Prima doorreishotel

Ruime kamer met balkon. Uitstekend bed. Goede parkeerplaats. Vriendelijk personeel. Eindelijk weer eens een hotel met echte glazen ipv plastic bekertjes.

Badkamer niet geheel schoon.

Très bon emplacement

Personnel très attentionné et aux petits soins. Merci pour le surclassement ! La proximité avec la salle de spectacle l'amphithéâtre 3min à pieds Lit très confortable.

Petit déjeuner buffet à 25 euros assez moyen. Il faut payer en plus si on veut une orange pressée. A ce prix là c'est de l'abus. Parking à 20 euros la nuit L'architecture très particulière qui n'est pas très intime. Dans une galerie commerciale ouvert de tous côtés et avec des baies vitrées partout et pas de porte d'entrée. Ça manque de cocooning.

Perfect stay for a Congress at the Palais

I was in Lyon for a conference. great location if you are there for a Congress at the Palais. confortable and safe for a solo traveler. Spacious room with a view of the park

There was piece in the shower that was broken. A little moule in the shower grout. It felt out of place because everything else was perfect.

Only hotel that had a restaurant that was open on a Sunday. Everything is closed in a Sunday and Monday in Lyon!

Decent stay

Nice & kind stfaf, spacious room, comfortable bed. Iron in the room was a plus!

The bathroom was not really clean. The toilet was in bad condition.

The room was large and spacious and really elegant. Exceeded my expectations compared to all typical french hotels I've stayed in. The bed was large and comfortable and the AC was in excellent condition.

Great locale situated between the Rhone and the park. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially when a situation cropped up on checkout day. Breakfast was satisfying.

The room that I was staying in had a wall socket loose, a missing light switch, and the shower vent dropped from the ceiling on its own less than a minute after I came out of it.

Beautiful and convenient hotel

This hotel is truly exceptional. Its prime location near the Rhone River and picturesque park across the street make it an ideal choice for any traveller.

The service and facilities were excellent. But they came in to clean my room even though I had the do not disturb sign hanging outside my door.

shower tray exceptionally slippy not a good design starter at the restaurant was inedible, the waitress was lovely and apologised and stated it would be removed from the bill , however after paying we realised they had charged us

Everything from start up finish was exceptional. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff is professional & friendly. The restaurant offered excellent service and a delicious menu. Overall very accommodating to families.
