Geweldige ervaring

Hotel bevindt zich op een prima locatie bij strand en boulevard en heeft alle faciliteiten voor een heel aangenaam verblijf.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, belle prestations, propre et bien placé.

Bel établissement propre, personnel très agréable et disponible. Bien placé car un peu à l’écart de la ville mais vraiment pas loin à pied le long de la mer (5 minutes)

La piscine n’était pas chauffée, c’est vraiment dommage car l’eau était vraiment froide (debut mai)

Magnifique hôtel et de plus très bien entretenu. Il est à quelque part de Santa Eularia des Riu. Mention pour le petit déjeuner très complet et de qualité. De plus, nous avons été surclassé dans une suite incroyable !

Sehr gutes Hotel, in der Vorsaison wenig gebucht und deshalb angenehm ruhig mit aufmerksamen Service.

Top Zimmer, exzellenter und freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Frühstück (außer dem Kaffee/Cappuccino - der ist im Vergleich zum übrigen Frühstück verbesserungswürdig).

Manchmal live Musik direkt unter dem Balkon, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster gut zu hören (in der Hauptsaison vermutlich ein größeres Problem). Störendes Licht auf dem Balkon, kann nicht ausgeschaltet werden (Vorhänge durchlässig).

Location, staff, sea view and food- everything was amazingly fantastic!

We received an upgrade to a suite with whirlpool and the overall staff was so nice, knowledgeable and supportive, a really amazing experience!!!

The hotel is very luxurious and has a super great pool area with sea view. The breakfast buffet was the most amazing I have ever experienced!!!!

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einigen negativen Aspekten

Wir hatten die prestige suite mit dachterrasse und whirlpool gebucht, die empfanden wir als sehr ästhetisch, komfortabel und ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem die Damen beim Frühstück. Pluspunkte auch hier, das Buffet hat kaum einen Wunsch offen gelassen! Das ganze hotel war stets sauber und ist eine Wohltat für die Augen, es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und besitzt eine tolle Architektur!

Als störend und ein absolutes no go für ein 5 Sterne hotel empfanden wir, dass uns bei der Nachzahlung fast 100euro zusätzlich auf die Rechnung geschlagen wurden, nach der Prüfung stellte sich hier heraus, dass das abendbuffet am ersten Tag nicht wie angepriesen 50 Euro pro Person sondern 75 Euro kostete. Desweiteren wurden einige Getränke und eine Flasche Wein doppelt abgerechnet, die dann von der Endrechnung nach Prüfung mit den einzelnen Quittungen wieder entfernt wurden. Wir erhielten auch keine Entschuldigung von der Dame an der Rezeption, was sich für ein nach aussen so schickes hotel nicht gehört. Zusätzlich hatten wir einen täglichen Zugang zum Spa in unserem Zimmerpreis inkludiert, das spa hatte aber am Montag Ruhetag und an den restlichen zwei Tagen, die wir dort verbrachten, hatte es lediglich von 11 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet. Wir haben es dann am Dienstag für eine Stunde genutzt, hier waren die Becken mit kaltem Wasser gefüllt, so dass an Entspannung nicht zu denken war. Etliche saunen waren nicht beheizt und in der einen, die funktionierte, gab es bei Benutzung immer wieder Stromausfall, so dass komplette Dunkelheit im gesamten Saunabereich herrschte. Auch hielten sich die Reinigungskräfte nicht an das "bitte nicht stören" Schild was aussen an der Türe hing. Die Dame an der Bar verkaufte und auch ein teureres Getränk unter dem Vorwand, sie hätte die andere Spirituose nicht da, obwohl sie dort im Schrank sichtbar stand. Von mehreren ausgeschriebenen Restaurants im hotel hatte auch leider nur eines offen.

Friendly staff more like a 4+ not a 5 star hotel

Lovely staff ! Fine but not a five star hotel as you know it. More like a 4 + It just didn’t have that polished next level service and feel. Cocktails not great Everyone put towels on the lounges before breakfast so not to miss out which is just a bad feel. Big so lots of people. Rooms were very clean and neat but no soul more like a city hotel.

Amazing room, food, and service. The spa was only open one of the days - but it was fantastic! Even though I was unable to use the spa on one of the days, I was able to use the outdoor pool even after I had checked out.

The spa was shut the second day and I was told that no compensation was allowed because it was a optional extra, not something I'd paid for.

The staff were fantastic, especially Merissa , who work’s the breakfast shift . she accommodated our 10 month old baby , by making up baby food and explaining what was in breakfast dishes suitable for a baby . She went above and beyond.

terrible overall experience for what we paid :( not happy at all

Not a great deal to be honest.. free champagne bought to room which turned out to not be free.

1. Took 20 minutes to Check us in ( no one else in cue) 2. Hotub wouldn’t empty had to keep phoning downstairs to empty and re-fill it. (in the end we ended up not even using it)! 3. the keycard for carpark stopped working a few times which meant us gettin out goin all Way to reception to get it open for us which was so frustrating! 4. staff wouldn’t listen to our complaints and told us we were wrong when we wanted some sort of refund for the hot tub! 5. we phoned downstatirs for some ice to be bought to the room.. they charged us 50 euros for this and told us we had drinks etc (maybe they charged us for the free champagne! as we never ordered any drinks what so ever we needed the ice for our own drinks, why else would we want ice?!! 5. we asked for late checkout the next day n was told we could do it till 6 pm for 90 euro but the system was down (AGAIN) so we will pay for it tommorow, then we got called at 1 pm demanding that we need to leave and late checkout “not possible” !! 6. all in all expected and paid for 5 star service and it was just a stressful stay and would like some sort of reimbursement but i won’t hold my breath! SHOCKING!!!!!!

Lovely hotel location and facilities

we’ve stayed here numerous times and love the location and facilities.

The staff were very unhelpful when we checked in, at booking I had asked for 2 connecting rooms a while ago but this wasn’t acknowledged or possible due to being fully booked. Our eldest is 12 and classed as an adult so I don’t think it was recognised why we wanted connecting rooms. I understand it’s busy but to be told ‘it is what it is’ we can’t do anything was not brilliant service for an expensive hotel. Thankfully a lovely manager (Jane) was able to explain the situation and while she couldn’t change anything she did offer a late checkout and was very understanding.

Peaceful, enjoyable and beautiful

Great facilities and location, breakfast was tremendous. Cava sangria was very good. The available staff were great, polite, accommodating and attentive without being intrusive.

quality of food at pool was lacking, cocktails full of sugar (cosmopolitan made with lime squash for example). Seemed to be understaffed. Pool towel situation seems excessive (albeit they may have non residents coming in that have forced this situation?). I was on crutches during visit due to an accident and was allocated what was possibly the furthest room from reception (block 3 room 201) which seemed a little off, although could have been unavoidable - if that’s the case at least acknowledge it?)
