Lage und Service gut, Zimmer ganz ok

Das Personal an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit und die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer aus der obersten Etage sehr schön. Ebenso ist das Hotel direkt an einer Bus- und Tram-Haltestelle mit direkter Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof gelegen.

Ich habe ein Nichtraucherzimmer bekommen, aber es roch leider trotzdem ziemlich stark nach Zigaretten. Für mich als Nichtraucherin leider sehr unangenehm, sodass ich nachts trotz kalter Herbsttemperaturen mit offener Balkontür geschlafen habe. Ausserdem hatte der Teppich in meinem Zimmer sehr viele Flecken, was etwas ungepflegt wirkte.

Polecam na wyjazdy służbowe jedną lub wiele nocy.

Ładne pokoje z balkonem, winda, gniazdka do ładowania sprzętów elektrycznych w odpowiednich miejscach. Ładna łazienka dobra restauracja z cenami o akceptowanym poziomie.

Znajomi pytali o różne rzeczy gdzie w odpowiedzi było, że czekają na dostawę. Parking słaby i dodatkowo płatny.

1. Czystość. 2. Pachnąca i czysta pościel. 3. Fajny układ pokoi. 4. Przesympatyczna i profesjonalna obsługa. 5. Darmowy voucher na dowolny napój w barze (lampka wina, małe piwo, kawa, herbata, napój, woda). 6. Lokalizacja - 1.5 km od Rynku oraz blisko do urokliwych miejsc nad Wartą.

1. Głośna i niewydajna klimatyzacja w pokoju (2 piętro) - pomimo ustawienia 20 stopni z wywiewu ledwo chłodne powietrze - przy tym generująca mocny hałas, który uniemożliwia nocą spokojny sen. 2. Hałas od strony ulicy przy otwartym oknie. 3. Drogie śniadanie - 55,00 zł za os. to stanowczo za dużo. 4. Konieczność rezerwacji parkingu o czym nie ma info poza informacją, że parking jest - na szczęście w chwili przyjazdu było kilka wolnych miejsce w wąskim parkingu pod hotelem (koszt 50 zł / doba). 5. W narożniku wnęki prysznicowej, przy fugach grzyb. 6. W pokoju gość na stoliku zastaje wodę mineralną, jest także herbatka i czajniczek, ale szklanek czy kubeczków - brak.

Focus Hotel - tutaj wrócę!!!

Funkcjonalność hotelu, garaż podziemny, balkon, wyjątkowo smaczne śniadanie i bardzo dobre obiady. Brawo kuchnia!!! Przemiła obsługa w całym hotelu. Bardzo polecam Focus Hotel w Poznaniu.

Amazing value for the price, comfy beds, and great breakfast!

We had a great stay at the Focus Hotel in Poznań! The room was spacious and clean, the staff very friendly, and the beds very comfortable. The location is a bit off the strict old town/city center but the tram and bus connections are great and you can get anywhere without a car. The breakfast buffet was fresh and offered a wide range of choices from pastries, cheese, ham, and spreads over fruit and veggies to sausages, scrambled eggs and pancakes. There's also a small fitness room with some cardio equipment and a yoga mat, as well as a sauna at your disposal (upon notification of the staff).

Bardzo serdecznie polecam. Miłe i przyjazne miejsce.

Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła. Wygodne łóżka, czysto, komfortowa i nowoczesna łazienka. Lodówka w pokoju.

Minusem było tylko brak jakichkolwiek sztućcy, kubeczki jedynie papierowe.

Śniadanie i bufet super. Szwedzki stół elegancki, nam niczego nie brakowało. To co pierwszy raz spotkalem to bardzo luzne podejscie do robienia kanapek na wynos, do tego stopnia ze byly przygotowane specjalne torebki z gotowymi kanapkami dla gosci wychodzacych.

Duze okna na calej szerokosci sciany - mocno bylo czuć zimno z dworu, szczegolnie przy biurku. Klima - po ustawieniu na 25 stopni, rano po obudzeniu bylo ustawione na 23, automat jakis? Materac za miękki- chyba jest to kwestia przyzwyczajenia do wlasnych standardów. Ogólnie hotel super, to co wyżej wypisalem to raczej problemy pierwszego świata.

Dogs barking in rooms and corridors

Friendly customer service who facilitated moving to a different room during the day

Note this hotel must be dog friendly where other guests bring dogs. The dogs are in the rooms. I had to get moved from one room to another room during the day because in the room near mine there was a dog barking for 6 hours. Funny enough in the second room another dog started barking in the room next door. Message for Dog Owners - please be respectful, people have to work in their hotel rooms or just want to rest, I have nothing to do with your dog.

Great choice for business traveller

Excellent place for those traveling to Poznań on business. Room's furniture and fittings are in excellent condition. Quality breakfasts with generous choice that should satisfy most tastes/dietary requirements. There are also parking places, but they need to be reserved in advance.

From sightseeing point of view, it is not necessarily next to the most popular attractions (however Malta lake and Central Square are within 15 minutes walk)

Communication with a staff still to improve

Communication with a staff online was weird. Not organized, not a professional team. Phone number is just existing, no one picking up the phone. I’ve been trying to call them during a whole day.

great location, good amenities, pretty great breakfast!

no fuss, enjoyable hotel. Room size is good, amenities as well. The included breakfast was pretty good and the restaurant dishes as well. Location is also great, in short walking distance to the old town - or a few tram stops away, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and helpful and the modern sauna can be used 24 h. Very convenient (paid) parking underground.

beds are quite soft, depending on your preference this can be a bit annoying. Otherwise all good!

Complete chaotic place

Upon arrival, we had to wait for over half an hour to be attended to as there was a couple complaining that the room they had reserved was not available. Eventually, we were given a room, but it was not what we had reserved. We had booked a double bed for two people, but we were given a single bed with only one pillow, one towel, and one blanket. We had to complain to receive an additional pillow and towel, but the extra blanket was not provided. After further complaints, we were offered a complimentary breakfast. However, when we went to the dining area, there were not enough seats or food for everyone, which resulted in long waits. Additionally, the hotel was not clean, with food in the hallways and dirt and grime throughout the building. To make matters worse, one assistant of the receptionist did not speak English, which is unacceptable in a hotel. Overall, my experience at Focus Hotel was disappointing. The lack of organization, cleanliness, and basic communication skills made for a frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others and would advise anyone to look for alternative accommodations.
