The room was spacious and clean with a view on the lake, breakfast was great and the park around the hotel is incredible. Personnel are available to accommodate customers' needs.
The rooms are nice and spacious but not super modern. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

Breakfast was perfect. Unfortunately ends pretty early for people who would like to sleep longer. Also pool closes too early for summer time. It would be nice if it would be open until daylight to be able to refresh once more before going to bed. The whole property is very nice and quiet. Well maintained mostly.
Only that we couldn't open some windows in bungalow.

I liked spaciuos room, the view and breaksfast point because it is really beautiful with beautiful views. I liked free parking, italian kindness and the pool is nice.
Maybe a weird smell in one room at breakfast - Because of birds.

Very beautiful gardens and pool area. The common areas of the hotel were lovely, including dining room and reception area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The bed in my room was a bit hard (for my taste) and the pillows and blanket were not of high quality. The food in the dining room was fine but I would have liked to see more authentic Italian dishes on the menu.

You felt like you have your own house instead of a room. Beautiful villa for breakfast and view.

Nice swimming pool and location. Garden is nice too. Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. Tennis court is appreciable. Bedroom size is above average

We thank the management of the company for the opportunity to stay in a room with a dog!
1. The drain in the washbasin was clogged, the water was barely draining. 2. There was a fungus in the shower between the ceramic tiles. 3. Above the washbasin, roughly insulated electrical wires above the lamp were visible and more... The coffee from the coffee machine was unpleasant and pineapple juice at breakfast was sour with foam. We made a remark to the staff. I think that the price-quality ratio is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

The staff were really nice. Manager was great. She just had nothing to work with.
The cabins were had no real wi-fi and smelled of mold. We were moved to the third floor of the hotel which had really bad air conditioning in a heat wave. Nothing is new. We visited a winery and a restaurant where everything was new and fresh
Sure COVID cost them a bunch but what about the good years? Why the Mother Teresa slept here rooms and decor. You are paying 300 EURO a night for this? We had a stunning apartment in Madeira for 100 EURO a day. Aren't you supposed to invest in your properties so that your guests enjoy your hospitality and come back. We would NEVER come back here.

Loved the garden and the outside bar/coffee area - was lovely to come back to a more tranquil environment in the afternoon

The hotel garden are splendid, and the pool and pool area very nice and well maintained.
A special mention to the staff and I. particular to the girl at reception who was very friendly and doing her best to accomodate guest’s requests.
Overall a little dated. Beds with hard mattresses, and noise insulation not so great.

Garden and swimming pool is great ..
The worst breakfast since 1982. Low cost, poor food...

The staff was really friendly, free parking spaces for the car and a carport for our ebikes as well. The pool was really clean and the pool are was really nice
The beds were really uncomfortable and you could feel that the matrasses were really old. The breakfast was only until 9:30 and the selection and quality of food was not as good as expected. The rooms are quite 70ties

Super nice location between Sirmione and Desenzano, large pool, tennis court and spacious rooms with all you need for a stay with the family. Super clean rooms!
The furniture is a bit old, but super clean and good condition!

Had a nice trip with my friends, the stuff was really friendly and the rooms were comfortable!

The villa’s grounds are beautiful and well groomed. The pool clean and welcoming. Bring a swimming cap as wearing it is compulsory. The apartment was spacious and Clean, perhaps the deco a little dated if I wanted to be really picky. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient.
On a Sunday breakfast closes at 9:30! And you have to check out at 10. Prisons and army barracks have more relaxing Sunday rules... and ordering coffee for your breakfast means queues at the bar, clearly short-staffed.
