nothing special
the first room was very smelly and there was a very bad smell smoke. the second day they given us an other room that was better (no smell smoke) but the corridor was stinky. the shower was very uncomfortable because of the size and the curtain touching yourself during all time.

If you have the bad luck to be lodged in a room facing the apartment block next to the hotel, you're in for anything but a quiet night. In this block the people keep on shouting into the corridor until 3 o clock in the night. FYI, I was lodged in noisy nr 11.

Very helpful and welcoming
plug in sink did not work, smallness of the shower with a fabric screen was difficult to manage, but shower worked fine.

Convenient super central location; very friendly and helpful staff; Absolute value for money. Perfect for a short stay on a budget. They didn't serve breakfast but recommended me an amazing bakery nearby and a great, authentic restaurant for lunch. I felt very welcome as a guest and they met all my questions and requests with a smile.
It's hard to criticise a hotel given the situation of the past two years, especially when you can tell the owners are locals trying to keep up and the room rates are so low. This being said, I think the owners know how they could improve their hotel, following up on the guests reviews and comments on cleanliness, etc. The mattress was old but still comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean; the floors ok, but the room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The extra blankets looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a while. The door couldn't be locked from the inside which made me a little uncomfortable. The shower curtain should be replaced.

Breakfast was not included.
The room was noisy at night till about 11:30pm
It was rustic and basic but equipped with sockets and a chair and desk.
Internet was available in the reception area downstairs.
There were plenty cafes and eateries nearby, great architecture, and a nice park.
There is a lift.
It was a little substandard and could do with renovation. There was no interet bedroom but I was not informed of this. It turned out to be available in the public area on the groundfloor.

Very pleasant staff, helpful. Excellent location. Very long check-in and check-out time.
TV-set was very small.

The location was amazing, located in the city centre. The owner was very friendly, even though communication was not super easy (language barrier)
The hallways were not very clean and smelled quite a bit. The lack of A/C made it quite hot at night, but they did provide a fan. Not a big fan of the dirty-looking red paint on the walls in our room.

The entrance seems pretty very deceiving from the outside, perfect location. Too bad it's wasn't taken care of but has the potential to become the classic small luxurious Italian Hotel.
The bathroom and the room were very dirty, full of spider webs. The towels seemed very old, the hallway had a very bad smell.
