War OK.

Essen war gut. Die Pizza ausgezeichnet. Sehr gut finde ich, dass es sämtliche Sachen, wie Marmelade, Müsli etc. in Spendern gibt. Nur die Butter ist extra abgepackt und das ist auch gut so. Die Nischen im Restaurant haben mir gefallen. Man hat, trotz der vielen Gäste, etwas Privatsphäre.

Das Essen war leider wenig abwechslungsreich. Der Kaffee war eher sehr wässrig. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass am Gemisch und an der Qualität der Getränke sehr gespart wird. Ich befürchte, das liegt an "All inklusive". Am Abend war es an der Tramontana Bar sehr dunkel. Mich hat die Musik im Restaurant genervt. Ich bin halt kein Jazz Fan.

Für drei Nächte hat‘s gepasst, länger wäre nix gewesen.

Feiner Wellnessbereich, schöner Strand, Lobby und Restaurant waren sehr ansprechend, gutes Essen, jedoch kaum Abwechslung bei der Auswahl.

Alte, dringend renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer. Die Zustell-Stockbetten waren eine Zumutung und es roch trotz permanentem Lüften unangenehm. Bad ohne Belüftung und die Dusche ist seitlich offen. Pools und Liegen waren nicht sauber. Essen war gut, aber nicht abwechslungsreich, meist das selbe am Buffet.

Duży halas dzieci. Brak możliwości zjedzenia posilku na zewnątrz restauracji. Halas z klubu nawet po godzinie 24, co uniemożliwiło spanie.

Perfekt for børn.

Personalet var meget venligt. Børneklubben var god og havde nogle fine aktiviteter. Falky bamsen tog sig god tid til at snakke og kramme vores datter.

Vi var 2 to personer der blev syge med maveonde. Måske fra poolen, vores datter var meget i det varme basin indendørs. Måske fra maden.

Wonderful all-inclusive family beach holiday in Zadar - Falkensteiner lived up to its reputation!

Food was exceptionally good on the all-inclusive plan. Great kids club, kids activities, very friendly multilingual staff.

Some power sockets in the room did not work, and there are no power sockets near the bed.

Repas trop redondant, peu variés, gustativement limités, peu d’activités, animateurs peu vus alors qu’en plein mois d’août, animations du soir très courtes voir inexistantes

Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab jeden Tag Animationen für groß und klein. Vor allem Medo, der Animateur war sehr lustig.

Das Hotel ist hier und da schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hat die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Die ganze Woche waren im Badezimmer Spinnenweben in der Ecke, die sich niemand vom Putzpersonal annehmen wollte. Ebenfalls haben wir einen Tag einen Büschel dunkler Haare in der Dusche gefunden. Die Haare waren weder von mir noch von meinem Mann. Wir haben uns nicht viel im Zimmer aufgehalten somit war es „ok“, jedoch für ein Falkensteiner 4-Sterne Hotel hätten wir uns von der Sauberkeit wirklich mehr erwartet!

Alles war gut und ok und die personale waren nett

Essen war nicht so gut geschmeckt und Schwimmbad war nicht sauber aber nachdem unsere Reise die haben schon gereinigt . Vorhang in Badezimmer auf einmal runtergefallen und niemand gekommen das reparieren .

Das man die Tennisplätze nicht im Voraus buchen konnte. Das war für uns (Tennisgruppe mit 10 Personen) recht schwierig .

Auswahl an glutenfreien Speisen war sehr gering, Nachlieferung der Speisen dauerte relativ lange, vor allem Pommes an der Snackbar

Friendly staff, food is good.

The food was good enough, the staff is very friendly and polite. It’s an ok all-inclusive for couple of days.

Some parts were outdated and could use a good renovation. The grout between the tiles and mosaic at the pools booth indoor and outdoors is black/mouldy and should be thoroughly cleaned.

Najbolji omjer cijene i kavlitete na tržištu.

Odlična soba, sve čisto i uredno. Iznenadili smo se što je većina osoblja iz hrvatske pa nema jezične barijere, svi su vrlo ljubazni i susretljivi. Ponuda hrane je odlična, u bazenu topla voda. Izuzetna vrijednost za novac. Povoljne cijene masaže.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years and it is definitively frayed around the edges.

Great and attentive staff.

The room was quite small with some damaged furniture. Shower doors were quite difficult to close. Signs of wear and tear evident in the different areas of the hotel.

Overall it was a good experience!

Overall was a good resort and we enjoyed time spent there. - The team of the kids club was very engaging with such a positive vibe. They were always organizing activities. They had a kids playroom so parents had the chance to relax a bit -Swimming pool - not huge but nice - Variety of food - Staff in general was nice

-Drinks in all inclusive were very poor quality- they use very cheap alcohol. For better ones you had to pay. Was told from one there that the cocktails used to be done manually one by one (example mojito) but in June they started using ready ones with the machine... such a pity! - our refrigerator was not working. They did not manage to fix during our short stay... it was a prob for us as we could not store the milk or water for the night... We got a lower price in June compared to July. I would not choose this resort with July's prices.. if I have to spend that much would rather go for a place in Croatia where there is a beautiful beach as well. The beach here was nothing special and not that clean...

The sea is very nice.

We were eight guests, and four of us got gastrointestinal infection. You could clearly see the same foods repeating in the restaurant. Although the hotel was all-inclusive, the bars wouldn't give us non-alcoholic version of their alcoholic cocktails (don't understand why): For example no virgin Mojitos, but they would serve normal Mojitos. Out room which was on the side that is not renovated smelled funny. There was only a single elevator for the whole building 2 to use. There is no restrooms in the pool area, which means that many people need to go inside the building while wet, or some might simply do their business in the water. All in all, a very bad experience for a resort.

Contagious diseases and terrible food quality

Staff were friendly and the room had a good view

Serious issues with this hotel. We stayed for five nights and three out of six friends became sick (one when we came back) from a virus or bacterial infection that caused fever and body pain. One reason can be terrible food quality. Almost no fresh food, many artificial drinks, bad-quality coffee, some plates were there everyday for 5 days (cooked beans) without even changing the plate, mixing leftovers to prepare the next meals, no fresh juice. So avoid any type of food and drink that can you don't see to prepared in front of you. No good facility maintenance, lots of gaming facilities were broken and out of order. You could see broken glasses on the ground next to the swimming pool! Furthermore, due to exceptionally high number of families with many kids, you can assume water quality in the indoor pools and the things you might expect to see there, which can stay there for hours!

Buffet was a the same things every day! Would have been good to have theme nights for dinner so there is variety in the food. The family rooms no longer have bunks so kids had to sleep in sofa bed together!

Lovely property with so much for kids to do. Great location if you want to pop over to the beach. Drinks and food were good and staff was lovely.

No complaints except it was slightly annoying to have older boys running amok without anyone intervening. I feel like the lifeguard should have stepped in on several occasions to keep smaller kids safe.

We have been to this hotel more than 20 times in thee last 15 years. It is nice place to relax and rest. I should say that the food (full board) is consistently very good and I like the relaxed atmosphere.

Really tiny room. When the hotel was renovated some years ago it seems to me that the room size was cut in half.

It was a very relaxing stay which provided quality time for my family.

Meals in the main dining room were wonderful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.

The outside landscaping was not kept very nice, and the indoor pool room was in need of repairs. The fitness room had very old equipment.
