White Sands 459 is an incredible four bedroom, three bath 3 story condo. Step off your balcony directly onto the beach. The vibe inside is light, bright and beachy. The living area has hardwood floors, a large flat screen tv and those incredible beach views. The dining area seats 6 and there’s additional seating at the wraparound eat in bar. The open concept kitchen has stunning views, is fully equipped and has a Keurig coffee maker. The guest room on the main level has two full sized beds, flat screen tv, and views of the Little Sabine Bay along with an ensuite bath. On the 3rd floor you will find more gleaming hardwoods. The gorgeous master has a king sized bed, flat screen tv and access to a long beachfront balcony. Another bedroom on the 3rd floor sports a queen with flat screen tv. Beautiful property, property management was easy to talk to, seamless check in/out even though we had a hard key, we all loved that it was right on the beach and 5 min drive from all the restaurants and bars. Would recommend!

I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is the first time that I've come away wanting to rebook the same place for our next trip. The unit is even better than the pictures. The beach is beautiful and quiet with plenty of space to spread out.
Our group was two families with 7 young kids. It was so great to be able to leave our beach tent set up for most of the day, feed the kids lunch on the patio, dump our sandy stuff by the back door at the end of the day, and easily spray off to go inside. The cool and roomy garage meant that we could easily load our vans without breaking a sweat.
You can tell that this is someone's special vacation home with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. Simple things like extra fans and blankets in the bedrooms, laundry baskets, storage furniture, plenty of towel hooks, a trash can on the patio, and a very well-stocked kitchen made such a difference for us.

This is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at White Sands. Well decorated, well equipped, roomy. There were eight of us with ages ranging from 4 to 68 and we could have accommodated more with room to spare. We will be back.

Loved the fact that we could watch the kids on the beach from the upper balcony and the kids loved the freedom. Also, we went during Forsyth County fall break, and because Forsyth is the only county to have fall break, there was NOBODY else there. We loved it, we had the beach to ourselves.
The only bad point about the stay was the fact that they advertise that they allow pets (which they do, we took out dog) but they do not advertise that the pets are not allowed on the beach. There was a person there that threatened to turn us in if they saw the dog on the beach.
Besides that, all was great

With 3decks, sleeping for 12, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a garage for 2 cars. We had a great time. We will definitely be back. I can’t recommend this place enough.

It was a very nice place and had plenty of room, great location right on the beach. The house was clean and very comfortable, great views from the balcony’s and close to the boardwalk and pier.

The condo is beautiful and spacious and it is right on the beach. We loved the location and the layout.
However, the next door neighbors that you share walls with are doing renovations and you will hear LOUD bangs, hammering, and saws running until 10pm every night. We contacted the property management but they said they can’t really do anything about it since the HOA quiet time is 10pm. So, if you like loud noises and feeling like you are in a construction zone until 10pm every night, then this is the place to stay! We had to deal with this all 3 nights of our stay. Not a great experience for all of our young children that tried to go to bed at 8:30pm or for the adults that tried to have a conversation over all of the noise next door.

This was a perfect setup for a group. Great location & floor plan. The furniture needs cleaning but I understand how difficult it is to keep anything looking fresh in a rental. We didn't have a single bar of soap in any of the bathrooms so had to go to the store for that. And the towels....well they were very small & thin (Walmart brand). Fortunately we live in the Perdido Bay area so I went home and got some good towels.

We stayed at this location for our last vacation and everything about it was perfect. The layout is great. Condo is very spacious, roomy and comfortable. Great location and just steps from the beach. We usually only rent houses so that we aren't next to someone but we never heard anything through the walls from the condo next to us. The deck space is GREAT and even the heavy duty patio furniture is a nice touch. Will for sure be staying here again anytime we come to Pensacola!! Had to communicate with staff often due to prior hurricane and hurricane coming while we were there and everyone I spoke with was beyond nice and accommodating. Quite a bit of the island was slow/closed or limited due to hurricane Sally just the week before so it was nice to stay in a place that the 9 of us could be in comfortably and have our own space, inside and out if needed. I have zero complaints about this condo or the rental staff. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Our family of 5 really appreciated the 4 separate bedrooms. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The location is great as it is close to all the shopping/restaurants, yet is on a stretch of beach that feels private. You are just steps to the water.The balconies are spacious and can seat large groups. If there was any negative it is that the balconies are fairly open and not private, but we only experienced that a couple days during our stay.I would highly recommend the property. It will certainly be a go to location when we return.
