About this apartment rental
Our property is located in a popular resort in Arizona's high desert at an elevation of 2900 feet. Guests have access to the resort amenities, including a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Parking is included. The unit has a private entrance to the 400 square feet upscale studio apartment, which comes with linens, towels, blankets, coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster, wide screen local
cable TV, Wi-Fi, and microwave. A lockable privacy door connects with the adjoining suite.
The studio sleeps 4 with an extra long double bed and a full size sleeper sofa. Other features include a tub and shower, clothes closet, a table and chairs, coffee table, chest of draws, and a vanity.
Area attractions include nearby golf courses and world famous birding, exceptional art galleries, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, wine and mining tours, the world renown Desert Museum, ghost towns and lots of early southwest historic sights available through tours.

It was good but did have trouble with key in lock and door knob sticking when trying to enter. Spike to property manager regarding the door and key. Otherwise everything was fine.

Small glitch on key access upon arrival which the manager quickly solved. We also pointed out some spotting on the carpet which the manager also addressed by scheduling a carpet cleaning.
We really enjoyed our stay there and accommodations were as listed. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Neighborhood was quiet with Rec center and restaurants close. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit was quiet, including the refrigerator and heater, and neighborhood was relaxing. We loved the skylight and the instant hot water in the tub/shower. The internet was fast and the cable TV channels were plentiful. It was great to have a list of restaurants and stores available in the unit. Liked the ample parking. Also, it was very quiet. The advertisement images implied a view of wash/golf course that we did not have from the studio unit.

This was a studio apartment that worked perfectly for my wife and me. We just wanted a place to have to ourselves; not having an oven didn't matter since family lived nearby and we often ate meals with them or dined out. The bed was comfortable, floor space was adequate, and the place was quiet. We will certainly look at another stay here when we next visit Green Valley.

We arrived late and had a struggle with key device. Once in, Bed and pillows were great. Little fridge adequate. Apartment was clean. Because one of the great features of AZ is the sunshine the blinds need upgrade. Weather was not good which is beyond anyone’s control but we did enjoy the spa, even in the snow.
Might consider a Small night stand on other side of bed since we both use C-pap.
Neighborhood was pleasant and people there very personable .
Overall, we had an enjoyable experience.

owners dave and donna along with prop. manager diann could not have been more accommodating. apartment had everything you need in wonderful condition. my wife and i would definitely recommend for comfort and amenities far above the rental price- thanks for the home away from home

Start not so good but ended well!
When we arrived was mix up as to our arrival and person who had studio apartment. Owners very quickly took care of this and put us up in another place right next door. Mr. Fairchild was very apologetic. Place was very clean and comfortable everyone very nice. Beautiful flowers arrived from Mr. and Mrs. Fairchild.

Very nice stay for the price!
It was great to be able to see family and enjoy the pool. The bed was super comfortable, and the mini fridge, toaster oven, and grill were very convenient for a longer stay. Plenty of towels and blankets provided! Thanks for the great stay!

Very comfortable, quiet and convenient location
Very good - the owners and property manager were responsive and flexible and the property was nicely kept and clean. I appreciated the fact that the area had no loud neighbors or traffic. A very relaxing environment.

Great value
We enjoyed a weeks stay in this comfortable efficiency unit. Though lacking cooking facilities we were able to have an enjoyable and comfortable visit. The property manager was attentive and extremely helpful with all our questions. The location is ideal. We'd stay here again!

Well kept and convenient
Nice place. Great location if you are interested in staying in Green Valley. The apartment is clean and well kept. Basic necessities are all provided (coffee supplies, basic cleaning supplies). No stove, but there is a microwave and working fridge and cups, plates, utensils. The location is beautiful, near a golf course. Easy access to highway. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Overall, great stay.

Nice Quiet Apartment
Very clean and the unit is just as featured, with a small kitchenette and living space (beside the sleeping area). The couch does pull out if needed. There was good TV and internet service. We found it a perfect place to use as our home base for our week in Green Valley!
