Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Nice quiet location for good sleeping. Definitely pet friendly. Plenty of on-site parking. No problem with a late arrival. Friendly staff.

Comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfasts, fresh food served with a smile. Great location for exploring Heidelberg and the surrounding area
The indoor pool was so very cold with a steep ladder which made it difficult to access if you are not fully mobile. Sauna and surrounding facilities were good though.

Very comfortable room, brilliant outdoor restaurant, perfect dinner even during rainy evening.
Few more bathroom cosmetics

Nothing. Everything was great.

Nice location close to SAP if drive by car, clean room with airco, sauna and pool available, quite good breakfast. It seems that they have a very popular restaurant too, but didn't have chance to try it.
Unfortunately there was no wifi in the room. While it was available somewhere on the floor - it was not in the room - I had to use mobile internet instead.

Staff were very friendly.
Our group required a good hotel for a stop over on our way to Austria.

We had a very spacious room and the breakfast was amazing!
Food in the restaurant was basic.

Quiet area, small pretty German town, very good location if you want to visit technical museums (Sinsheim and/or Speyer).
Breakfast is good, restaurant is on the ground floor and also good.
Very large room with a pretty balcony is a plus.
We didn't use the spa facilities, however it seems OK.
Ventilation system is not very effective, however we use the window :)

The room was excellent and very spacious. Breakfast was good, but ends a bit early for the weekend (10>00am). Menges wines are fabulous for lunch or dinner.
There was really nothing not to like!

We have stayed at the hotel regularly for nearly 40 years on our way to or from the south. Always a pleasure to be there and enjoy a meal in the stube.

The room was extremely comfortable with a sofa, armchair and desk as well as a superking size bed. The shower was huge and wonderfully powerful and the toilet is separate from the shower room which is convenient. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a really extensive choice and the dinner that we had in the restaurant was excellent, with good vegetarian/vegan choices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The pool was lovely and open from 6.30am so I could swim first thing (and had the pool to myself!). There is also a good gym.
It is a little awkward that the lights in the bathroom, 'hallway', toilet and walk in wardrobe in the room are all motion sensitive, which means that, if like me you have to get up in the night, the lights all come on. However, we were able to temporarily cover the sensor in the 'hall' and this solved the problem. I had hoped to use the gym and then the swimming pool in the morning but as the gym is in the basement and the pool on the third floor, this wasn't really possible. However, these were both minor problems in what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay at a lovely hotel.

If you had a long journey and a long working day all you want is to easily park your car (for free in front of the door), get into a comfortable room with airco, a good shower, a big comfy bed, enjoy fast WiFi to call home while taking a beer from the fridge and later walk simply downstairs into the restaurant for a proper meal with a good glas of wine (their own Menges Edvin 2017 is a gem!) and the next morning for a really good breakfast. Winzerhof exceeds on every level by providing this with the most friendly staff and excellent service.

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and clean. We paid a little more and enjoyed a balcony.
Excellent food but menu was limited...would have liked more fish not fish ravioli.

Hotel is very clean and quite, very important aspect when I am travelling.

Lovely public areas and room large and clean.
The Airton just kept spouting cold air even if programmed for 25 degrees. The towel rail didn't work so damp towels in the morning. The phone didn't work so couldn't call reception and too tired to go down. WiFi kept dropping out. Very weirdly booked a king size room with a king bed but given single duvet, which totally defeats having a king size bed. Was cold and miserable stay, staff dealt with it well when advised in morning.

Beautiful hotel with a comfortable big room, nice breakfast, delicious great restaurant, calm, clean.
Internet sometimes was not good. Not so comfortable pillows. No kettle in the room.
