Schöne ruhige Lage Nähe Flughafen.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage und ein super Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Der Flughafen Düsseldorf war auch sehr nahe.

Perfect voor overnachting met gezin na late vlucht

De kamer was modern en schoon. Kinderbed en babybedje waren aanwezig en opgemaakt zoals van tevoren verzocht. Ontbijt was lekker en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Als ik iets moet noemen dan is het het feit dat de parkeergarage 18 euro kost, maar dat is niet onoverkomelijk. Openbare, gratis parkeerplekken om het gebouw waren bij aankomst in de avond allemaal bezet.

Calidad precio espectacular

El hotel ha superado mis expectativas. Si bien la localización no es la mejor, está muy cerca de una estación de tren y de autobuses que te dejan en 10 minutos en el centro o que te permite moverte por el estado de Nordrhein Westfalen sin problema. También es posible llegar al centro andando en poco más de media hora. La habitación era espaciosa y todo estaba en muy buen estado e impecable. El desayuno estaba incluido y era buffet, ¡muy bueno! Calidad precio inmejorables.

Si bien estaba muy limpio al llegar, la limpieza fue más bien superficial los siguientes días. Además el cambio de ropa de cama y toallas se realizaba muy tarde, a las 18, de modo que a veces nos encontrábamos en la habitación cuando se producía.

kahvaltı içeriği yeterli ve ürünler lezzetliydi. otel genel anlamda aile oteli değil şehre çalışmaya gelen grupların kullandığı bir otel gördüğüm kadarıyla. temizlik iyiydi , resepsiyon personeli oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmak için ellerinden gelen çabayı gösterdiler. gündüz resepsiyon görevlisi ingilizce biliyorken gece personeli Türkçe biliyordu. şehirde de çok sayıda Türkçe bilen kişi var.

haritadan konumunun daha merkezi olduğunu düşünmüştüm. şehri gezmeye geldiyseniz daha merkezi bir yerde konaklama daha iyi olacaktır. havaalınından otele taksi 32 euro , uber ise boyutuna göre 18-27 euro arasında tutuyor. uber ile alstad 25-28 euro civarından düşünün. otelden şehre şehirden otele hesapladığınızda daha merkezi bir otele günlük 60 euro fazla ödeme yapmak daha makul bir tercih olabilir.

Super Hotel wenn man den Tag unterwegs ist. Sauber und Modern eingerichtet.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Gut fanden wir auch den Wasseroberfläche mit Kaffee und Tee. Schön wäre noch Früchtetee gewesen.

Das Zimmer war sehr eng für 4 Personen, jedoch für eine Nacht und nur als Schlafplatz ausreichend. Einen zweiten Hocker zum sitzen hat uns gefehlt.

Tolles Hotel sehr zentrumsnah

Top Lage, alles sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Personal absolut freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstück sehr vielseitig, hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Sehr ruhige Zimmer, es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

30 Minuten Zeit zum Frühstücken... und das im Urlaub

Das Zimmer war in jeder Hinsicht (Größe, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit) okay. Ein Kleiderschrank war nicht vorhanden, aber das hat man in solchen Hotels (kein Urlaubshotel in dem Sinn) ja öfter. Die Lage war gut. Bis auf den Hotelmanager war das Personal freundlich.

Mich störte, dass es im Doppelbett nur eine große Bettdecke gab. Das war für meine Nachtruhe nicht sehr förderlich. Das Parkhaus ist meiner Meinung nach mit 18€/Tag zu teuer. Auf den Aufzug musste man bei Abreise sehr lange warten. Das aber nur nebenbei bemerkt. Das Frühstück war für mich vom Angebot her in Ordnung. Wer Rührei mit Speck mag, wird enttäuscht sein. Es gab lediglich hart gekochte Eier. Was in meinen Augen ein absolutes No-Go ist, dass wir nach 30 Minuten regelrecht aus dem Frühstücksraum geworfen wurden. Am ersten Morgen noch dezent. Aber am zweiten Morgen fehlten uns die Worte... Bei Anreise wurden wir gefragt, um wieviel Uhr wir frühstücken wollen. Wir haben 9 Uhr angegeben. Dies wurde notiert. Weiter wurde nichts dazu kommuniziert. Am zweiten Morgen ging der Hotelmanager mit einer Liste von Tisch zu Tisch. Er erfragt die Zimmernummern, hat diese abgehakt und da es 9:33 Uhr war hat er uns erklärt, dass wir 30 Minuten zum Frühstücken haben, diese somit vorbei sind und wir dann gehen sollen. Nicht nur wir sondern auch Gäste an Tischen um uns herum, denen es nicht anders erging, glaubten im falschen Film gelandet zu sein. Zumal man am Buffet teilweise auch anstehen musste, was auch noch Zeit gekostet hat. Das Problem ist, dass es an Tischen und Platz dafür fehlt und Gäste die später frühstücken wollten dann vorm Frühstücksbereich in der Schlange standen um auf einen freien Tisch zu warten. Dieses Hotel, bzw. diese Hotelkette kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage.

Für unsere Übernachtung nach einem Event in Düsseldorf war das Hotel vollkommen in Ordnung.

Früherer check in war möglich, Getränkeautomat in der Lobby mit guten Preisen, guter Schallschutz im Zimmer trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen war davon nichts zu hören.

Leider war es beim Frühstück sehr voll, obwohl wir von der Rezeption einen Zeitraum vorgeschlagen bekommen haben.

Don’t let the location keep you away!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted us and we felt welcome. The entire place was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and well designed. Bathroom was decent sized and shower was roomy. Bed was firm and bedding was clean and soft. Air Conditioning worked like a dream and we slept like babies. Breakfast was well presented and offered standard Continental Breakfast and hard boiled eggs and assorted meats, cheeses and breads and spreads. Very nice dining are and the kitchen staff was very friendly and did an amazing job keeping up with the tables and food. Would definitely stay here again.

The location has a large lot of vehicles across the street from it. Its unkept and unsightly. We had to park on the street in front of the building next to the hotel. I was worried about my vehicle being stolen or damaged but the car was fine the next morning. Other than that, the place is great.

Nice overnight stay, with friendly staff at the hotel

Check in was smooth. Receptionist were very friendly. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was also very nice. For us a good choice of food to choose from. Check-out was also smooth and I liked the option of being able to get a lunch bag if you had to leave early/in a hurry.

I think you shouldn't use a double room for 4 people, by just placing a sleep sofa. The room is perfect for 2 people, but too small for 4.
