This property was everything I had hoped it would be and more. I booked this home for a family stay over the 4th of July holiday and it exceeded my expectations. The home is fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in a home away from home! I would highly recommend and would book again without hesitation!

My extended family enjoyed the house for 4 nights. There was plenty of room for 3 families to spread out. There was plenty for everyone to enjoy including ping pong, pool table, outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi , plus more!!! The company that owned the house was very responsive to our requests. There were nine adults and one infant including teens and this house was perfect. Management was responsive and addressed all need’s immediately. We cooked a lot at home and the kitchen was well equipped to do-so. We will definitely stay here again.

Really was a 5 star property. Communication with the company and the property manager was seamless. They were always very prompt answering an inquiry or attending to any issue.
The house was very clean and accommodated our group easily.
I appreciated how crisp and clean the linens were--no bulky comforters that are difficult to launder.
There was plenty to keep all entertained, from putting green, bean bag toss, ms pac man game, pool table, foosball and ping pong to swimming pool.
The neighborhood is very quiet and attractive. The location is great with easy access to Kierland Commons and to the 101. Grocery stores within 10 minutes.
What I really appreciated was the communication. There are always maintenance issues that pop up but we never had to wonder if our message was received or if it was going to be taken care of. Always friendly prompt responses.
We would certainly rent this property again.

This house was exactly what you see and could not have been more perfect! The owners are very accommodating and easy to reach. The yard and pool were beyond awesome and the pool water was the perfect temperature. Beds are very comfortable. Location was great. We will absolutely book this rental again.

Great Experience
The property was as advertised, a beautiful and well maintained home. My group was in town working a trade show at the WestWorld Event Center. The location was convenient to the venue, as well as dining/shopping. The property itself was ideal, plenty of room for the 5 of us, and the pool was a fantastic refreshment after a 10 hour day in the sun.

The home was great. The only negative was the TVs. The Wi-Fi was weak. The TV kept buffering. We had to go somewhere else to watch the NFL playoff games. Vue subscription was expired so couldn’t sign in.

wonderful family home
There were six of us (supposed to be 10 but unfortunate circumstances occurred) so we had tons of room to roam. There were enough bed rooms to sleep 10 comfortably and plenty of room for all. The outdoor space is wonderful with a great pool and firepit for evening fun.

Great family house in a perfect location.
We stayed 9 nights in Scottsdale in October 2018 with our family and absolutely loved the property. Big enough for everyone to have their own space and a great back yard for everyone to relax.
Property management is very responsive and even went to another rental for us to grab some kids stuff that we needed to make us feel more at home.
Can’t wait to come back!

Guys weekend: House was very nice for 4 of us, everyone had a queen bed or better: Main floor bedroom w/ full bath in the hall works as 2nd master: pool table and foosball table make a great alarm clock in the AM and reason to have a nightcap in the PM: The location is outstanding: Close to 101 for day-trip stuff: close to great bars and restaurants: and grocery stores if your cooking in.
If I had to knock a star it would be for the
pool/pool area: may be a little tight for a medium/large family or entertainment around the pool: the rest of the yard was accommodating: seating for 5-6 on covered portion of the patio & there’s a small firepit with seating: overall clean and good: I will rent again.

Well maintained, kid/family friendly property with lots of amenities
This is our 5th year of enjoying a vacation rental from Stay in Style Scottsdale. All have been lovingly cared for, are well appointed and the owner is VERY responsive if there are any issues. This house is perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. The pool is so kid friendly with wide steps to sit and play on and not too deep. The umbrellas around the pool are on wheels so it was easy to keep the shallow stair area in the shade for the little ones. The location is excellent - close to things for adults and kids (OdySea Aquarium is not to be missed!). We love coming back each year and are already thinking of dates for 2019!

Easter Break vacation in Arizona
Great house to share with another family as we did this past week. Layout was perfect and bedrooms/beds were plentiful and comfortable. Backyard was a wonderful place to hangout and relax by pool or enjoy a nightcap in the evening. Lots of outdoor seating. Kitchen was well supplied and everything worked as it should. Pool table and fooseball table were a huge hit for our two families comprising of mostly teenagers. Keri land/Scottsdale location was perfect. I would highly recommend this place as a place to rent for your stay in Scottsdale.

I believe the most important thing I can say is everything that was promised was delivered!
The home has a pool table, a foosball table, a pool, a grill, indoor fireplace, and outdoor fire pit. Our family used everything and enjoyed our time here in 80 degree weather!
The location is ideal as it is only a 25-minute walk to Kierland Commons, a very upscale outdoor shopping mall. Golfing was the main focus of the week, with 15 golf courses within 10 miles of the house.

House and location were perfect for our 8 member family. Could have accommodated 12 as the fifth bedroom has 4 bunk beds. Centrally located for all spring training venues, golf courses if desired, and great dining. For an upscale steakhouse, Dominick's Steakhouse has got to be the best we have ever experienced. The property was clean and well-maintained. We got to meet the owner and he was very accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this property to our friends and family.

We stayed for five nights for our son's wedding in Scottsdale. The rooms are nice sizes, the kitchen and eating area is very comfortable. The recreation room with pool table and foosball was put to good use. The heated pool and surrounding patio area was a great place for us all to hang out. Loved the fire pit too. We would come back and stay again.
