About this house rental
The Mews is a charming retreat located in a stunning Georgian property back to around 1790, which still preserves many of its original features as a listed building. Thoughtfully restored and fully refurbished, the apartment seamlessly blends modern and industrial design elements, creating a unique, bright and welcoming atmosphere. The space is extremely spacious, offering comfort for up to four guests, making it ideal for a cosy yet stylish stay.
For those who like outdoors, The National Forest Adventure Farm and Stapenhill Gardens are easily accessible. The Mews is within easy driving distance of the Derbyshire Peak District, and the National Barton Marina which is a lovely location for a stroll on an afternoon.
If you are travelling with children, we recommend taking a look at the local attraction Conkers or explore the haven of child-friendly coasters at Gulliver's Kingdom.
If some R&R is the motive of your stay with us, both Champneys Day Spa and Eden Day Spa are within easy reach of the property.
Burton's town centre is just a 15 minute walk from our property's location, and buses are easily accessible. Those travelling elsewhere via train can find Burton's Railway Station is an 18 minute walk away.

Family weekend to Thomas Land
Perfect place to use as a base for our trip to Thomas Land (Drayton Manor). Clean, nice decor, equipped with most of the things you could need for a weekend away, enough space for 2 young families. Bottle of fizz, water and coffee pods on arrival a lovely touch. Would recommend.

This property was so unique and full of character. It has been decorated and modernized so well but still retains it's historical charm. The owner has provided special touches like bathroom amenities, teas & coffees, even a special chocolate on the table place settings. The bedrooms are large and the beds are cozy and inviting. The location in Burton on Trent is convenient to the National Brewery Centre (the reason for our visit).
