About this house rental
The structure of the house is large and masonry, 10 meters from the beach. The exterior of the house has garden, barbecue, uncovered parking for up to 4 cars.
You can enjoy sea view from the balcony and balcony.
The first floor has a large and equipped kitchen, dining room with large table (8 seats), living room with cable "smart TV", bathroom, large laundry room with machine and tank and pantry.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and balcony facing the sea.
It has high speed wifi (fiber).
It is not air conditioned, but has ceiling fans in every room.
We change the color of the house every year. If you google images the house will be of another color. Don't worry, despite the old photos, the house today is red, as per the cover photo of the ad.
If you are in a large group of friends or family, you can also contact us to book other homes we have on the same back ground. We have 2 more houses, each one has 6 people.
If you are bringing pets, please let us know in advance.
During peak season owners will be on site to receive and solve problems in person. We advise you to contact us prior to arrival with any questions regarding how to arrive, keys, etc.
We do not offer bed or bath linen. We also do not offer domestic services.
Party / event rental is not allowed.
