posizione eleganza e ottimo personale

Breakfast is excellent
There is a private beach at the facility. The sea is wavy at times (maybe it was during our travel season). However, I read in the information that this part of the island is suitable for surfing.
away from the noise of the city.
You must have a vehicle.
There is PULA town nearby for night activities.
There is a slight musty smell in the rooms. I think maybe it's from the winter humidity.
Cleaning is excellent. However, staff starts very early in the morning. There can be some noise.

Huge resort with a lot of space to spend the time. Very friendly and attentive and welcoming staff. Private beach is very comfortable , Pool is so beautyful and perfect located for windy times.
Huge variety in breakfast (good combination of intercontinental and Italian).
Restaurant is recommendable.
If you do not want to have lunch/Dinner there, you are dependant on a car (not bad but you need to know)
Room partially was not properly clean
Anyways it is a place to relax and where we would stay again.

The location is great the private beach made the difference and the scenery is really relaxing and holiday invited.
The room was not comfortable at all, the lack of cleaning, the bathroom was smelly and it was not being cleaned properly for ages. It seems like the rooms needed a bit of revamp, I get the furniture being old and I really don’t mind, but it needs to be cleaned, the inside of the wardrobe was with a lot of stains and the same for the bed lamps. It was a shame as we had a room with sea view. Overall the cleaning for me as a problem considering is a 4 star hotel.

Location in the green parc and directly by the beach, wonderful views from the room and restaurants, private beach
The hotel’s potential is underused. It is in dire need of renovations - the facilities look and feel morally old and tired. Rooms smell old furniture and sweat, air conditioning, though functional, is extremely noisy, staff look exhausted and generally uninterested. You wake up in the morning from the heavy noises of the cleaning in the adjascent rooms - bad acoustics.

Private beach, location is perfect. Very nice property.
Hotel needs update very badly. Architecture of the hotel is super, however rooms are very old and out dated. It’s not enough to have a solid service and a beautiful nature.

The location was incredible. Just at the beach. Total silence and beautiful facilities. The stuff was very friendly.

Loved the location and setting, all of the staff were fantastic, couldn`t have been more helpful. Every where was spotlessly clean if a little tired.
The breakfast could have been a little more varied but quite adequate really, fantastic coffee and croissants.
Some the of the infrastructure was a little damaged, paving etc, And I would have liked the pool to be heated a little, a bit fresh for me in May.

This hotel is beautiful, set in the most gorgeous location. The grounds and beach are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel feels very traditional and rustic Italian, with natural beauty. It is a small hotel on large grounds and what could be better then that! You didn’t feel like you were one of hundreds of tourists, the staff treated everyone as individuals.
The staff are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to help you. They couldn’t have done anymore for us. The service is impeccable.
The hotel offers a 4 course meal every night and we ate here for the 3 nights we were here. It was lovely food and varied.
The breakfast was lovely too; Warm pastries, juice, eggs, bacon, yoghurt and fruit.
The hotel is isolated with no shops within walking distance so you would either need to hire a car or use the bus service which takes you into Pula every 90 minutes or so. So try not to forget your toothbrush or you might struggle to find a shop to replace it!
My sister and I are already making plans to come back here. We are so happy we found this hidden gem!
The rooms are basic but I found them charming and traditionally Italian. We were only in our rooms to sleep anyway as we spent most of our time on the beach or around the hotels beautiful grounds

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by greenery and with amazing sea views. The staff were wonderful and the service impeccable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. our special thanks to Deborah, Giorgia, Chiara and all the restaurant staff as well as the bar tender Maximilian.

Room was a fair size.
The food and drink were outrageously expensive. €20 for a small bowl of pasta, €30 for a gin & tonic after this we went to local restaurants and bars which were far better in terms of quality and price.
Rooms also look very tired. The entire resort needs redecoration.

Absolutely exceptional place, there was a beautiful park around the bungalow, excellent staff, excellent restaurant, wonderful pool,
There was seaweed on one beach, the same breakfast every day, a small selection of food for dinner.

Lady at reception was very kind. Pool area is also nice.
Outdated bedrooms. Bathroom flooded. Woke up with ants running through our bed and floor.
4.5 / 5.0
The hotel was wonderful. Private beach with golden sand, sun beds always available and with no extra charge. Pool with a view on the sea. Rooms were cleaned every day and usually during your breakfast. The property was beautiful and very relaxing.
The only downside was that apart from the beach and the pool there was nothing to do. No water sports, no other attractions. even walking was very limited. Luckily we had a car. We stayed in mid-September and everything in the area was shut, majority of restaurants didn’t open until 7-8pm.

location excellent, staff very friendly, amazing beach
nothing , probably will be great if there is more choices in dinner menu ;)

OK, hotel needs a large investment, rooms dated, air condition noisy. BUT! Amaizing garden, quiet beach and clean swimming pool are the best in the hotel. Beach chairs need to be replaced, most of them are broken. Some personnel is not friendly, especially men in the reception (but ladies were kind and helpful), food and wine excellent. Beach bar needs more variety of food.
noisy air condition in the room, dated equipment and furniture, broken chairs by the pool and beach.

