A wonderful place for holidays in a amazing Greek island.

The personnel was very friendly and kind. Especially Katerina in the breakfast room and the cleaning lady on the fifth floor. They were always ready to help and serve for every issue. The pool was amazing and much better than the pools of other similar hotels in the same area. The breakfast was extremely good and varied. Finally, there was a free room upgrade.

The hotel is located in the middle of the road between Faliraki and Rhodes. I had to take the bus every day to find economic or traditional restaurants and taverns. In the room there was an espresso machine but not capsules.

Ampiezza, cortesia ed attenzione del personale, tratto di spiaggia sempre pulito ed in ordine

Camere da rivedere in quanto datate, pulizie camere un pó più accurate non basta solo passare lo straccio, rifare il letto ed il bagno in maniera sommaria, nell'elite club non bastano i snack bisogna pretendere proprio dei veri pasti visto la differenza di prezzo ed il costo della vita nell'isola, la spa per chi ha fatto l'upgrade all'elite club dovrebbe essere inclusa

Excellent beachfront hotel

Excellent location. Beautiful facilities on the beachfront with walking access to the sea. Good food and a wide range of restaurants.

The bath in our room was extremely slippery and difficult to get in and out of.

Exploring Rhodes

Good size room, comfortable bed, good aircon. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety catering to all tastes.

Relaxing

Pool was beautifully positioned, even with lots of people didn’t feel crowded. Diner buffet was very good. Make my own pasta was great and fun. Lightning at night was amazing.

Margarita in coffee cups next to the pool.

Beautiful pool area, nice views and friendly staff Great breakfast and fantastic bar area for sundowners

The beach access to the sea is very Stoney so you need to actually enter the sea wearing shoes . Hotel should build a walkway into the sea as the shallow part is very uncomfortable on your feet

Fabulous stay in a fabulous hotel.

From the initial welcome to our final goodbye the staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is light and airy and all appointed to the highest standards of a first class hotel.

Beach is a little Stoney when entering the water.

The beach was really nice, just a reminder it's a pebble beach you need shoes. the hotel was really nice staff is super friendly the food was delicious

the air conditioning unit was automatically set for 25 degrees Celsius For the entire building and could not be adjusted.

The hotel location and appearance are stunning, but the staff and service make the hotel exceptional.

I have stayed here several times. The purpose of this booking was to extend my stay on a package holiday due to a late departure.

As a repeat customer, there isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great pool, beachside and calm vibe

The staff were warm and friendly. They were very helpful and accomodating. Clean hotel with a lovely large pool and beachfront. Free parking for guests too which is always a plus, especially as town is not a walk away.

There isn't really anything to not like. What I will say though is that the gym is quite small which is never usually an issue for me. However, it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Equipment in the gym were old with pretty much one of each machine (again this is not unusual) but there was not a designated free area in the gym where you could do your stretches, bodywork or free weights.

Everything was excellent best breakfast ever at any hotel I’ve stayed felt like royalty. The pool and beach were relaxing and spa experience made this the perfect ending to our wonderful trip!

Had a great stay. We were very pleased.

Grounds were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was tasteful and quiet. Constaninos in the maintenance department was especially helpful in solving several electrical connection problems we encountered.

Buffet breakfast might have been more tasty. Hot food was often cold. Some of the restaurant services were curtailed because it was near the end of the season.

potentially excellent stay marred by inefficient and thoughtless domestic staff with very poor room servicing.

the property had many desirable facilities and services, breakfasts were amazing, and the front desk staff were all very helpful

the domestic staff need an overhaul! on our first night our room was not serviced by 7pm when we returned to our room feeling pretty tired from a full day out. we contacted front desk and was given some excuse and told that they had till 9pm to finish their servicing! We explained that we were tired and wanted it done immediately. they did not turn up until 8pm and did a quick change of linen on the bed and left. nothing else was done other than take our coffee cups away and requested fresh cups to be delivered, but these never came, I contacted them again for some coffee cups and they still took an hour to arrive, 2 coffee cups, no saucers, no teaspoons! by that stage I had put on the do not disturb light and went to bed, but we were still woken up to receive these cups. the next day our room was “serviced” but still no saucers, teaspoons, no replenishment of the tea and coffee facilities, and we had run out of paper tissues the day before but these were not replaced, and the used glasses were only rinsed and not properly washed This staff made what was potentially a wonderful stay into a disappointing one.

Perfect vacation. Resort at the highest level. Tranquility, quality, service.

Everything is perfect. The beach, the view from the beach, al 5 restaurants are fabulous - including the very good breakfast. The service of the stuff was very good, they are all vey nice, helpful and do the best so your vacation will be great and memorable. Very recommended!!
