I enjoyed my stay at Michelle’s home so much. The house was perfect in every way. Michelle is wonderful and so easy to communicate with. I appreciated her help also with arranging to have a driver pick me up from the airport as well.
The house is fully stocked with everything you need.
I Would say they go above & beyond at this property! Can’t wait to go back! Love this property so much. Great location. Lovely neighborhood too!

I was in town with 3 co-workers for a week long work trip and instead of staying at a hotel we wanted something where we could relax a little more but also collaborate outside of working hours. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Coffee Shops, grocery store, restaurants all within a super close distance. The house was stocked with everything you needed and was super comfortable with a great "at home" feel. Communication with Michelle was amazing and the check-in process was seamless. I fully recommend this property and if I find myself in the San Tan Valley again I won't hesitate to try and book this property.

Saguaro Sunset looked to be a beautiful listing online, but was even better in person. Everything in the house was of high quality and in great condition. It was very clean and we did not want for anything during our stay. The patio/ backyard was very relaxing with spectacular views. Michelle and Finn were wonderful hosts and we feel very lucky to have found their listing. We hope to return again sometime soon.

The Hansen’s house is wonderful, very welcoming (there was a cactus Christmas tree!)The house is spacious, extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you can wish for. We wanted to play golf and we went a few times on the course by the house( Johnson Ranch- San Tan Islands). We went in the afternoon and finished just when the sun came down, the sky was colorful, it was beautiful. We also went hiking close by, it was peaceful and beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. We had a great time and we are thankful to Michelle and Finn for making our stay memorable.

We stayed in San Tan Valley for a week for our daughter’s destination wedding. From the time of booking this incredible VRBO until the day we headed home the hosts were responsive & accommodating! The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and was the ultimate place to rest & relax in between wedding festivities. We’re looking forward to staying here again the next time we’re in the area. It’s seriously the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

This is the nicest house we have ever rented! The home is on a nice quiet street on the Estate side. It includes high end appliances, all brand new furniture, beds are super comfortable. It reflects the pride of ownership. It’s very spacious and comfortable.
We really appreciated all the little touches such has spices, coffee, and condiments available to make homemade meals. The backyard is spectacular. We enjoyed the nice warm pool and grill. There is a large area where you can also sit in the shade. We particularly enjoyed sunsets in the backyard. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it to friends and family.
Communication with Michelle was exceptional. She promptly answered our questions and provided some great recommendations.
Thank you Michelle for making us feel very welcomed and sharing your beautiful home.

Michelle and Finns home is a beautiful place to stay. The pool and the golf course view was a great place to hang out every day reading books and watching the golfers go by. We met so many nice people golfing on Johnson Ranch. The home is spacious and the primary bedroom that leads out to the pool is so nice! Michelle was always quick to respond if we had any questions or issues. We stayed for about two months and it felt like home. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

Property was excellent for all activities you can plan. We arrived on Christmas Day and made our traditional Christmas dinner. Everything was available in the kitchen. Great island to work around and have conversations. Two very large sitting areas are great for relaxing, reading , or just watching TV. Dining room table was perfect for family meals and games. Bedrooms were private and comfortable. We didn't use the pool but the patio area was a comfortable area to enjoy the sun when it was around. Even found a few errant golf balls in the yard from Johnson Ranch. The orange tree provided some fresh squeezed orange juice for a meal or two.
Michelle and Finn were excellent to work with. Very accommodating to our needs. Best VRBO we have had to date.
Highly recommend San Tan Flat for one evening meal in the area. Nothing but positive stay all around!

Everything that was promised, and more!
From our first contact with Michelle thru our contact as we left, everything went smoothly and pleasantly for our two week stay. The house was spotless, and very well appointed (a bottle of wine upon arrival, spices, condiments, laundry detergent, TP, paper towels, towels, sheets, cooler…). Everything inside was comfortable and well maintained.
The back yard is super - 5 stars! The double lounger, 4 swivel/rocker chairs, and table with 6 chairs gives you plenty of comfortable seating options. The fire pit was great - we sat outside every evening to watch the sunset and relax. The puttting green inspired many games and laughter (hey, it’s harder than you think!). The real bonus is the covered patio; having shade to enjoy most of the afternoon was extremely helpful, as my skin can’t tolerate the sun all day.
The location of their home is just what you want when you’re on vacation. So easy to get in/out of Johnson Ranch, and literally a couple of minutes to Walgreens, Fry’s, and half a dozen restaurants (including Rosati’s, Bobo China, Brickie’s BBQ, Greek Islands Grill, and more). The Johnson Ranch golf course is not only part of the view (#1 fairway), but there is a restaurant there, too! One of the 3 Johnson Ranch swimming pools (includes a hot tub) is also about two blocks away. We visited/hiked at San Tan regional park (20 min), Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Lost Dutchman Park, and Ussury regional Park (all are around 45-60 minutes away).
We had a fun, relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet…and the HUGE living room tv was perfect to enjoy the early rounds of the NCAA basketball tourney. We played a couple of the games (especially the Logo game) that were in the entertainment cabinet.
So, if you’re considering a stay in AZ, this is The Place to stay!

