And our home is one of the few condos most close to Disney in this complex! From our front door it's an easy stroll directly across the street to the Mickey and Friends free tram and/or Downtown Disney. If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrowland. Save $30/$60 Disney Parking per day.

This house was home from home with absolutely everything provided. Can’t moan about anything. 20 minutes walk through downtown Disney to the parks. Would stay again without hesitation

It took 7 minutes from the front door to the downtown Disney checkpoint. Another 7 minutes to get to the Disney gate. (I brought teenage children so it will probably take a little longer with little one.) I do wish I brought a blowup mattress as the pullout couch was uncomfortable for the teenagers. I also recommend bringing bottled water and a bag of ice as Anaheim water has a funny taste to it. Would definitely book again next time we go to Disneyland!

Best Disney stay we’ve ever had!
Traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids. Staying across the street from the Mickey and friends parking structure and taking the tram in each day was amazing. It was a 5 minute walk to the tram. 15-20 minute walk from the property through downtown Disney to the main gates.
The property was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need.
The pool area was fantastic. It had an adult only pool, family pool, wading pool, and hot tub, plus a playground.
When we checked in there was a small situation with the garage door not opening. I contacted Gina and it was fixed immediately. I wouldn’t even mention this except sometimes it’s nice to know how an owner responds to problems. Based on our experience, I can very confidently say that if you encounter any issues during your stay, they will be dealt with promptly and completely. Gina was wonderful!
We will absolutely be staying here on our next visit.

The home was very clean and welcoming. It is very close to Disneyland and definitely walkable however we decided to drive. My only 2 issues are that the towels had a weird smell even after we washed them and the upstairs is rather warm at night. Overall a great place and would definitely come back.

This was a great find!!! The place is two story, with great little family Disney theming and decor. The appliances are very new and it’s perfect for families. There are tvs and even a computer that guests can access. The bathrooms are well stocked with basics (shampoo, shower gel and conditions). They also have a lot of other things for families like a high chair, strollers and even a small cooler! The host really thought of all most anything a family might need!
If you like to cook or even grill, you can do either.
The pool is very nice and seemed to be staffed with an attendant. At least when we went.
When we had a question, the host answered promptly.
We were in the area to visit the park. The place is a quick, easy walk and there is very little traffic. We felt safe and comfortable. It’s a nice little neighborhood literally across the street from Disneyland Hotel. Yeah it’s that close.
Only thing that we noticed some people might not like is that the upstairs bedrooms are not very cool. The first floor is great, but upstairs can get warm. We didn’t have any issues with it ourselves.

You can't beat this property if your plan is disneyland, the property is so close, the walk is easy and this property had all we needed to support our young family!

The complex this is in needs some work on the outside, looks a little run down. Inside this place was pretty much just as pictured, could use a little touch up paint here or there but otherwise was solid. We were unable use the pull out sofa, the mattress was in bad shape and it was no longer level. I advised the property manager and they are looking into it. But it was only a small let down. Communication with them was always quick and I felt my concerns were heard.
The walk to Disneyland was short, about 15 minutes so that was good for Disney days. It's also very close to freeway access so we were able to get to Universal Studios, Huntington Beach and San Diego Zoo relatively easy.
Overall it was a good location and would consider using again if we travel to the area in the future.

We spent a week here, with 5 days at Disneyland. The location could not have been better! We had a great time and were able to wash clothes to avoid bringing home a pile of dirty ones. We really appreciated the fans in the rooms and the TVs were excellent. Would definitely book again!

I wanted to be close to Disneyland so we could come back for a meal and rest. I don’t think you can be closer to the Disneyland unless you stay at their hotel.

We are so grateful to have a lovely place to stay on our Disney trip. It was one of the most stocked homes we’ve stayed at, which included the kitchen and even bathroom cleaners if needed. The kids loved all the details! It was also wonderful to be able to walk back and forth, to and from the parks, to rest, swim and eat supper and then head back to the park for the evening.

