Everything was perfect.

Well placed, in the center of old Nessebar, surrounded by ancient sites, big rooms, excellent food at the restaurant.
I have nothing to complain

Cleaning
Customer service was shockingly bad, especially the staff of the restaurant was a group of rude and unprofessional people. They could simply ignore our presence for an hour or longer, then we would get a chance to place the order. After some time starter and main dish would be served together and later we had to order the dessert and wait for minimum another hour. Once we ordered Crème brûlée and the lady brought it after 1 hour 30 minutes (after 2 reminders) and guess what? She did not have time for caramelizing the sugar. Well, she told us that she will be back in a moment but never did. We paid for a package including breakfast and dinner for 6 days but after 3 evenings we decided to eat somewhere else as we never felt us welcome in that restaurant. Good business, right? To charge people for a dinner and then provide such a bad service that they will go away. We were not the only people, we saw many other guests who left the restaurant disappointed. And the worst is that they will never say sorry, they are rolling their eyes and saying "we are busy, we have many customers" . If you cannot handle many customers then do not offer dinner or change the strategy but with such an attitude they never will get better in service. So better save your money and especially your time. Maybe some adults have nothing else to do and have nothing against sitting the whole evening to wait for a dinner but how to make children to sit with you 1,5 hour before getting the food and then another 1,5 hour for something sweet.

Boutique charming hotel in the historic district of Nesebar, centuries old fishing village with preserved traditions and architecture! Rooms were spotlessly clean with air conditioning and all the required amenities, bed was comfortable. Staff at the hotel was welcoming and helpful! Parking is free and nearby. Location is excellent for sightseeing all the main landmarks in the old town and the marina. Hotel's bar/restaurant has very good menu choices including some traditional Bulgarian dishes, food is freshly cooked and delicious! Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance. Beautiful golden sand beaches nearby including Sunny beach and St Vlas easily accessible with public transport or short drive by car.

The area where this hotel was, it was perfect! I arrived to this hotel on the 22st at somewhere between 10.15 and 10.30am. According to booking, the check-in was possibile starting with 14:00 pm. When arrived, I was greeted by this lady who was at the reception and indicated me where to park. After that, she offered us a free coffee while waiting for the room to be cleaned. At 11 am (so much earlier), me and my girlfriend were accomodated in the room! The rooms were very big and clean and the bathroom looked very nice! We had a nice view also of the sea and a very funny seagull! We had complementary water and coffee waiting for us in the room. The interior of the building itself was also very beautiful! So, a big "like" for the area where the hotel was, the staff from the reception and the rooms!
I consider that the food that is provided in the price you pay for a room, it's quite poor. I say this because of the fact that we had dinner and breakfast included. At the dinner we had to choose from a menu: a starter, a main course and a desert. The thing is that regarding the main course, the portions are quite small. Secondly, there isn't no drinks included. I've paid for a 333ml bottle of water 4 leva, which is quite expensive regarding the price I`ve paid for the room. Beside this, the service was quite slow. I`ve ordered a desert that I've waited almost 40 minutes for it. Thinking that it was a restaurant that was destinated only for the people accomodated in this hotel, I consider that it is enough time to wait. For the breakfast the same thing applies, the portions aren't the biggest. However, I have to be honest and say that beside the meal you've ordered, you we're given free fruits and some traditional pastry so If you don't eat much in the breakfast, I think you should be ok.

Comfy hotel, lovely floodlit view of the medieval St John's Church, the peacefulness and exquisite melancholy of Old Town Nessebur out of season.

Location, breakfast, attitude of the people there.
We had half board. At both breakfast and dinner you have a la carte menu from which you can choose:
- breakfast: Avocado toast is delicious, it comes with saumon fumee
- dinner: you can choose one starter (salads included), one main dish and dessert.
There is a hotel parking for about 7-8 cars but you can easily park in the big port parking place, 2 minutes away to walk.
Congrats to the people there, great attitude, very friendly!!!
Suite rooms are not really traditional suite but they are ok, partial sea views.
It was cold in the bathroom, no heating source.
Bed was too hard for our taste.

* Free dinner was included (!) with a large menu (!), and food is of high-quality in both the breakfast and dinner
* Friendly and helpful staff. Most of them speak English and Russian, besides Bulgarian.
* Great view from the room and good hotel design
* Clean room with good toiletries
* Location is right in the middle of the old town
* The instructions to pass the Nessebar checkpoint included calling a local number. Tourists should never have to call a local number for any reason. Ever. Reaching the hotel by car is a bit stressful in general and instructions are unclear.

Nothing except a few more English speaking channels on TV.

Everything was perfect, the location, the room, the staff, our favorite was Niki, the feeling of relaxation and well-being. We appreciated the compliments of the hotel, the coffee and water in the room, the fruit and pies at breakfast. We highly recommend.
the mattresses were not too comfortable, but it is not necessarily a criticism and can be solved
