Mancarea foarte buna si diversificata ; locatia hotelului excelenta; personal discret si amabil; curatenie exemplara ; muzica foarte buna in restaurant

Cred ca la cina ar fi bine sa fie o sticla de apa plata pt consum pe fiecare masa, iar bauturile alcoolice sa fie aduse doar la solicitarea clientilor. De asemenea ar fi bine sa existe o lista cu produsele care se pot servi si preturile lor (codul QR existent la masa nu se putea scana).

Junior Suite nicht empfehlenswert

Leistung-Preis stimmt eher nicht Junior Suite Balkon extrem sehr smalll konnte man nur stehen, Junior Suite wurde nicht empfehlen , Duschmitteldispener defekt, Wohnzimmer total geschmacklos. Die sogenannte LOUNGE Ist ein WITZ Nüsse, Chips den ganzen Tag Tapa und Wein am Abend:ein Teller mit etwas drauf für alle, war leer in der ersten Minuten Kauf dir lieber etwas in Supermarkt Dort sind die Mitarbeiterin freundlicher. Im diesem Lounge wird man wie ein Bettler behandelt Fitness Raum eine Katastrophe, 3 Geräte 😂 alt und defekt

La decoración del hotel es espectacular. Sus instalaciones muy bien. El personal nos trató muy bien, muy agradables. Solo hicimos el desayuno y salimos encantados. La ubicación excelente

Nice relaxing stay. Would stay here again.

The room was very nice with a ide sea view. The location was perfect right on the promenade for walks. Breakfast and Dinner had a good selection and catered for most diets, and was excellent value

Just one thing, we had a late flight and it would have been good to have had a shower room, but not a deal breaker for us.

Wouldn’t stay again

Location on the beach, the sector of the hotel.

Shower flooded the bathroom and into the bedroom, has to more rooms room we where upgraded but was hassle as only staying one one had to re pack unpack. Had to payee for ice, first hotel even we have been asked to payee as a guest. Wanted to take to room for room as so warm. The room was boiling hot, had to sleep with door open but then the balcony lights on so couldn’t sleep as like sleeping with light in. Asked to speak to manager to complain and too busy to speak to us. Just not the service expect for the level of staff hotel. Buffet staff like look don’t want tone there no smiles friendly. Lovely looking hotel just staff not customer service foused at all. Food ok not what expecting.

Situation exceptionnel sur la plage. Proximité de l'Aéroport. Lieu historique et architecture 60's. Hotel magnifique refait à neuf.

Gros problème d'odeur d'égouts chaque nuit dans la salle de bain : problème de désiphonage de la douche. C'est fort dommage car tout le reste est super !

I found the location very good , enjoyed the beach front , food was good , the entertainment staff were excellent , Racquel , was very friendly and made such a great effort with the 11am programme

was a spur of the moment booking staff and the welcome was fabulous

Excellent sea views located on sea front with plenty of restaraunts

we chose full board considering the location would have B&B only next visit

Great stay in a lovely hotel in a fantastic location.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was good and a great selection of food. Rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel was spotlessly clean.

On the day of our departure we didn’t fly until 10.30pm. The hotel does not have a room you are able to use to shower after you’ve checked out at midday. Very surprised that in a 4 star hotel this isn’t standard. Fortunately as our room hadn’t been booked on the day of our departure we were able to pay €40 to keep it until 6pm.

The location was great , was very clean also amd our room had the best view over the beachfront

Breakfast was quite bland, pool area was a bit tired and dated, not many sunbeds available and not enough around the poolside, only available was on the lawn area

Excellent hotel, highly professional service, nice food, both breakfast and dinner, variety of dishes to choose, super clean, comfortable beds, excellent shower.

Coffee is terrible no idea why they don’t change coffee machine in the restaurant.

Another wonderful holiday at the pez espada where friendly welcoming staff who have worked there man

Breakfast fabulous Location brilliant Staff excellent and friendly We have been going there many times and different seasons and never get disappointed

The bed in the main building was very hard and u comfortable and we have noticed this in the past, the roo And views were fabulous but unfortunately I have a bad back and couldn’t stay using that bed. However Martin on the front desk was extremely helpful and found us another room and that bed was wonderful. We also couldn’t use the swimming pool as was too cold despite the lovely weather we did think maybe solar panels could b used to heat the pool.

Lovely get away location / very central - fab accommodation and staff very facilitating-no negative

Suite was fab and would book again definitely - the lounge for suite users was great addition - loved it. Cleaning staff lovely - restaurant staff lovely - reception staff very helpful. Loved loved it 🥰

Dinners could be more varied in evenings especially for kids it was limited