This was an amazing location and condo. Was an easy walk to Disneyland every day. Lots of places close by to eat. Close to airport. Great communication for the owners. Highly recommended. Location was quiet. No need for a car as we could walk and Uber everywhere

This place was perfect. Completely accurate to the listing, so many safety amenities for all aged children, walking distance to the park, amazing living space. I loved the baby gates that were provided for the stairs, it helped keep our one year contained upstairs. Each room had a tv which was perfect. Plenty of cooking space for when eating out wasn’t an option. We couldn’t have gotten luckier with where we chose to stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our trip to disney. The house was clean and well stocked. I appreciated the kids items in the house like lots of books, a few toys, step stools to wash hands! It was great to have those items available. The owner was quick to respondto Communication- we arrived early & were able to store our luggage in the garage & go out to lunch until the unit was available- that was super helpful!!
Access to disney was so fantastic. We walked to the tram that took us to the park. Was able to easily walk back for a midday nap and then head back out each evening. Couldn't get a better location!
Overall a wonderful stay- we would stay here again if ever traveling back to the area

Once we figured out to just walk across the street and take the shortcut through Disneyland hotel the location was as close as possible for staying off property. Kitchen well stocked (we did not cook while there though), nice to have a washer and dryer available, master bath was well stocked and overall a nice rental. This would not be a place for elderly due to the narrow stairs leading to the bedrooms upstairs. Would stay here again!!

Gina has supplied everything except the food. Two friends and two children stayed for 6 days. The car stayed in the secure garage on the days we walked to the Disney parks. The villa was very clean, the linens are quality and comfortable, the ice maker works, and the extras (coolers, washer & dryer, condiments in the fridge) were much appreciated. We didn't look for any dining nearby because we ate breakfast and dinner here. We highly recommend this place if you like the Disney vibe and complete quiet at night.

My family stayed here with 4 young children, the property was well stocked with kid supplies, including dishes, strollers, and toys which was very appreciated. It was about a 15-20 min walk to the park, very easy. We took the tram back a few times to the garage across the street, then was about a 5 min walk. Lots of stores close by and easy access to the highway. It was clean, easy check in, lots of space even with 6 people.

We stayed here for our family’s visit to Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure. The location was just as described in other reviews - a short walk to Downtown Disney and the parks. The 2 full baths plus half bath made getting ready and out to the parks each morning easy, and there was room for our 5 adults and one child. I would stay here again for a trip to Disneyland.

This was my first time using VRBO, and this stay set the bar really high! The property was extremely clean, and had everything we could possibly need, and some things I hadn't even thought of! My kids loved the Disney themed decorations! The owner was very responsive, and we communicated throughout our stay. She even reached out quickly to let me know that my son had left something behind, so we were able to come back and retrieve it. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and definitely hope to stay there again for our next trip to Anaheim!

We had a lovely stay here. It is pefect for Disneyland, just a short walk away (we were able to get to the parks in about 15-20 minutes) and very safe. The property had plenty of space for my husband and I and our 16 and 18 year old girls. Having a two bathrooms was great! We also loved being able to use the shared swimming pool. Gina was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. All in all a super location and a great condo.

The location is perfect for walking to the parks or catching the tram. Each of the rooms had nice TVs. The air conditioning was also very useful, and quiet enough to sleep.
We used the BBQ a couple of times and enjoyed eating on the patio. The patio is rather small and crowded with the plants and items outside, but did not stop us from using it.
Communication with the owner was very good. Gina responded promptly and was very cooperative and helpful.
The lighting in the bathrooms and the kids room was rather poor, but when I informed the owner she agreed to improve the lighting which was nice to hear.
We enjoyed our stay!

If you are going to Disneyland you really cannot do any better. Such a large space within easy walking distance. The home is clean and well stocked. I cannot imagine a better choice.

This was a great place to stay with our young girls; 7 years old and 7 months. We were able to walk to and from Disney which was a life saver having a baby. I felt safe walking by myself so my husband and older daughter could still enjoy Disneyland while I catered to the baby. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home!

What a perfect base for visiting the Disneyland area. It was a short walk to the monorail and Downtown Disney and my 7 year old loved all the toys and books available in the property.
The house was clean, tidy and stocked with anything you might need in terms of cutlery, plates and other kitchen necessities. It was also stocked with things that you never thought you might need such as pool toys, strollers and children's books.
I would definitely stay here again.
