White Sands 459 is an incredible four bedroom, three bath 3 story condo. Step off your balcony directly onto the beach. The vibe inside is light, bright and beachy. The living area has hardwood floors, a large flat screen tv and those incredible beach views. The dining area seats 6 and there’s additional seating at the wraparound eat in bar. The open concept kitchen has stunning views, is fully equipped and has a Keurig coffee maker. The guest room on the main level has two full sized beds, flat screen tv, and views of the Little Sabine Bay along with an ensuite bath. On the 3rd floor you will find more gleaming hardwoods. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is the first time that I've come away wanting to rebook the same place for our next trip. The unit is even better than the pictures. The beach is beautiful and quiet with plenty of space to spread out.
Our group was two families with 7 young kids. It was so great to be able to leave our beach tent set up for most of the day, feed the kids lunch on the patio, dump our sandy stuff by the back door at the end of the day, and easily spray off to go inside. The cool and roomy garage meant that we could easily load our vans without breaking a sweat.
You can tell that this is someone's special vacation home with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. Simple things like extra fans and blankets in the bedrooms, laundry baskets, storage furniture, plenty of towel hooks, a trash can on the patio, and a very well-stocked kitchen made such a difference for us.

This is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at White Sands. Well decorated, well equipped, roomy. There were eight of us with ages ranging from 4 to 68 and we could have accommodated more with room to spare. We will be back.

The condo is beautiful and spacious and it is right on the beach. We loved the location and the layout.
However, the next door neighbors that you share walls with are doing renovations and you will hear LOUD bangs, hammering, and saws running until 10pm every night. We contacted the property management but they said they can’t really do anything about it since the HOA quiet time is 10pm. So, if you like loud noises and feeling like you are in a construction zone until 10pm every night, then this is the place to stay! We had to deal with this all 3 nights of our stay. Not a great experience for all of our young children that tried to go to bed at 8:30pm or for the adults that tried to have a conversation over all of the noise next door.

This was a perfect setup for a group. Great location & floor plan. The furniture needs cleaning but I understand how difficult it is to keep anything looking fresh in a rental. We didn't have a single bar of soap in any of the bathrooms so had to go to the store for that. And the towels....well they were very small & thin (Walmart brand). Fortunately we live in the Perdido Bay area so I went home and got some good towels.

A bit pricy, true, but if you consider we had 3 families (8 people) stay there, the cost is not high at all. Loved the fact that we could watch the kids on the beach from the upper balcony and the kids loved the freedom. Also, we went during Forsyth County fall break, and because Forsyth is the only county to have fall break, there was NOBODY else there. We loved it, we had the beach to ourselves.The only bad point about the stay was the fact that they advertise that they allow pets (which they do, we took out dog) but they do not advertise that the pets are not allowed on the beach. There was a person there that threatened to turn us in if they saw the dog on the beach. Besides that, all was great

I would highly recommend the property. It will certainly be a go to location when we return.

This was the best vacation rental that we have ever stayed. It was like a beach house in a complex. Whoever designed the layout thought of everything. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! We didn’t feel like we had to drag everything back and forth because it was so close to the beach. I’ve always says property owners should stay in their rentals to see what all is needed. Not this one!! It was perfect. The kitchen had everything you would ever need as far as utensils, dishes, and great cookware. The bathrooms were well thought out also. There were many towel racks and hooks for all of your stuff. We had three families and had plenary of room for everyone. There was enough room to park all there of our vehicles in the garage. We will definitely be back for another vacation!

This is the second time that we have rented this townhouse. We have already made our reservation for 2021. Things we like about this unit - location, views of the Gulf, garage, cleanliness. Pensacola Beach Properties staff provide excellent service. We appreciate that the owners will consider pets. Please, if you stay with a pet, be responsible. This is one of the nicest townhouses on the Gulf side of the island that will consider pets. One potential downside is that the living room and kitchen are one flight of stairs from the garage and three of the bedrooms are another flight of stairs above the living room and kitchen. My wife and I are in our 70's and we consider the stairs an opportunity to get some exercise.