The peacefulness of the place really lends itself to a restful stay. We had a great size room with balcony with a view to the sea. A good choice of accomodation choices within the hotel and the abundance of sun loungers means you do not need to reserve or pay extra for the privilege. Breakfast was adequate and The Grill for lunch was really fabulous with an amazing view. Nice pool with little action with everyone at the beach. Great position from which to sightsee Chia and Isola di San Pietro.
Stepping back in time, means a compromise with the needs of the modern world with the quaintness of a hotel built 60 years ago without a full renovation. It was last renovated in 2011 and with COVID it is need of greater attention. Our room smelt of mould and the only solution offered was a spray. The sash on the window broke and hit me and resulted in a sore shoulder. There was no assistance offered just an excuse that a maid would never leave a rag stuffed in the window, but it did get attended to within a day. Our toilet seat broke and we had to wait 2 days for it to be replaced. There was no light to our room in the hallway and it took 3 days for it be turned on after repeated requests. The staff are unable to do anything without the manager's consent who is more intent on cost savings than visitor comfort. He sits right behind the front staff with a stern look on his face keeping a micro-management eye over the staff. We were told the wrong information about the availability of getting bottled water - as we had been led to believe it was free from the bar - but no you had to pay for it. There was no hair conditioner or body lotion available (which is common with hotels like this in Italy). The restaurant is reminiscent of the origins and the menu was old and sophisticated as were the staff. There is a seating hierarchy as to where you can sit in relation to being closest to the view so when the maitre'd looks at you down his nose, you know you are in the 3rd row.

Breakfast was great- lots of choice.
Room very clean and well presented.
Pool stunning. Private beaches lovely.
Wifi worked only very intermittently.
Staff generally friendly but on the whole the feeling was quite impersonal.
Lunches and dinners hugely expensive.
Impossible to get anywhere unless you have a car. €100 to get to the nearest town by taxi!
Try Soul Bar just up the beach for friendly good value unfussy food and drinks.
Children not really catered for.

Spacious, clean and cozy bungalows. Beautiful park with big trees. Friendly staff. Beach is nice, even though rocky sea bottom. Overall, very romantic place.
Breakfast was a bit modest, water in the swimming pool looked greenish, furniture in the rooms a bit old
4.5 / 5.0
Amazing surroundings, big pool, beach front, a real "havre de paix"
The room could be a bit more modern

The garden around the hotel was nice and the view from our hotel room facing the sea.
It is really not good value for money. it is way overpriced for what you get. although the garden is well kept, the hotel needs some major renovation. for example, the shower tiles and towel holders in the bathroom were broken, our airco didn’t work well and they could really invest in some mosquito nets, since there are so many there. we chose this place because it was next to the sea and the beach is nice, however the sea there not so much, every second sunbed broken and they are not always available. on our first night there was a wedding which we wouldn’t mind if the dj wasn’t in a garden below our window extremely loud. they really didn’t care about their hotel guests. in addition to that, breakfast is not great, limited offer and bad coffee. definitely not worth 4 stars

Not a 4 star hotel as advertised.
Needs major update. Facilities old and below standard .
The staff were all very helpful and friendly and really tried to please, especially reception staff.
The best part of this hotel was the location - on the beach and loungers available.
Toiletries supplied were only shampoo, body gel soap , ( no conditioner or body lotion).
Pillows were hard and lumpy.
Popular for weddings and music blasted outside our room until 1am and when enquired staff said it’s a wedding and ends at 1am. Not ok if we were not informed .
This could be a beautiful hotel if updated.
Would not recommend as a 4 star more like 3 star and it’s old.
Old needs renovation.
Not 4 star- should not be advertised as one.
Breakfast was average but good pastries .
Not even a cork screw opener in room.
No consideration for guests when they have weddings. Music loud and blasting when we stayed and had a wedding.

The staff are extremely kind and professional. They made the difference, especially the maitre and the chef. beach is very nice, the facilities are older but have a distinctive charme. location convenient and near the airport (35min by car)
3.0 / 5.0
The location and the views were amazing. Everything about the building and the resort was top class
No choices for lunch and dinner if you don’t drive there. Poor quality of food in all restaurants and massively over priced. Difficult to even get a bottle of water outside of eating hours. Such a beautiful resort but not basically you have to eat and drink when they say at their prices because there is no other option

The beach and area around both beaches was lovely.
The gardens were lovely too.
Our room in the main hotel was awful. Tiny bathroom. Big steel doors for no reason it reminded us of a hospital for the insane.
4.5 / 5.0
never felt crowded and always had a nice spot on the beach or poolside
the beds were outdated and stiff

The staff in reception was helpful and nice.
The beach and the pool were amazing and clean.
In the restaurant the service was great especially by Danushka thanks to his fluent english and extra care.

I join other comments in praising the hotel. Upon arrival was very pleased with accommodation in a sea view double vs a garden view preordered. The view from the balcony is unforgettable. The inner garden makes this place a charming spot, the pool is fantastic as well as the beach. The cost of a sunbed and a son umbrella are included. a good breakfast for Italian restaurants. Staff is always ready to assist and they helped efficiently. Good dinner at the restaurant. And a seasonal surprise, not many guests at this time, so you can enjoy the atmosphere of adult only Turkish hotels. Fully recommend you to stay here. I will return to this lovely place again. Thank you, staff, for your care!
Some minor things which other guests recalled. Myself would recommend to put a name of the hotel on the gate for clear identification, my google map led me further (the current name on a stone is placed behind the gate). Also the barmen might have understood English better.
