Absolutely fantastic hotel!

Clean, well-equipped rooms. Excellent all-inclusive dining. Friendly staff. The beachfront location was simply perfection, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the pristine shoreline. We even had the opportunity to enjoy a game of tennis on the hotel's court several times, which was an amazing addition to our vacation activities.

Evenings could be more interesting with a wider range of entertainment options.

Nice accomodation, well located and correct service.

The environment is excellent. The whole island is wonderful, so wherever it is close to the sea, the location is perfect. It also has access to the near beach, perfect for walking around.

Food, even a buffet, was very simple, plan, basic and repetitive. There were always chips and basic salad, few cooked dishes, and those existing were of basic elaboration. Quality of the products was limited, but this was aligned with the pricing. Just being a pity not to elaborate the cooking with basic products and introducing more variety.

Great Location ideal for Families

The location was very good on the beach with plenty of space, room was standard , breakfast and all meals was very good plenty of selection

There are signs of age.. taps corroded tiles cracked walls cracked.. all minor things .. this is mainly for Families.. couples will be ok.

Pleasant

Most things were satisfactory. Rooms were very small but cleaned daily. Food and drink was very varied and plentiful. Grounds were well kept and litter free. Staff were very good.

6 out of the 9 in our party contracted Covid during our stay and we had to self isolate in our rooms. Hotel had no room service so it made life very difficult and had we not had friends with us who were free of the virus, we would not have had food or drink brought to us. Hotel was sympathetic but not very helpful. Rooms very small. Beds were very hard.

Don’t waste your money unless you love carnage

Food was ok, very basic and very repetitive. To be honest, that’s all I can say that was positive.

Far too many people for fear space. It was absolute carnage every day at meal times, hundreds of people were crammed into the food hall, was like a very disorganised school canteen. Far too many people for the size of the hotel, not enough seats in the evening for the show (the shows were also horrendously bad). Screaming kids everywhere, kids with their hands in and all over the buffet food. Frankly, I’d rather have spent a week in Butlins Baghdad.

A lovely hotel for our first family holiday with a toddler.

The hotel was very clean and the hotel wasn’t too big.

The pools were cold if there was no sun out or windy.

Location was good, it was clean

Didn't get any explanation about how the fully board options are for food. Assumed it was just the restaurant we went to for meals. Was not aware of the bar snacks until the last day. Also did not get much communication about the children's activities. Wasn't sure what there is to do when the weather is cold for children.

Great location!!

Hotel is super close to the beach. The beach is also super nice- Arsenal del Castel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly.

A mass of tourists! Felt like a cruise-ship. Breakfast was super packed! Also felt a bit industrial.

Great fun for all the family. We loved it

A beautiful and green place. We really enjoyed our stay. Both us and the kids had so much fun thanks to the great animation team, all the activities throughout the day and the mini club. Food was a good variety (we loved the smaller restaurant and the Italian chef) and very good quality. Location is fabulous for both pool and beach lovers.

The all-inclusive offer is a little funny. It’s not really all inclusive, but valid only for unbranded liquors and no cocktails. Paying customers make no queue for the drinks, while sometimes we had to wait 10/15 minutes in the line in the evenings.

Everything was fine, the food was good, the pools were great and the beach was near the hotel (two beds and one umbrella cost 17,50€).

There were a lot of long black hair in the bathroom (even on the wall) so we were not so sure about cleanliness. The ashtrays were nowhere to find. We missed the vegetable during breakfast (only tomato) and yellow watermelons were really disgusting. We expected more during snacks (like fruits). There were no plugs next to bed.

"3 stars with a minus" hotel, although the potential of the hotel is huge

Absolutely wonderful location! This lagoon is really one of the most beautiful and peaceful on the island. Also it`s very cool that there is a small water park. Very nice terraces with sunbeds with the seaview and with the possibility to hide in the shade if it is very hot. Very tasty coffee and fruits))

1) Jellyfish! In this lagoon periodically appear a huge number of dangerous jellyfish Pelagia noctiluca, which stinging very painfuly, and the scars after it bites you don`t disappear for a long time and always itching-(( 2) Reception. Not very friendly, doesn`t give useful information to just arrived tourists (how to use hotel`s infrastructure, where you can or can`t go, about Jellyfish that it can be dangerous in the sea and you need to be careful! 3) Animation. It is only for Italians. If you are not Italian - animators will not even greet you. Many times on the beach they called to play Darts or bocce or other games, but only Italians, the other guests were completely excluded from communication. It was very offensively and unpleasant 4) Cleaning. The rooms cleaned very badly. When we arrived, on the walls in bathroom was a lot of black hair from previous guests. They hung on the wall all the time we were there, nobody cleaned it, you could even start a diary of "hanging hair". In the corridors someone spilled chocolate and it was on the floor for several days. In the dining room the plates are very dirty 5) Noise. The sound insulation in the rooms is terrible (Once we woke up from the sound that someone was pissing in the toilet in our room - so you can make a conclusion about noise protection in rooms) 6) Food. Very, very, very poor choice of dishes, especially for Breakfast. Believe me, we have experience to compare - we were 3 times on the all-inclusive three-star hotel in Mallorca - it is incomparable (there was an incredibly tasty and a huge selection of food). Melons and watermelons only for lunch, never again. Chefs cooks tasteless, sometimes even forget to salt the food. Very small selection of snacks, the desserts are all the same day after day. Breakfast is very poor, no cucumbers, meat-extremely fried, in the morning you need something more light, no canned tuna or other fish. Pancakes are terrible as rubber in Michelin tires

We used this hotel as just for a bedroom we went over everyday and didn’t use the facilities.

The room was small, there was a bad smell in the bathroom. When arriving the female reception staff was quite abrupt and not very welcoming
