The hotel is awful. Not recommended. Our room is 4th floor and they dont have an elevetar. So we have to climb 4 floor with our heavu baggage. Their room is so small, the photos are unrealistic. No one speaking even a little bit english. And the room’s toilet smells awful. Not recommended. Do not even think about it.

It's a nice hotel in good location for exploring Tashkent near subway station and restaurants. The rooms are small, but clean and nice. The beds are comfortable. Internet (Wi-Fi) was fast and reliable. The staff was very thoughtful, friendly and kind. They were happy to help with all my questions/needs. I highly recommend that place. 10/10 experience!
It would be great to have free breakfasts for Genius members. It's $3 per day for everybody now.

Location, price/quality ratio, friendly staff, wonderful view through panoramic window
Smell from the bedroom, uncomfortable (hard) bed, wi-fi issues (regularly lost signal)

Staff was not helpful at all and did not care. They could have but never bothered, as they have little understanding what service means.
Also, the bed was broken.
View from the room never matched the pictures on the booking site.

The staff is very friendly. Really liked this place. Next time when I will visit Tashkent, definitely will choose this hotel. Hotel is clean, neat, all facilities are working. Its location is quite near to the city centre. Thank you muuuch 😍

First and foremost-- the amazing staff. Nodir, the manager, went way above and beyond over what a manager in a larger hotel would do. After lifting my bags upstairs, he took time to answer every single question I had and gave me a loaner mobile phone instead of my suddenly-dead one -- all with a smile and a happy-to-serve attitude. Every time I turned to him for advice, he offered on-point suggestions on how to deal with a myriad of small problems. Tashkent is buzzing with activity nowadays, and it was very helpful to have a wide source of local knowledge.
Other staff were good-natured, polite and quick to act. Facilities were clean throughout, all appliances worked in my room, noise was non-existent, invoice and registration certificate were issued promptly and without errors. There is a tasteful small tropical fish aquarium in the lobby. The whole place gives off a definite sense of a happy family-run enterprise. In general, I felt the value/price ratio of Friday is through the roof. I am not ashamed to say, I didn't want to leave, once my stay was up.
A feely-touchy bit: 10 meters behind the hotel, a small bakery starts churning out fresh bread at 6 am. I got an incredibly tasty, hot, crunchy-crust Tashkent obi-non (round bread). It melted a piece of cheese I put on it. What a delightful way to start a morning it was!
During the evening rush hour, the main road is difficult to cross, vigilance is key! A li

Food was horrible. Per day I was charged 3$ for breakfast. They served me expired food. When I complained they said even they eat same and why I can't eat. I bearly got I'll after having the breakfast. And they were about to pick me from airport for 10$ agreed amount. But they didn't show up. So I refused to pay the taxi amount.

It was a very relaxing hotel for me.
My room was small, but there are big window that we can enjoy the view of ordinary life scenery in Tashkent. And of course, the room was very clean.
The hosts are friendly and the care for the customers is very nice.
The nearest subway station is bodomzor (the interior of the station is really beautiful), it seem to have some universities, and there are a lot of students.
It's less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the station, but you'll find some supermarkets, shops ,mosques or something that never bored on the road.
Luxury hotels near Amir Temur Square are good, but if you want to get into the everyday life of Tashkent, I would recommend this one.

Hotel is located quite far from the city center, but close to the nearest metro station. This is very small and family-like hotel. It's pretty modern, and well kept. Room was quite big, well equipped (air condition, coffee-tea set). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. Bathroom was big, with basic cosmetics, and clean towels.
I missed fridge in the room. Breakfast was very modest, and I'd payed more attention with freshness of products.
