Soukromá pláž a lehátka v ceně ubytování. Paní manažerka hotelu je velmi milá, vstřícná a se vším nápomocná. Pokud bydlíte na kopci, vozí Vás usměvaví řidiči po celý den tam i zpět, ale není potřeba, cesta trvá z pláže max 5 minut. Snídaně velmi dobré a všude panuje příjemná letní atmosféra a úžasnou hudbou.
Voda v bazénech opravdu studená, děti se na bazén velmi těšily, ale nakonec tam ani jednou nebyly. V okolí není moc vyžití a nenajdete tu ani jeden obchod. Doporučuji si pronajmout auto, protože večer tu není co dělat.

Staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend Arte & Mare Hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Good hotel, airy rooms, great food, fair prices, very clean place and fast services.

Firstly, the staff were lovely and helpful, two in particular. I felt sorry for them, completely under the pump. Our room was up the mountain and had to use WhatsApp to arrange lifts up and down which was super annoying with kids and there was a lack of communication in the whstsapp group (they wouldn’t/couldn’t answer) so we spent a lot of our time waiting around. They were busy but I just felt the communication very poor, I wasn’t aware our room would be so far away. And for a new hotel it was a bit shabby with poor kitchen facilities. We also couldn’t use the big pool for reasons unknown to us.
Breakfast was good particularly the breakfast staff.
Lack of communicating throughout, the rooms being so far away, whatsapp being only form of communication. For the price it was very disappointing

Location was excellent, facilities were very good, very clean swimming pool, great room size for a family of four. I loved the staff, Maria and her team did everything for us to feel welcomed, excellent restaurant and breakfast staff as well. Elia beach is one of the best I've been in the Cyclades islands - its a family place and makes you feel safe.
For those staying more than 3 nights I would strongly strongly recommend renting a car. The taxi prices vary by the client's head (50 at minimum to 70 EUR per ride). True, not easy to parc, but if you come around 6pm to the old port free parking you always can squeeze in a spot.

room, staff, breakfast
distance from town is 20 minutes. nothing else in the area. The hotel offered 3 shuttles at
11am, 6pm or 9pm.
taxi to town was expensive

It was quite a nice experience. The service from Maria was exceptional. Also, we stayed in a new development a bit up the hill, but it was really great rooms with pools etc. There was a shuttle that took us to the beach every ten minutes. We could also order food and breakfast to the room, so no problem with that. They offer very good personalised service. Town is a bit far, but they will arrange transport etc no matter what.
The restaurant was a bit quiet, so there was not a lively vibe. The beaches there are beautiful, but if you want some nightlife, after dark not much is going on.

Room comfotable. nice friendly staff. Breakfast tasty.
the gym is small, without the necessary things, located at the reception. the pool is small as a puddle of ice water. no spa (sauna does not work), only massages (from 140 euros and above). food in half pension is very scarce. after 3 days you can no longer look at the same menu. on the seashore you can lie free of charge only in the 5th row. for the first 4 you have to pay 35 euros. on the first day we wanted to get from the city to the hotel by free shuttle. They didn't tell me where to find it. instead they offered a transfer of 50 euros and a personal driver.

Elia beach is very nice
food uninspiring , place is rundown and needs more attention

We have been impressed with the quality of the suites and the staff politeness. Management is all over the place and bonding with the guest ensuring everything runs smooth.

The shower room was huge, and so was the bath. There is a shared pool for every few rooms, or a private pool. The breakfast was excellent, there is a stand for omelets, crepes, Belgian waffles and the chef is very nice and prepares excellent dishes!! In addition, I would like to praise Maria who was always available for us for any request and with a smile. There is no doubt that we will return for another visit

The food and the chef were amazing!!
The safe/locker facility in the room was not up to the mark. Firstly it was not installed in the room. After requesting to install this was done but it did not work properly so it was of no use.1

Luxury and relaxation ! nice place to cocoon. Location was 30 meters or about 33 yards from the beach. buffet breakfast in the morning was included and exceptional from 8-11h. jacuzzi in bedroom had very good pressure. beach lounge chair space was included in the booking. Hôtel manager was attentive and helpful. On-site massage available, probably one of the best massages I have ever had.
felt overwhelmed during check in with information - would have appreciated to have the same information written on paper and handed to me. Prices of add on services were not fully transparent and might evolve. I had to remind them of what had already been agreed with another colleague or written to me via booking on prices for shuttles for example. I would still stay again but definitely check taxi / Uber prices yourself.

Great views and great staff, always went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you.
The rooms were great but there was a smell (probably of dampness due to the humid climate) which never went away. We just learned to live with it - since it was just 2 nights

The towels brought to room were dirty, the air con in the room was blowing warm air, there was no proper room service, the food at the restaurant was not good.
The place was nowhere near a 4stars,forget about 5!
And the prices? Extortionate for what was offered.
Dubai seemed cheap in compression.

the staff and the beach
just wonderful
u sure need to have car to move easily within the island
by far Elia beach is among the best
The facilities within the hotel are good but not up to resorts across other countries
prices in Mykonos generally are so high

The location if you stay in the rooms closer to the beach is excellent. If you stay in the rooms at the top of the hill then is a nightmare as you need to catch a van to take you up there and down every time you want to be in your room or go somewhere. The beach is the best in Mykonos by far as is the restaurant on the beach. The hotel restaurant offers very good breakfast and the staff are mostly very friendly. If you rent a car there is parking behind the restaurant which is normally available and convenient. The gym is not very good at all with two out of three machines not working and the weight machine is very old.
This hotel is around a year away from being a real gem. Our stay was 10 days long. We were 12 people divided into three separate rooms. Because of disorganization we had to all change our room two to three times. Each time there was something wrong with the room. The last room was higher than what we paid, even though it had a strong smell of damp, however over half of our stay was spent in rooms smaller than we had paid for. Maria, the manager, is amazing. She is the only reason I have not given this place a 1 or 2 star. She goes over the call of duty to try and fix every situation. Unfortunately the owners of the hotel make her job 10 times harder by not, it would appear, investing in the up keep of the property. I believe if they can upgrade the place, which is split into two properties, then in around a year this will be easily be one of the top spots to stay in Mykonos.

Wonderful hotel and location, amazing room with balcony and nice sea view. Homemade sweets and a choice of freshly baked breads and croissants are featured each morning in the rich American buffet breakfast. Definitely I'll be back for more nights.
9.0
Breakfast buffet is top level and having a private beach is a plus.
The check in and part of the hotel is beach front, however, most of the rooms are a steep road up the hill not near the beach at all. We didn’t find out we weren’t staying in the beach front portion until after signing paperwork at check in. The hotel provides vans to drive you to and from the 2 locations and acts like it’s fine, but it’s more of a pain than anything and felt like a scam. In the end, I was too tired to argue and just took the room they gave us. Booking needs to adjust the listing to be more accurate.
