Location is fantastic and their breakfast is good but that is all that was great about this hotel.
I did not receive my upgraded room I paid for and out of 5 rooms that I paid for only 1 air conditioner worked properly. They moved us to a different room, one night that was an upgraded room but the next morning told us it was rented out, so we could not stay in that room. That same night one of our kids rooms was too hot to sleep in so he was moved to the room they told us was already rented out. Consequently, I never received the upgraded room and two of the other rooms were extremely hot so last night we were there.

Lovely location on the island with a bus stop right in front and the ferry port: ischia Forio line. Very convenient! The massage offer was appreciated and the staff is great!!
View from the room was worth it !
For future stay, an easier access to drinkable water would be even better and no plastic glass for breakfast but the helpful staff were here to make our stay a success!!
Facilities are limited because of winter: only a little pool open, unfortunately. Will come back in summer !
