Reception in the evening was great and breakfast the next morning was good as well. The room was clean and roomy. Staff was very helpful and polite.

They rate this hotel likes its luxury and its worse than a holiday Inn! Check in took too long. So many families waiting in their car and the lobby?!Only one person at counter really. Very noisy overbooked! The extra tissue roll was dirty in the bathroom. Couch was so outdated and worn down yuck! The sheets and blanket didn't really fit the King bed. The swimming pool is tiny, nothing but kids and families cluttering the pool All day

I loved staying at the hotel didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. The staff was hospitable and very helpful with information of nearby shopping area and restaurants.

Room smelled of feces and urine. Fire alarm went off at 5:20am. Toilet overflowed into sleeping area and kitchen.

Property was clean and staff was welcoming. Room was clean. I always stay here anytime I book a hotel stay in Florence.

Fantastic rooms with every amenity and then some! I stay here every year on my way to Florida from Pennsylvania. Perfect half way point near I95. Beautiful!

while i was sleeping i felt something bite me. then i immediately got a bump, not sure what bit me, but maybe you guys should call an exterminator out.
