Nem sikerült belopni magát a szívembe a személyzetnek! Kritikán aluli hozzáállás!

Jelzem, hogy szálltam már meg itt!

A foglalásunk 4 szobára szólt, amiből 2 szobát lemondtam! A maradék, lefoglalt 2 szobát kifizettem előre. A megérkezésünkkor a recepción közölték, hogy úgy vették, hogy lemondtam a teljes foglalásomat, így szobájuk nincs! Aztán sikerült elérni, hogy 1 szobát el tudtak foglalni gyerekek! A felnőtt társaság az éjszakában kereshetett magának másik szállást! A pénzt azóta sem utalták vissza, nem reagálnak a megkeresésekre (a booking ügyfélszolgálatra és saját üzenetre sem). Azért azt visszaírták a reklamációmra, hogy köszönik és viszlát!

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA

Esperienza totalmente da dimenticare. Appena siamo arrivati ci hanno assegnato una camera alle spalle della struttura principale (infatti si doveva uscire dal lato e fare il giro)fatta in pre-fabbricato tipo container dei camion con una puzza incredibile di muffa,sporca,trascurata,freddissima e con un bagno incredibilmente piccolo…a stento giusto per entrare,non si riusciva a muoversi nemmeno per fare i bisogni e fare la doccia o lavarsi i denti nel lavandino minuscolo era praticamente impossibile. Il pavimento era irregolare credo fatto di legno risultava molto complicato camminarci su. La porta era fatta di cartone pressato,passava freddo come non ci fosse un domani,aveva delle viti messe alla buona conficcate dentro che fuoriuscivano pericolosamente per gli ospiti con rischio di ferite.Le foto della struttura non risultavano reali a quelle presenti su Booking al momento della prenotazione ma totalmente diverse. Non si può chiamare “CAMERA” e offrire questo servizio agli ospiti è veramente disgustoso e irrispettoso. Abbiamo segnalato subito al manager della struttura il nostro malcontento e la richiesta di un cambio assoluto di una camera “normale” nella struttura principale ma ci è stato detto che purtroppo era tutto pieno per la notte.Noi volevamo scappare da questo tugurio ma erano le 01:00 e trovare una alternativa risultava molto complesso. Il giorno dopo finalmente la camera è stata cambiata in una della struttura principale ma il livello di pulizia era lo stesso purtroppo. Camera fatta almeno in mura reali e non in cartongesso,bagno leggermente più grande ma senza luce nella doccia ci siamo lavati al buio. Abbiamo deciso di rimanere nonostante sembrava molto difficile dormire anche in questa camera. La mattina della seconda notte mentre prepariamo le valigie per lasciare finalmente questo incubo ci accorgiamo di aver dormito su dei letti che avevano le pulci. Assurdo che Booking possa permettere tutto questo. Tutto documentato da foto che parlano da sole.

Good choice to stay in North London

This is my second time staying at this place. It's very convenient as the Golders Green station is just 3 mins walk from the property, there are also many bus stops around. The rooms are always very clean, the staff is always in contact prior to your arrival at the property. If you are looking to stay in North London area this this is your place. Strongly recommended!

Cheap and good location but would not return

Good location near the tube station and manager was nice. Free parking.

Room smelled disgusting of strong mould & damp. Curtains and bed were dirty and mouldy. Uncomfortable beds & my friends woke up with bites all over them. Was told to be quiet at 7pm for watching tv…

Suficiente para descansar

Es una casa dividida en varios cuartos pequeños. La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente para descansar después de un dia explorando Londres. Nuestra habitación tenía un mini refrigerador, algo muy inusual en los de bajo costo en Inglaterra, y útil para reducir costos en alimentación. El personal fue amable y me dio otra habitación cuando expliqué que preferiamos no subir las escaleras. Justo alnlado de un supermercado, lo cual fue muy conveniente. A 5 minutos de la estación del subterráneo y de ahí 30 minutos del centro de Londres.

El baño es era muy pequeño y olía a humedad.

Stay away from this place

The stay has been a nightmare, probably the worst we've ever had ever. Bed bugs, mold, rust, dust, sewer smell, hair/beard hair everywhere. The cleaning was approximative and unacceptable. Stay away from this place, they act like good and innocent people, they know every problem, they say you that they will fix, but they won't refund you in any case and you'll lose your money if you decide to go somewhere else. They don't respond to any calls, emails both from Booking or from us. I would stay away!

