The view of the town Bouillon from the hotel was fanstastic. We booked the 1/2 pension so we had dinner and breakfast included. There's also free parking nearby or 50m away from the hotel. The place was cozy and the staff was friendly.
The door of our room was broken/loose. I hope they have fixed it.

Hotel has a spectacular view of the old castle in Boullion. I wish I knew more about it. The Hotel sits on top of a ridge overlooking Boullion and the Semois River. It has a great terrace which is where I ate dinner. I got there late, but the staff was able to put together a rather nice meal for me. this Hotel is where German General Heinz Guderian stayed the night before the Meuse River Crossings at Sedan on May 13, 1940 which changed world history.
The valley was shrouded in fog the one morning that I was there, so I missed the Panoramic View of that beautiful valley in the daylight. The road up to the hotel is rather steep and windy.

View exceptional
In reality you would struggle to eat else where due to the location, captive audience .Evening meal very nice although with only 3 waitresses very very long wait between courses. Breakfast very disappointing. First impression of room, really nice but look closer and all needs upgrade. Towels very poor quality, been washed to death.Toilet smelt of urine, no water or glasses in room just very thin plastic cups. Although mattresses looked new, beds bowed and uncomfortable as you feel your being tipped out

We were on the second floor and you have a nice view from the room on bouillon. Diner is a fixed menu and was very good, there is however no choice in main course if it is something you don't like there is no alternative. Rooms were very clean as was the lobby and terrace outside. With temperatures going above 30 it was nice to sit on the terrace of the hotel lobby, the bar had a good selection of drinks.
The room we had was a bit outdated and with the temperature during the day going above 30 degrees it would have been nice to have airco in the room. The first night we woke up at 3am because it was just too hot. Opening the window helped a lot but I am a bad sleeper with too much light in the room so I got up at 5am. The sheets on the bed and headpillow were a bit too hard for my taste especially with the warm weather. Apparently there are some rooms on the first floor that do have airco.

This hotel is located in the village of Bouillon. With a stunning view of the castle, river and village. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The bar and terrace are amazing. The room was classical and comfortable. The included dinner and breakfast were perfect! Definately staying here again during a next visit! Highly recommended to any future guests!

Our room overlooked the small town of Bouillon and was opposite the castle. This was very good after dark when the castle was lit. The hotel was clean the staff were friendly. The restaurant was good with great food.
There was nothing that we didnt like. I look forward to visiting again at a later date.

well located with great rooms, spacious and with a great view to the city
nothing to complain
5.0
location, friendly staff
the facilities were not available, therefore it was too expensive for what it is. the breakfast was very simple. what you get from this hotel is the same that you will get from a very simple hotel but for a fairer price. if the facilities would have been open, then MAYBE the price would justify it. cleanliness is also just average.

Beautiful view from the Hotel over the city.

Hotel Panorama was a perfect location for walking. We received a warm welcome. Dinner was excellent every single evening. The lounge area was large, comfortable and relaxed for a coffee, drink or to sit and read your book.
8.0
Excellent evening meals - well worth having half-board
Terrace and view of the town/castle
Good size room
Very welcoming staff
No in room hot drink making facility
Room lighting could be improved
Extractor fans at night noisy
Electric car charge points would be a good addition in car park

Liked the decor of the hotel, beautiful breakfast , good car parking and we had a excellent view of the town and river from our room.
I would of liked tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Excellent view from the room; we had a turret with extra seating. Spacious room and en suite. Comfortable bed. Felt like real luxury. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of food, including eggs, ham, cheese, fruit and cook your own pancakes!
The evening meal was a set menu with no options, which on that evening was very meat based.

Fantastic view from the balcony, good breakfasts and helpful staff.
Not many negative points to mention, only perhaps the furniture looks a bit outdated.

the hotel has a great view, the dining room area and terrace are super nice. easy access to town + hiking routes. the dinner in the evening was very nice and good quality - compliments to the chef.
the description said there was a swimming pool included, but actually it is a spa which you have to reserve for private access. 2 hours access is 70 euros, which we found excessive. also, reservations are not limited to hotel guests which meant we were unable to find a time that suited us by the time we got there, since many times was already blocked.

An extra fee of 5 euros for airconditioning - that is no longer done. Also at check-in we were given the opportunity to reserve a dinner table but we were only offered a fixed menu.

Great views over Bouillon, booked due to historical WW2 signifance, topped off with seeing original Boar's head which nearly killed Guderian.
Leaving, wanted to stay longer but plans didn't allow.

Superb view and location. Staff very helpful. Owner delightful, particularly when we had thought that we were checking out a day later than was actually the case! Restaurant fantastic.
Bed and pillows rather soft.

The location was superb, the food in the restaurant fabulous and they catered for vegetarian despite it being a set menu. The public areas were really comfortable and relaxing. It has a lot of character. Our room was large and airy .
Strange room arrangement. Toilet and wardrobe in ante room with light by door but bathroom at the other side of the room.Had to venture in pitch black at night to use the toilet. Booked a room with one bed but there was a spare. Detracted from the room. Pictures show full length windows and balcony but those only available on smaller rooms so disappointing as we coukd not see the view unless standing at the window.

Magnificient view of the city and the castle. Typical, traditional ardennes and family run hotel with very friendly staff and attention to detail. Good restaurant and amenities! Perfect stay as a couple or family with kids.
