Gut, aber nicht ganz ehrlich mit den Info zum Hotel bei Booking

Sehr freundliches Personal, wirklich super. Gutes Restaurant. Saubere und ordentliche Umgebung

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht weil dort die Info vorlag dass wir ein Doppelbetten und zwei Einzelbetten erhalten. Das war für unsere Erholung sehr wichtig und für die Buchung ausschlaggebend, da wir 10 Stunden vorher mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Im Hotel angekommen gab es gleich zwei negative Vorfälle. Im Apartment war nur ein Doppelbett verfügbar und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Auf dem Schlafsofa kann kein vernünftiger Mensch schlafen. Hier denke ich war die verbindliche Zusage nicht erfüllt und die Info bei der Hotelbuchung falsch und ihreführend. Zweiter Nachteil: Das Apartment was wir gebucht haben befand sich zwei Straßen weiter und nicht im Hotel. Auch hier hätten wir nicht gebucht wenn diese Information vorher klar und transparent bei der Buchung vorlag.

Hotel lindo para disfrutar la zona!

Muy bonito Hotel, Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, todos los empleados muy amables y serviciales, tratan de buena manera y sonríen! El desayuno es muy completo, todo rico, fresco y mucha variedad! Nos quedamos con ganas de ver todo lo que ofrece la ciudad, que se veía muy interesante, ya que estábamos de paso.

L'Ala d'Oro è una certezza di qualità

L'Ala d'Oro è una certezza di qualità. Sono stato qui altre volte e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Stanza ampia, pulita, confortevole, bagno con ampio assortimento di prodotti per l'igiene, ampia disponibilità di caffè, the e camomilla in camera. Cena squisita.

Qualche difficoltà ad avere acqua calda la sera dell'arrivo: dopo aver aperto il rubinetto della doccia e aver atteso parecchi minuti, alla fine mi sono risolto a fare una doccia tiepida. Fortuna che era una giornata molto calda.

We had a perfect stay and will definitely come back here. The room was perfect and quiet and the food is very delicious.

Diner at the hotel/restaurant was delicious. The children also enjoyed diner. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast is very good, a lot of choice. We had a perfect stay and will definitely return.

Molto sotto le aspettative

Servizio. Non è possibile doversi alzare 2 volte per chiedere un cappuccio o un the, ed averlo a colazione terminata. Chiedere quindi di portare il limone ( mai arrivato). Non mi sembra il massimo che si rifacciano le stanze vicino alla tua già alle 8.30-9.00 del mattina di un giorno festivo creando disturbo. Abbastanza old style con vista parcheggio interno. Colazione e camera non all'altezza del costo.

Struttura top

Staff supergentile ed accogliente, camera a tema, spaziosa, con soffitti alti e curata in ogni dettaglio. Viaggiavamo con una bambinaed una cane di piccola taglia. Ristorante per cena ottimo. Colazione Top!! Torneremo sicuramente

hotel carino per brevi soggiorni in centro a Lugo

l'addetto alla reception era molto gentile e ospitale, abbiamo apprezzato le pietanze del ristorante

la camera quadrupla era un po' piccola per quattro persone (letto/divano a castello) e il bagno veramente troppo stretto, inoltre mancava il sapone per la doccia (c'era solo shampoo/balsamo). Il personale a cena ci ha fatto attendere troppo, servendo prima persone che erano arrivate dopo di noi. Addirittura noi dovevamo ancora ordinare e queste persone già stavano mangiando. Anche facendolo notare al cameriere, non si è scusato. Fortunatamente lo ha fatto il gentile addetto alla reception. La colazione dalle foto su Booking sembrava molto più invitante rispetto a quella trovata (magari anche una macchinetta del caffè non ci starebbe male)

Excellent choice in Lugo

Exceptional service from the staff. Comfortable bed and clean room. It has a parking lot! Walkable distance to services and the cathedral. At the restaurant, the waiter offered me a great red wine as per my characteristics request.

The seafood pasta at the restaurant could have had a bit less olive oil and other types of seafood, not just clams (:

Hotel in pieno centro a Lugo, molto confortevole , arredamento raffinato.Nella hall di fronte al banco della reception un grande pannello con le firme di personaggi famosi ( attori,giornalisti ecc.) che sono stati ospitati. Pulizia perfetta.Staff gentile ed efficiente. Infine la colazione ricca ,varia, con alimenti glutin free...davvero il top

Never again in this hotel.

The location is near the center, with the main squares at a walking distance. Public parking near the hotel is paid and so it is relatively easy to find a parking space at the end of the day. The breakfast is just standard for a 4-star hotel.

The photos at the booking website are completely different from the room we stayed in. Our room was not refurbished. The floor, furniture, air conditioning unit, everything was very old. I include a few photos. The bedside tables were disgusting, with several stains. Very unpleasant smell of plumbing and sewage inside the room coming from the bathroom. The bathroom also has nothing to do with the website photos... If I wasn´t tired, I would have searched for another hotel nearby.

Really nice stay

Breakfast was excellent and everyone was very kind. Room was big enough for a family of four. Beds were comfortable with firm mattresses.

Shower was leaking.
