Bom, mas esperava mais

O quarto era enorme e tinha uma bela vista

Localização e instalações antigas de banheiro. Meu marido escorregou e se machucou na banheira. Voltou para casa com um grande hematoma. Apesar do calor de quase 40°C, a piscina estava fechada, mas no anúncio do hotel estava escrito que havia piscina disponível.

Le confort de la literie

Pratiquement tout, très mal placé, la chambre est équipée du strict minimum, il n’y a qu’un seul oreiller pas de couverture ou oreiller en plus dans les armoires… pas de bouilloire… le basic d’un hôtel… Le buffet, si vous n’allez pas à l’ouverture vous n’avez pas de table pratiquement car 95% des tables réservées pour les groupes. Le dîner se fait en fonction des groupes et nous ne sommes pas prévenus quand l’horaire change… c’est extrêmement bruyant… Hôtel très mal placé… les cartes se sont désactivées au moins 4 fois… L’extérieur de l’hôtel laisse à désirer… on dirait que l’hôtel tombe en ruine.

It was in a good location for us at the time.

The hotel is lovely to look at although a little dated. Check in was very efficient and friendly.

Our room was very dated. The beds were not particularly comfortable neither were the pillows, no spares in the wardrobe. The safe was nearly impossible to use and the amenities in the bathroom were very poor.

Copia de llaves sin identificación

El desayuno muy variado.

Por la noche, a los chicos, le dieron copia de las llaves de las habitaciones, sin necesidad de mostrar DNI, ni siquiera tuvieron que decir el nombre, les bastó dar el número de habitación. Creo que es poco seguro y eso nos pareció un error

Las habitaciones no corresponden con las fotos,son muy antiguas y estropeadas, las camas se hunden y son incómodas, para nada corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas

Very good, clean, friendly staff. Would be happy to stay again

The room was big, for the price it was lovely to have a large junior suite with a good size bathroom, living room, balcony and bedroom. The pool area was very nice with easy access to the bar for cold water (it was 42c so water was important). Unfortunately due to a medical incident, my friend had to visit a local hospital. Reception was very helpful directing me to the hospital and all staff polite and friendly. This was nice as I often feel less welcome in Spain as an Englishman, but the staff were very nice.

The rooms are looking a little tired, some paint on the furniture would smarten things up. My only gripe is the €7.50 for parking, which I think is expensive given the location is not in Seville… it made it feel like a cheeky way to make extra cash, although I appreciated the parking was under covers protecting my vehicle from the sun.

Staff was speaking bad English except Davide. Very bad and poor breakfast for the price they are asking. Also you need to pay for the parking and old and peeling furniture. No space for opening the luggage

Super comfortable, well looked after.

The staff were very accommodating, I had 6:00am starts each day and they made me a breakfast box each day.

The evening meal was a little too late for me as I had early starts. It would have been great if the sun loungers were available to use.

Actually, everything was bad.

Cleanliness, all old stuff. Old rooms. Bad food and big prices. Pool not working. The rooms has no isolation. I could hear my all neighbours.

Lovely stay close to Donana National Park and Seville.

We used this as our base for visiting the Donana National Park - we had the Romantic offer which included evening meal, breakfast and a bottle of bubbly in the room. Food and service was fantastic. We had a huge room with balcony and living room space, the bathroom was lovely and had loads of great products. My only issue was I think the rooms either side of us had jetlag and were moving around all night so I barely slept sadly. But I recommend the hotel and the additional food options, was a lovely hotel to stop for the night.

All lovely. Just a jetlagged guest or two that kept us awake.

hotel close to the motorway in good condition, but in need of improvement

it was well air conditioned with a good temperature. good garden view. well designed room layout. in terms of cleanliness it was so-so.

poor quality beds, it was just a platform with legs that made a lot of noise. TV aerial cable was not connected. Light switch fixtures were missing, or some were even broken. Shower did not hold the holder.

Horrible, would not recommend

EVERYTHING. The Hotel pictures on Booking.com and the actual hotel were 2 different rooms. We had broken furniture and sinks. The whole room was really old and broken and, staff made us feel stupid for not being able to speak Spanish as English speakers. A simple room service order had to go through a minimum of 4 staff members before our order could be registered. We’re english not Aliens. This was booked for my Boyfriends birthday and nothing about the room or stay made it feel special. I will never be staying here again. The breakfast didn’t have anything Vegetarian or Vegan so we literally ate bread and overall just felt un welcome here.

GREAT STAY WITH A GREAT STAFF.

I thought from the time I checked in to the kindness and politeness the staff showed me throughout my stay were nice. I even extended and they did that flawlessly. I will no doubt stay there again because even the food was good to eat. The view from the balcony was quite amazing as well.

The WIFI reception could have been better, but other than that, I don't think there is much I could have wanted. I thought the food process, especially at breakfast was a bit pricey but overall it wasn't bad.

Nice and convenient for travel through the area.

Convenient to highway, secured parking, and restaurant bar area.

Rooms were not very sound proof. heard the guest in the next room all night long. Sounded like construction with the headboard banging against the wall.

Good place for an overnight stay. Wouldn't want to spend more time here. Friendly staff, especially in restaurant. I recommend the entrecote. Was delicious!!

3 great nights and 1 sleepless night

Clean Room. good food. Friendly staff. Pretty hotel.

You allowed a wedding to play loud music until 8am. Totally unfair to the other guests. I did not sleep at all that night.
