Luces muy molestas

Ubicación y atención.

La luz de la terraza balcón permanece encendida toda la noche sin opción a apagarla. Un derroche y contaminación lumínica innecesaria y que hace imposible dormir si recurrir al aire acondicionado. Además frente a la habitación estaba el logo luminoso del hotel de al lado que parecía una feria.

un manque d'information de la part du garçon qui a fait beaucoup d erreurs... il.nous à çompte 2 nuits alors que nous sommes restés 3.nuits à la fin du compte nous nous sommes fait passé pour des voleurs plus jamais dans cette app hotel

Все просто супер!

Мы остались очень довольны пребыванием в данном отеле, хороший и отзывчивый персонал, чистый номер. В номере было все необходимое для проживания, посуда, микроволновка, чайник, тостер, меняли полотенца, забирали мусор. Также предоставлялись средства для гигиены, гель для душа, шампунь, туалетная бумага. Вай фай хорошо работал.

The room was super clean.

It is a bit old the hotel, the room it was in the -1, not the best option for the price. The breakfast had a lot of options, but not good, it was missing more healthy foods.

very noisy property. you can hear next door and people at balcony. we didn’t get a night of good sleep because next door was playing loud music and chatting till 3am and they didn’t stop even though we told them many times.

Great place to stay, highly recommend.

Great size for two people, with a huge balcony to relax on. Breakfast and bar downstairs were excellent. It’s like a mini resort in a beautiful quiet town. We got a free upgrade because they were overbooked.

Nice quiet hotel in great location

the room had everything you could need. We always eat out but they had facilities there should you need a basic breakfast. Left a little welcome pack of washing up liquid and a tea towel which was handy

Although friendly the receptionist was very slow at checking in. We was left for nearly 30 mins in a hot reception while she checked in only one person in this time.

Amazing Stay at lovely apartment

The staff was amazing. We arrived late at night and Jesus from the front desk was so nice and friendly. The room is spacious, with a lovely balcony and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and the shower had a nice water pressure. Breakfast was served until late so that was very appreciated, it had more than I expected. The location of the hotel is great, supermarkets and town close by with plenty of options.

We had two single beds put together, would have been nice to have a big bed to share with my boyfriend but it was ok. But other than that I loved every bit of our stay

A very pleasant stay with excellent staff.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly particularly around helping us to arrange trips and taxis. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The room was modern and has a kitchen with all the essentials for simple meals (incl. a small starter kit). Bathroom was clean and good size.

Clean, comfortable, great location and value for money.

Quiet location within walking distance of restaurants, beaches and the old town. Comfortable beds, blackout curtains. Clean room and communal areas. Kitchenette was well equipped with moka pot, toaster, microwave.

Kitchenette was a bit dated, but it was clean and well equipped so wasn't a problem. You could hear noise from other rooms at times, but no more than I'd expect from a hotel.

it was comfortable and clean with air-con, staff were friendly and helpful.

If I have to say something it has to be the lift, I don’t like lifts anyway but it was very small we were only on second floor so didn’t use it, it was scary for me.

Our 3 weeks here were a pleasure.

Hotel very well run. Staff from housekeeping to front desk to bar/restaurant all very helpful and friendly. All very clean and well organized. Bar/restaurant good value for money. Also excellent WiFi and aircon.

The apartments could do with updating, they are a little "tired". A little disappointing the bar/restaurant closed at 8pm.

If I need to stay in Tossa again and get the best price definitly I will have choosen again.

The hotel was really good located and We enjoyed our time there the staff was really kind and the relation of price and value its an excellent choice.

The only thing a little anoying was that the walls are not sound proof and you can hear the neightbors moving their chairs.
