It's a low budget motel and you get what you pay for. Great for an overnight stay between cities!

The staff/receptionist was delightful, helpful and friendly. She recommended a good restaurant and in the morning helped me get my car out of a tight parking spot :) And I did get to park right in front of my room, which made loading and unloading really easy. The bed was comfortable, the room was cosy and warm.

Good value and comfortable. My third visit and I would happily return.

Breakfast is minimal but ok. I like the friendly staff and location. Very quiet, yay!

Dripping tap and one bedside light not working but I could have asked for a new globe. It wasn’t important. The rooms could possibly use an update at some stage but it isn’t imperative.

good for a quick overnight on your way in to Melbourne 👍🏼

it was easy to contact them about a late arrival. they were very responsive. we were able to check in seamlessly at a late hour and we were greeted with a warm room!

there were no snacks in the room

- Short distance to the train station - Own bathroom - Leaving the lugagge after checkout with the owners until our train departured

Close to gorgeous Albury railway station.

Room #5, behind reception. No street noise heard. Very comfortable bed. Best of all, a pitcher of cold water in the fridge, was welcome as it was around 26 deg.

The luggage stand was too low for me so I used end of bed for my suitcase.

Good budget motel

For the price it's good, and room had everything we needed, including microwave, fridge, plates & cutlery, toaster, kettle and coffee & tea. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is a nice gesture: simple (cereal & toast) and brought to the room the night before on a tray. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Wifi signal was not the strongest, but we were connected all the time. Motel is not the newest, and certain areas could have been cleaner, but not to the extent that it was disturbing. Could park directly outside room. Would stay again.

Excellent example of basic motel

Great location. Close to railway station. Pub close by with decent food & bottle shop. Dean St easy walk to restaurants. surprisingly quiet for the location staff great ,friendly and helpful. I had refrigerator & microwave in my Queen room not mentioned at booking.

Reasonably priced motel for an overnight stay.

Whilst this was an older motel it had all the required facilities for an overnight stop. Breakfast was brought the night before and consisted of cereal (choice of three) bread (for toasting) and your choice of honey, marmalade or Vegemite. Fairly basic but okay.

Parking was difficult because of the limited space.

Needed a halfway spot to stay between Melbourne and Canberra and this place fit the bill and we had a comfortable stay
