Super. Dommage pour le temps sur 4 jours 2 jours de pluie

Nous aimons beaucoup le site mais surtout les balades et la propreté des plages des criques très beau .L'ambiance le soir .

Notre voiture nous a permis de visiter les alentours.

Personnel de l accueil a peu près aimable, sans plus. Repas répétitif.

Ménage laisse à désirer, toujours obligé de demander le changement des serviettes même si mise à terre pour le changement. Hôtel en refection,dépot de vieux lits,sommier a l arrière. Pas ou peu de bus dans la station, donc impératif de venir avec une voiture

furniture old and in bad conditions, 40 % of the lights in the room weren’t working working, staff didn’t have toothbrushes, hot water last for one shower.

Great stay

The place is really nice for the price we paid. It's a bit outdated, but we prefered to pay a lower price since it was clean and well located.

The courtains and the furniture is a bit old, but again, we prefer to pay less as long as it's clean and has the basic amenities.

We thought the breakfast could have been a better standard, even if it meant charging a bit more. Compared to breakfast offered in the Park Hotel San Jorge across the road

Great Location and Facilities! Receptionists are kind.

The hotel had all the basic facilities, with cozy rooms and a nice swimming pool. Location is great. Booking a room with sea wiew it's worth it. Great Location. Different "calas" are within walking distance.

I didn't like the breakfast buffet. It's expensive for its quality. In the bathroom there was no shower gel. Wifi signal couldn't reach the room on the upper floor.

Would recommend for a family holiday

Very relaxed vibe at this nice apart hotel - staff were lovely and the children were allowed to have fun in the pool. Super location, close to beach and short walk to the town.

A bit of variety in the food selection would have been welcome ( we went for the all inclusive option)

Location

The Room - not very clean, no WiFi signal in the room, the mobile network was not working when you enter the hotel, 80% they don't speak and don't understand English or others languages; The breakfast very poor; The fun night program very loud, and keep it up to midnight, no way to relax. In total, been there but never come back

Fantastic Staff and Great place

All you need in one place, a shop,bar,restaurant, swimming pools and entertainment. Eva the kids entertainer was Fantastic. The swimming pools where clean and had a lifeguard The complex had a lovely family atmosphere,and there was plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The apartment had everything you needed. The food was excellent in the restaurant menu of the day was €15 and was a help yourself hot and cold buffet. And The beach and shops where a 5 min walk away.

All in all, it was relaxing, pleasant, and good value. I would recommend and stay again.

The room had comfortable beds, good aircon, a well-equipped bathroom. The balcony was large and quite private, so we were able to use it a lot. The pools were lovely and well-maintained. The layout was family friendly and even though there were entertainments in the bar each night, everything was quiet by 11:30, enabling a good night's sleep. I ate at the restaurant only once, but the salmon and asparagus were delicious. There is also a useful little shop, so even if you come without a car, you can get most of what you need without walking to a supermarket off site.

There weren't enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone, you need to get down to the pool at 10 if you want to bag one. The rules about an adults-only pool are ignored, so expect kids squealing and throwing footballs around in both pools. The pool staff are teenagers and at times they turned up music and messed about around the pool to impress their friends.

Very dirty and no maintainance at all. We had to change to another apartment, as first one was extremely dirty (even some spiderwebs in different places, which means there is no real cleaning works), and terribly mantained (nasty spots on walls (humidity?), broken furniture, creaky beds, wooden furniture with separated wood layers...). Second one was a bit better, but still having aimilar problems of dirtiness and very low maintenance

We really enjoyed our stay.

The location, just outside the main resort but close to lovely beaches and only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the main beach. The room was clean and had a large balcony and well equipped kitchen and good air conditioning. The beds were comfortable. Very friendly and helpful reception team.

The room didn’t have a kettle, a hair drier or a bin in the bathroom.

Not recommended at all.

It was extremely dirty. There were dead bugs on the furniture. Not enough hot water so only one of us had the chance to shower with hot water. We had to leave because we couldn't stand being there anymore. When we tried to solve the problem with them they ignored our calls and didn't offer any help.

Practical, Easy, and VERY accessibale for exploring Costa Brava

We were 3 people who needed a place for 1 night, and we got more than we needed. Summarized in one word: EASY. It made our journey easy and served as a practical, accessible, and comfortable base for spending only the time needed to shower, sleep and reset between exploring Costa Brava. The bedrooms have a door giving you the privacy you want. Parking gave you direct access to the apartment without going via reception. Spacious terrace and well-equipped kitchen. Clean. Basic. Great shower and beds were firm. We all slept like babies.And off we went with a swift check-out in the morning.

Service is of the most basic level, staff wasn't doing more than needed to get us in and out as fast as possible. Wi-Fi wasn't available in our apartment. The walls are thin so once your neighbor is up, you will most probably hear it, but as we woke up early, no problem.

Never again

It's a nice place some of the staff are lovely but

it was absolutely filthy 4 different apartments we got moved too at 11pm with 2 small kids one of whom is autistic and adhd and petrified of the dark and we ended up in an apartment were electricity kept blowing and then did not work full stop I spoke to manager the next day the language barrier was an issue but he basically accused me of wanting a free holiday then came back and offred us free breakfast during are stay we got turned down at the restraunt on last night for dinner and given no explanation just the hand gesture to shoo

Nothing, this place is horrible stay away from it. Plus, they are just bunch of liers.

Firstly, on booking it's says that there is a free wifi available in rooms, but in actually it is only available in the common areas...outside. I came there for work and I needed the Internet so the whole weekend was wasted. Secondly, it was dirty, just plaster and dust from the plaster everywhere. I had to rewash all the dishes, wipe all the surfaces and collect other peoples hair from the bed linen, even windows were filthy. Thirdly, the bathroom stank and because if that so did the whole place. Moreover, it was cold, the AC that they have didn't help at all, so I had to cover myself with those filthy blankets. And when I wanted to take a shower there was no hot water. Honestly, I couldn't wait to get back home and just wash off all that filth of my body. Disgusting

Located near the beach.

It was very quiet, the heating didn't work properly, the rooms didnt have wifi, nor was there any phone signal to use data. Also, the location is not in the heart of Costa Brava, this is in Sant Jordi, so beware. But the beaches here were nice too :)
