and for old folks no transition threshold at MBR door to hall and cracked vinyl floor tile is emerging. The house needs some work and it should be 'better than good' at that time.

The house is within walking distance of everything in down town Berlin , was clean and comfortable, will stay again when in the area

This home was perfect for our family, it was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping and an ice cream shop right across the street.

The purpose of our stay was a girls trip for shopping and exploring the area. Raber House was a good choice for several reasons. The location of the property was the perfect hub as we could easily walk to our favorite shops and restaurants, then stop by the house for a break and to drop off purchases. As a guest of Raber House you have the best parking space in Berlin. As advertised, the home is older but is very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The front porch is a great place to relax in the evening after a busy day. Most importantly the hosts are first class. They communicated details clearly and thoroughly and seemed to really care that guests enjoy their stay.

The location was perfect! The only things that would make the house perfect is adding more secure locks on the outer doors, adding a door on the basement so it doesn’t seem so creepy and adding a curtain to the inner door by the side door. I also don’t think the sheets were changed from the prior guests on one of the beds. The owners seemed great but we only communicated through email and they never replied to me to make sure they got our check out notice. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s an older house. A decent size living room where we could all hang out. The kids loved the large game room filled lots of different board games. The kitchen is a little small. The bedrooms were nice sizes. The master bedroom had a tv and door leading out to a deck with a grill and chairs. There’s a front porch where you can sit and talk. You can’t beat the location. It’s the perfect spot. Fudge, ice cream and popcorn store across the street, a joke store a few buildings down and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very nice. We will definitely be coming back for another family vacation.

This property is nestled in the midst of bustling Amish country. It was awesome to walk out the door to any shop, restaurant or to simply sit on the porch and enjoy the atmosphere.
Hosts gave careful attention to all the highlights of what to do and where to eat. House was clean, cozy, and comfy. The kitchen had a good amount of stock for the incidentals one might need or want (salt, sugar, ground coffee, and filters, pots/pans, cookie sheets).
We came to celebrate a birthday and we’d totally come back. Having been to NYC, this is like staying in the “country city”.
Super fun!

Could use a coat of paint and porch was great but forgot to tell us it was on a truck route. Very noisy.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is mostly quiet and peaceful.

We stayed with 3 adults and a 4 year old. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. Walking distance to our favorite Amish restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return in the future.

Wonderful host and house! We love staying in houses with history and this one certainly seems to be a home with a past. Our host and hostess kept in steady communication with us and provided well for their guest. No complaints .My only suggestion would be an interior lock separate from the key pad lock.

This place is amazing the location is perfect. We walked to the stores near by. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. The host were great. They offered suggestions on places to go and things to do. Also, any questions we had they were quick to respond. It is our second trip to Berlin and this place by far was the best place to stay. Hopefully we make this a yearly trip and we hope to stay at the same place from now on.

This cozy home is right on Main Street. You can walk to all the shops in Berlin. We had more than enough room for our group of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed and the 2 bathrooms were well stocked with towels and essentials. There was so much to see and do in the area that we hope to stay longer on our next visit.

Loved the house, everything on one floor including 2 baths. Right in middle of downtown. Comfortable and clean.
