Overnight stay, easy to airport for flight following day.

Convenient to airport.

The first room that I was assigned to, upon walking in it appeared that someone had slept in the bed and the bed was not made. Returning down to the front desk, they immediately signed us to another room.

Great value, great hotel if you need a place to stay after a long travel day

Free shuttle service and late check in flexibility. Our flight was delayed and we arrived into town at 1:00am. No problem checking in that late or getting shuttle from airport. Speedy shuttle service and pleasant driver with good conversation.

Our room was above the front parking lot and lobby. We could hear noise from people getting shuttled in, car doors slamming people speaking loud at 3:00 am

Will not stay here again.

The location was perfect to get to our flight in the morning.

The shower door would not close all the way so the water leaked on the floor. There was water damage on the wall where it had done it before. There were patches in the wall that were not finished you could still see the cut outs where they had to fix something. Shuttle times did not help us at all we were unable to use them because all the times were full that we needed to get to the airport. I booked this on my booking app. When I arrived I was told a price that was $30 more than what I was promised online. When I asked what the difference was for she said it was due to taxes and fees. On the booking app it stated that those were included in my ending price.

Not worth the price.

The staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Very good shuttle service.

Cookie cutter bare bones room. No drawers, closet or safe. Restaurant was a bar with very limited menu.

won’t stay at the TRU again

as a single woman I felt safe. the airport shuttle was on time and the breakfast was okay. I love having a shower instead of a tub/shower combination.

I love to drink coffee. I drink coffee before I go to bed and as soon as I wake up. The rooms did not have any coffee pots. this couldn’t be because of Covid rules because at breakfast on every table were ketchup bottles, hot sauce bottles and salt and pepper shakers that were never cleaned the 30 minutes I sat in their dining area. That makes me wonder why they won’t put coffee pots back into the rooms. they did have coffee in the lobby, but when I went to get a cup two different times it would be cold, and I do t want to have to be dressed to go the lobby late at night or early in the morning so,I can have coffee. Sorry, but because of that I would not stay at the Hilton TRU again.

Exceptional service!

The reception staff was SUPERB! From checking all the rooms in to getting the little things we needed, like scotch tape & extra pillows they were fantastic! We all were SO impressed with the breakfast buffet as well!!! So many options there was something for everyone in our large group!

Kind of average for the money.

Breakfast was typical fare, except for the pancakes, which were good and made with a digital machine. Nice lobby, but a small eating area. Nice long bench in room for putting suit cases.

Needed end tables on both sides of the bed. Shower door didn't fully close so water came out on the floor when showering.

I would never stay there again

they assigned us one room that was being worked on.we had to go back down to the desk and get reassigned. Then we were kept awake till midnight, because there was so much noise and thumping from the room above. We were told that there were seven people in that room that night. Also that the wood floors make it noisy.
