Location is good. In the opposite of main train Station. All of the facilities are standard.

Comfortable room with fridge, newer furniture and good sized bathroom. Close to the city center. Even though is by the train station it was quite.

Our room didn’t have a kettle for tea/coffee, which would have been nice to have. Also not enough parking spots, so we had to park by the train station.

I had a single room which felt nicely spacious. There was a really nice breakfast served by friendly staff and available at a good early hour of 7am. The hotel is just at the edge of town, right by the station, maybe 6 minutes walk from the turn centre. I thought it was excellent value and I would be delighted to stay here again.

Chic hotel for a nice stay in Goslar

Location near everything for sightseeing or shopping. Chic hotel,clean, big room, modern,wonderful breakfast,friendly personeel. Nice selection of coffee/tea complimentary.

Very good hotel for an acceptable price

Staff was very kind! The hotel was very nice and tidy. All our rooms were more than big enough for one person and were apparently recently refurbished with good quality materials.

The bed in my room was a bit too close to the bathroom making it tricky to walk in for a shower.

One of the best in Goslar

Great staff, fine rooms. Best breakfast in Goslar. Close to restaurants and shops. Very good garage.

it was convenient- clean and pleasant - we felt grateful

i liked the wooden floors - the cleanness - the new bathrooms - and the friendliness of the reception;

only two issues - stained towels and rough old under sheets on the bed that need replacing and upgrading;

Nice, old-school stylish, clean, but part is under restoration. Next to the train station.

The hotel is 3 min from the train station. Big room, big bed, very nice modern bathroom, many stylish posters everywhere.

There was a restoration in the part of hotel, that was not attractive. There is no lift from the street to the reception.

The location is great, right next to the train station, next to many shops and restaurants with the city centre 5 minutes away

Price is very high for what is being offered. Including considering there was a lot of renovation going around. The staff doesn't speak English well and make it difficult when for example dealing with payments

Goslar is a beautiful town and well worth a visit, enhanced by the accommodation.

Close proximity to both the train station and the town centre. Whilst breakfast was not buffet due to their covid rules, it was well presented in a lovely dining room. Staff were most obliging and helpful on every occasion. Although there were no tea making facilities in the rooms, on request I was very willingly given a tray with kettle and all I needed. Fridge in room.

Not so much that I didn’t like it, but the bathroom was tiny. Difficult I would imagine for bigger people. Not sure it is stated anywhere that there are about maybe 12 steps up to reception. However there is probably a back entrance which I didn’t check out.

very friendly and very clean. the room was spacious and well appointed.

I had booked a double room for one person and a very small single duvet was left for me. I wasn’t cold but it would have been much nicer to have a duvet that fitted the bed.

Good rooms. Good service. Good beds. Good breakfast. Good place for a stay in Goslar. Very happy with the hotel.

Traffic noise in room faced to the station. Delivery trucks very early in the morning made noise so our sleep was interupted so ask for a room not facing out to the main road. Everything else was excellent.

excellent location and staff

Excelent location just oposite of main rail and bus station, ideal for hopping and exploring the Harz region and its picturesque towns and nature. Very hospitable staff at reception and the restaurant. Covid protocols highly respected.

No terrace for smokers to have their coffee or drink with cigarette. Instead have to stand like ... in front of hotel oposite the station and people approach ask for cigarette.... The hotel should find some solution for this. Though there are some rooms with terraces.
