Perfect location, close to city center (stores and restaurants). Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful.

The location is great, we got the room before the official check in time. The staff is very nice .
The room didn’t have AC(air conditioner), we visited at hot day and this is a problem.

The staff looked after us very well. In particular we were there for the Tor des Geants race and were coming and going lots. They looked after us in a very professional and friendly manner especially the reception staff.

Central position to town centre.
We had to ask to change our room as it had been smoked in and smelled of an attempt to remove the smell by a chemical bomb. Laura on Reception saved the day without any fuss. Breakfast wasn’t to the standard of a four star hotel.

Excellent location, walk to pedestrian only town centre in 2 minutes. Wonderful views of mountains. Amazing friendly staff.
Fridge in room didn't work.

Great breakfast selection. Comfortable spacious rooms. The barman was incredibly welcoming and made a mean Moscow Mule!

Bright, clean room with a lovely view and very warm when the heating was on in the evenings , rather cool during the day when it was off.. Friendly staff and a nice bar area. Small sauna and steam room in the basement which was nice to use after a day on the slopes
Breakfast had only the same choices every day - a bit unimaginative and repetitious! The anti-covid measures seem excessive compared to other hotels and made breakfast very slow... every item had to be served by a member of staff who was also waiting on the tables, meaning you often had to wait. Cereal was in one place, and frustratingly milk in another which meant queuing twice. Even the toast had to be placed in the toaster by a member of staff. We appreciated the need for caution but other hotels have more efficient systems.

Great location, great staff

The hotel has a beautiful decoration, lots of common areas with sofas where you can relax and a great location if you are not planning to have a car. The bar was super pleasant and the service was great.
The rooms are too small and you don’t have space to open your bags on the floor. As a consequence, it gets super hot at night (with the heater off). If you open the balcony door, you might have trouble to sleep because the street in front of the hotel is super busy. The bathroom amenities are very basic. The breakfast is good, not excellent - a small variety of everything. You need to book to have access to the spa, which is open for few hours per day, and the receptionist didn’t inform us about it. It is frustrating to expect to arrive at the hotel to go to the sauna and learn that it will not be possible. I complained and they found a slot that I could use it. The sauna is small (max 2) and the steam room had a weird smell (mold). But ok… what really disappointed me was the behaviour of one of the employees. We asked at the reception if there was a bus to the skywalk, he said no. Another employee close by tried to give us the correct orientation, but the first one didn’t let him speak. Next day we asked again and he insisted that there were no buses to the skywalk and called us a taxi. Making the long story short, yes, of course there were buses and the taxi price was 10x the bus for a short ride.

we stayed for a week for skiing at Christmas 2021. the rooms were basic , we would have expected kettle and a bath for spending €2800 . the spa , the steam room wasn’t particularly nice, it smelt musty,
breakfast pastries were nice but otherwise breakfast was rather limited
the barman - Peter, was brilliant. can’t fault him, his service was wonderful and he was so welcoming and accommodating
the location for skiing was great

A friend and I visited in September 2021 and used the hotel as a base for competing in the Tot Dret trail run. The hotel has an excellent location close to the centre. Comfortable and appealing common areas downstairs. Quiet room. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would stay again if visiting Courmayeur.
Limited breakfast, maybe this is because we visited out of season.