The owner lets us leave car there early before checkin so we could go into London early

The blind in room wouldn't close so let the light in early morning so didn't sleep well window wouldn't open so room was very hot there was a fan provided but very noisy at night so couldn't keep it on

Paper thin walls so you could even hear next door guests snoring. Also, if you have inconsiderate other guests above like I did, the noise late at night prevents a good night’s sleep

Solo para dormir….

Para dormir es tranquilo y cuenta con agua caliente, al frente hay un colegio y desde las 7am los niños cantan así q si quieres dormir más allá no lo podrás hacer. Las estaciones de tren y buses muy cerca q una cuadra y te facilita la movilidad.

No nos gustó que cobran hasta por una almohada, por una manta, por si llegas tarde habiendo pagado 3 noches el vuelo se retardó y llegamos sobre las 12:20 y nos cobraron 20libras por eso, se ve que eran habitaciones de airb&b y adaptaron a hotel es bueno para dormir. Escaleras muy incómodas para personas incapacitadas o con mucho equipaje. Debes aprenderte los códigos para abrir puerta para guardar llave en fin.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Lage zur nächstgelegenen Bahnstation, um die Londoner Innenstadt schnell erreichen zu können war super.

Das Zimmer war unsauber, Schimmel in der Dusche und an den Vorhängen. Zunächst wurden wir in einem kleinen angebauten Zimmer untergebracht, welches sich ausserhalb des Hauptgebäudes befand. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, bekamen wir ein größeres Zimmer. Die Betten haben keine Lattenroste und sind aus Holzplatten zusammengebaut. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen nicht (mehr) der aktuellen Situation. Es gab wohl einen Besitzerwechsel. Im ganzen Gebäude roch es ununterbrochen nach Gras/Weed.

Lovely stay!

The owners and people working there were lovely, extremely kind and helpful. Probably the kindest service I've ever experienced.

The bathroom is a bit small but that being said it worked perfectly fine and the shower did seem new, just keep in mind that you get what's reasonable for this price.

La proximité du métro des bus à 2 min à pieds. Les commerces cafés restaurants à côté du logement. Le personnel discret mais présent si jamais on a une question. La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle et elle était faite tout les jours.

Bon rapport qualité prix très facile d'accès

la proximité avec le métro Golders Green sur la Northline. la facilté d'entrer/sortir avec le code de la porte. Les draps et les essuies ont été changés sans qu'on ne demande. la savon en distributeur à l'évier et dans la douche. 2 prises européennes dispo en plus des prises UK. ça c'est top. Proche de commerces, petits restos sympas et du bar Linda à côté du métro pour le petit dej.

le fait que la chambre triple que j'avais réservée n'en était pas vraiment une, le lit 2 personnes a été tourné contre mur pour ajouter 1 lit 1 personne en plus à côté. Du coup la TV était derrière nous. Le ménage avait été fait mais pas dans les coins. Les lampes de chevets de fonctionnaient pas, le porte rouleaux de papier WC était cassé, le pommeau de douche coulait. la chambre a clairement besoin d'un coup de frais et de qqs réparations mais bon apprort qualité prix tout de même

Very close to Golders Green and ameneties. Close to the park.

Room was miniscule, you could hardly squeeze past the bed to get to the bathroom. Electricity went off in the evening - had to get the manager to sort it out. No hot water in the morning so couldn't shower. Had to pay £10 to leave the car parked for a few extra hours.

Nice room - would return

Nice sized room, bathroom nicely done out if not a little worn the toilet was a macerator so did make a noise when flushed for a short period of time. friendly staff, nice area, some restaurants and shops nearby. I stayed in room 22 which was out the back of the main hotel - it was a bit concerning being taken outside and around the back but a nice room with a small communal patio style area. Comfy bed, chair and desk provided. There was a mini plug in fridge available to use as well. As a traveller who stays overnight for work it met all of my needs and I would return.

Room was a little in need of a good going over / deep clean. The room was surface clean but it did have things like paint on the floor in places. Marks on the wall. There was a spotlight that did come on sporadically during the night that did light the room up - nothing that an eye mask wouldn't have fixed if you are affected by that sort of thing. The room was boiling hot when I arrived as the heater was on 26° however I left the door open and the window with the fan on and it soon cooled down

Bon séjour à Londres

La situation était parfaite. A même pas 2min à pieds du métro et des bus. Un magasin également tout près pour y faire des courses. Je pourrais y retourner car le prix était raisonnable et nous étions en sécurité.

