I recently had the misfortune of staying at the InterContinental Geneva, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite its prime location near Lake Geneva, the hotel itself is shockingly outdated. The furniture is old and worn, giving the entire place a dreary and uncomfortable atmosphere. What truly made my stay unbearable, however, was the service. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the hotel management was completely unresponsive. The duplicate charge appeared on my card even after I had checked out and left the hotel, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the staff was generally unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns. Basic amenities were lacking, and the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar. I strongly advise against staying at the

We were told by a member of staff that we would receive some goodies due to it being our honeymoon trip and we did not receive anything. The menu options in the restaurant should be more diverse

فندق رائع لكن مزعج لأجد عازل صوت من الخارج لا يستحق ٥ نجوم

‏صوت السيارات داخل الغرفة جدا مزعج لم استطيع النوم ‏لازيوحد عازل صوت،أيضا كرسي الحمام جدا ضيق لا تستطيع الجلوس رغم ان الغرفة بريميوم يعني اكبير من الكلاسيك و تم الطلب غرفة أكبر من العادي لكن كان الحمام جدا صغير ‏ولم أتوقع ذلك رغم إني طلبت تغيير الغرفة لم يكن هناك مساعدة حقيقة لم أعود الى الفندق مرة اخرى

Great perfect hotel luxury service

The staff was amazing very kind helpful and respectful I have traveled a lot been in many hotels but this hotel was the best never ever seen staff like them. The breakfast was great quality and presentation and the area for it. Awesome hotel I would like to visit again.

Overall, very good!

I loved how close it is to the United Nations Headquarters, the pool, and the overall artsy vibe of the hotel. The food at the restaurant downstairs, particularly the breakfast they offer, was absolutely delicious.

The mini-bar is way too overpriced, but the daily complementary tea in your room is a nice touch. One of the employees had a "mean French girl" attitude, butchering my last name every single time she saw me and then laughing about it, which I did not appreciate - it's not a difficult surname to pronounce, and if it was genuinely hard for her to do so, I'd rather she just stopped trying... That said, the rest of the employees I've met during my stay there were extremely professional and courteous, though.

The room was great; the upgrade to suite was very generous; the swimming pool was exceptional, as was the breakfast. The staff was very courteous and pleasant.

Morning breakfast restaurant was overwhelmed with the demand - so the waiting times for the orders was longer than one would like.

Very enjoyable apart from lack of access to pool. The storm had passed by morning so not sure wdidn?

Highly recommend but for the $600 I paid per night they should give complimentary breakfast and movie channels.

Free use of business center, internet, pool & 24hr gym, free water and a bath in the room. Staff were fantastic, breakfast and restaurants and room service were fantastic. Not too close to the city so no loud traffic or crowds noise. Taxi always wait there.

Hotel walls were too thin, you can hear your neighbors using the toilet or shower as the pipes groans and the rain against the windows at night is loud and wind makes the windows groan. No free movies and no free breakfast, you have to pay.