This was by the the best VBRO experience we have had. The Hansen's were wonderful hosts, Michelle is very responsive! The house was exactly as advertised. The house was clean, furniture quality was very good, beds were comfortable, the amenities all excellent. The Patio was furnished nicely. Great view of the #1 fairway on Johnson Ranch Golf Course. Easy access to Groceries, Restaurants, Gas Stations, Emergency Care, Churches and a safe neighborhood. We will go back!

Great House and Communication
We had a great stay. The instructions for everything were so detailed. They even had pictures. Everything was well taken care of. We did not need for anything. We traveled almost 2000 miles so not having to get seasonings and all the little things was nice. Every room, not just the kitchen was well stocked. We grilled, we putted, we enjoyed fires, we lounged, and we traveled. Communication was great and fast. There is a Walmart close that we ordered from, they do use Doordash to deliver if you choose. The kids loved watching the golfers. Keyless entry was nice so all adults could get in when they pleased. The best stocked vrbo we have used. Location was not hard to find. We did not have to make many turns off of the main road. Great experience.

Resort Stay
This was the BEST place we've ever stayed. Our daughter's wedding week was relaxing and fun. There was plenty of space to have family be outside and safe during Covid time.
Everything you would possibly need to cook with was there. The condiments and seasonings too.
This space is the perfect family get away. The pool and hot tub. 3 hole putt golf in the backyard, watching people play on the course. And our favorite guest the neighborhood Roadrunner stopping by for morning coffee.
I can't say enough to praise the owners and thank them for sharing this delightful home.

Top notch
House: everything in top shape from comfortable bedding, through plenty outdoor furniture to nonstick kitchen cookware! Feels like you are in a well equipped model home. Very clean, with clear instructions.
Shampoo, conditioner, soap plenty in the bathrooms. Pool towels, yoga mat…etc available.
Kitchen: all the cookware/bakeware one could need (we cooked twice a day and there wasn’t a thing we were missing). Excellent coffee maker for big pot or individual coffee. Powerful ninja blender. Loved the little things left in the cubby for use like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, sandwich baggies, parchment paper….
Surroundings: Grocery store is a short walk away. A friendly roadrunner comes by daily to check on how you are doing. Nice mix of shade and sun in the back to enjoy the day or some golf
Super friendly host w easy communication. Clear instructions via email, Vrbo and printed in the house.
Highly recommended!

Amazing time!!!
Our family of 7 had a blast in Arizona! Michelle was incredible! She communicated clearly every step of the way. She was very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We traveled a good bit and hiked some grueling trails and the home was a perfect retreat to come back to for respite. Michelle and Finn provided so many extras in the house from coffee, tea, condiments and even lotions and shampoo! It was a home away from home. The amenities of the community are perfect for a family as well. We hung out at the pools and basketball courts in between site seeing. It was a wonderful family vacation. We would definitely rent from Michelle and Finn again!

This was a lovely property! It had everything we wanted and needed!
Our host, Michelle and Finn were top notch! Michelle was very attentive prior and during our stay! I would recommend this property to others. We had family come in and out during our stay, and we were able to host dinner, use the pools, walk the neighborhood and hike all from this awesome location right on the golf course! The Putt course and the fire pit was a great addition💕

Great location, fresh, clean, and comfortable
The house was awesome! It was clean, comfortable, and the outdoor living area was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the firepit, putt golf, patio lights, and comfy chairs. We had a great time enjoying the neighborhood amenities: swimming in the pool(s) and fishing at the pond. We spent most of our time visiting family in Gilbert. We chose this vacation rental in San Tan because the rental price included so many amenities and fresh, beautiful living space. We got this house with four bedrooms and incredible amenities for the same price as a hotel in the Gilbert area. It was well worth the roundtrip drive from San Tan to Gilbert each day. It's an easy drive, and well worth driving out to San Tan for all the amenities the property has to offer. One more thing...our family has allergies and chemical sensitivities; we didn't get any allergies while staying in this house.
The owners were fantastic to communicate with and friendly. We'd love to stay here again!

Look no further, this is the best rental we have experienced in years of booking on VRBO. The photos are exactly what you will find. Comfortable furniture, including beds, great bed linens, ample supply of new towels, all of the cleaning products one needs, fully stocked kitchen and the place is clean, clean clean. Owners, Finn and Michelle are 5* hosts. Great backyard to watch golfers or just listen to the birds sing.

Neighborhood is quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Don't wait to book this. Thank you Finn and Michelle for your wonderful hospitality.