Chambre petite mais c'est pour dormir donc suffisant. La propreté peut mieux faire mais ce n'est pas non plus très sale (disons que le ménage n'est pas fait à fond partout). Les lits ont été faits et je balais aussi je pense en notre absence.

Amazing place for budget and business stays!

The receptionists are very professional people, the place is quite nice and what I needed. It was warm, I had an en-suite toilet so no sharing, the shower was very good and warm, the room was clean and tidy and the size was convenient for my stay. Price was awesome!

L'unica nota positiva è la posizione vicino alla metro e il cambio asciugamani giornaliero

La camera che ci è stata assegnata non corrispondeva a quella prenotata. A inizio soggiorno ci hanno detto che l'avrebbero cambiata ma non è stato così. La camera era minuscola e in due persone ci stavamo strette, inoltre il bagno, minuscolo e senza finestra,è stato senza luce per tutta la durata del soggiorno costringendoci a lavarci con la torcia del telefono accesa. Il personale alla reception quasi inesistente, al nostro arrivo non ci sono stati chiesti nemmeno i documenti e ci ha stata chiesta una caparra per le chiavi di 30£ che poi non ci è stata restituita.

Camera quadrupla sufficiente

Questa recensione si riferisce solamente alla stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato perché, incontrando altri turisti… mi pare di capire che altre stanze erano abbastanza piccole e senza finestre. Noi siamo sicuramente stati fortunati perché avevamo una quadrupla con letti comodi, spaziosa ed ampia finestra

In bagno c’era un fortissimo odore di fognatura, la pulizia in generale lasciava un po’ a desiderare. Non ho gradito trovare la finestra aperta al nostro arrivo ed il calorifero spento considerato il periodo piuttosto freddo (sempre sotto zero)…

Close to the station train and bus stations

Literally 4 minutes from the tube Golders Green station. Plenty of bus options during the day and night straight bus from the centre. In 15-20 mins you could be in the center with the Northern Line ( black line) Very convenient when arriving or departing from Stansted or Luton airport the National Express stops at Golders Green it's 50 mins journey. I stayed in room 18 and it was all good clean and tidy.

There is a very small gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, we covered it with a towel, in winter time I believe it will affect the temperature of the room ( the room has a heater)

I booked a family room for four people separately for two days, and the price was the same at the time of booking. As it was my first time using Booking, one booking information was filled in for 4 people to stay in a family room, while the other was filled accidentally in as one person staying in a family room. As it was the last room, I did not cancel my reservation and filled in the information again. Instead, I wrote to inquire if the hotel could help me correct it with a note. The hotel first confirmed that there was no problem with the price of a room for four people, while the other one intentionally didn't respond...When we arrived in London, we were only given a single room! When we showed the manager the chat records and he said, 'If I don't reply, I won't agree! We can't give four people family room unless you add another 50 pounds! I should have charged you even 80 pounds'... :( Why didn't you make it clear in the message that you wanted to raise the price? At that time, our friend fell down and broke a bone, and the plane was delayed. It was almost midnight when we checked in, and the manager knew that we had to pay for the family room with any price they asked. The terrifying room situation. Firstly, the area is extremely small! Two people in the hallway cannot cross over at the same time. A 28 inch suitcase cannot be opened inside the room! Secondly, the sound insulation is poor, the facilities are noisy, and the water pump pumps every ten minutes, making it difficult for people to fall asleep. Finally, there is no service available, such as storing luggage for 10 pounds per piece per day. As to the cost, why not stay at a youth hostel, which provides free breakfast with better management.

It's a very friendly, clean accommodation (no bugs, insects etc even though I was terrified reading the reviews) at an excellent convenient location but at small size which is fine for 1-2 night's sleep Ahmed is really helpful, always there so no complaints 🙂

A good welcome. Helpful staff. They realised I am disabled and offered me a ground floor room. I didn't take it because my friend and I needed twin beds. Very sweet they offered.

The configuration of the bathroom made it almost impossible to sit on the toilet. As a consequence the toilet seat is broken. The manager who we met would have no chance of sitting or standing over the toilet bowl. He was tall and long limbed. My knees were against the radiator. Shower fab.

Staff polite and friendly.

Awful cramped rooms. Not enough space for me, my wife and our luggage. Not spotlessly clean. Mattress we fell into and shabby quilt was not big enough for the bed.
