Was lovely, my family loved it and the kids loved the spar bath and the roof top balcony

We loved everything, it was great for the kids right on the beach where you could swim the rooms were clean and comfy. Was so wonderful we only met one staff member at the front desk she was also lovely and very helpful.

The only thing was not being able to lock the doors up high from my toddler but that is something I totally expect anywhere I go. Everything else amazing

Never stay here again . The cafes and shops around were so helpful. However I feel this place could learn a thing or two

Nothing. Staff were rude. Pool was out of use. I have never stayed in a hotel where I I’ve had to bring down my own rubbish. We were left with little to no toilet roll, shampoo or conditioner. We were advised to stop walking through reception. This is our first experience in Australia and we feel we’ve been taken advantage because we’re travelling. They’ve put us in such a bad position.

I have never stayed in a worst establishment. The staff were so rude. They charged us 75 dollars as soon as we left the property because we supposedly left ‘rubbish’ in the kitchen which we put into the one box to be taken down. When we went back to reception to ask about this, they told us the 75 dollar charge was because we didn’t bring the rubbish bag down to reception. In my opinion this is a disgraceful way to treat paying guests who were respectful and did no damage to any property on the premises. We weren’t made feel welcome from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Staff would want to take a course of customer service

Great Accom in a fantastic location.

Lovely staff and perfect location meters from the beach and some excellent bars and restaurants. Live music on your door step every day was a nice touch.

Amazing weekend away.

The view from the 2 bedroom ocean view appt number 25 was AMAZING!! we felt so lucky waking up in the morning in the main bedroom and watching the waves and surfers from our bed. The pool area was lovely and the games room looked good. It's in a great location with cafes, fish n chip shop located in front of the resort and walking distance to many different restaurants.

It wasn't a big deal for us as we only stayed 3 nights but we discovered on our last morning that the dryer wasn't working. We left a note so I'm sure it's been rectified.

Wonderful lace to stay

Location was amazing, right on the beach. Facility was well equipped for enjoyment and holidaying. We loved our stay. Next time I'll book beach side not pool side so we have a view. Thankyou

Disappointing

There was a problem with both the air codioning and the car park, When we told this to reception , their first response was " nobody else complained" very unfriendly. Also a lot of noise from other younger ( teenager) guests. Wouldn't stay there again.
