Sitio acogedor, con buena ubicación, limpieza y atención. Excelente.
El colchón no fue de mi agrado. Deben ser más confortables.

Large bed
Very noisy. A lot of noise from the street, from the shop below that play loud music and from the hallway of the hotel. A large (loud) group was doing noise until almost 11:00 and the hotel staff did nothing to make it stop. No restful at all.

Very central location. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.

Staff attention was great, they provided recommendations, great attitude and service. Location is also very good, we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go.

This is a nice hotel reminiscent of past times (in a good way). It's comfortable and clean, and the man on reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom, and overall it was a good place for us on our one night stopover in Riobamba.
WiFi in the bedroom was sketchy, but in the hallway and reception it was fine.

Nice place, old furniture in the open areas, like an old villa, very clean. Would go there again. Very helpful people.
No elevator, no hot drinks after breakfast until 6 pm.

The breakfast is delicious, the staff is very attentive, the location is perfect for getting to know the city, everything is very close!
4.0
Location, design and furnishings of the common areas. The corner room on the 2nd floor was spacious and in terms of traffic relatively quiet
Disrespectful guests who walk loudly through the corridors at night, laughing and throwing doors open and closed.

That we could check in just after midnight after a crazy long bus ride. How helpful and friendly the front desk man was.
White lights in the bedroom and bathroom. Why can't every hotel have soft welcoming warm/yellow lighting???!

Great location and staff. Spacious and cozy rooms.
The breakfast was quite simple. Coffee was bad as they serve soluble coffee with with sugar. More options as brewed coffee and more complete breakfast could make this hotel perfect.

beautiful hotel with spacious rooms that include a little balcony. the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and professional

Great location, easy walking distance to anything in town. The rooms were clean with windows opening to the street. Staff were helpful and parking was available a block away.
While I loved the windows onto the street, it is a very busy location. Road noise becomes difficult to ignore very early in morning. A room without a window is much more quiet.
4.5
The location, price and staff were great!

Everything was very nice clean and amicable.
I had some neighbors that were very loud up to the early hours of dawn. If I had earplugs I wouldn't have minded but I didn't.
