Sehr sicherer Ort in Johannesburg. Man kann auch direkt über das Hotel in eine Mall gelangen. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und okay.

Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Weder beim Check in, noch beim Essen im Restaurant oder generell. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen höchst unmotiviert zu sein. Nur 1-2 Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich (weiß leider die Namen nicht mehr). Das Essen ist Durchschnitt. Am Buffet sind die Speisen lauwarm. Mussten 1 Nacht in Johannesburg zwischenlanden, somit hat das Hotel seinen Zweck erfüllt.

we arrived at 20h00 pm but we had to wait for 2hrs while rooms are being cleaned and checking if we will be able to get the room and we requested for a refund but nope.it was cold

I would definitely revisit:)

Great location, friendly staff and great view from the rooms.

The pool is rather small, so is the bed.. but these things did not dampen our stay.

Worst experience ever. I won't forget the rudeness of the lady who checked us in.

The best thing about the hotel was the location and the shuttle service to Mandela square. The breakfast was also good.

Worst experience ever. The lady at the front desk was very rude. I had requested a twin bed room when booking, and upon arrival, I informed the receptionist of my request and asked for a room on a lower floor. Despite this, she checked us into a single bed room on the 7th floor. We went up to the room and realized it was indeed on the 7th floor and had a single bed. We went back to inform her that the room had a single bed, not a twin bed. She then told me she would try to find a twin bed room because, according to her, I had booked a single bed. I had to show her my booking details to prove I had booked a twin bed room. She then agreed to give us a twin bed room, and it was on the 3rd floor but in a very noisy area where we couldn't get a good rest, especially during the early hours. Additionally, it's important to mention that the restaurant staff gave more preference to white guests. Several times, I asked them for something, and they pretended to forget, while promptly serving the next guests who were white. To make matters worse, the floor was not well cleaned and had a strange smell. Overall, it was the worst experience ever.

Horrible service from frontline staff. Clearly graded the kind of guests they would be nice to.

The hotel porters are very welcoming and well mannered treating guests exceptionally well. And the housekeeping staff are very good and vigilant again excellent.

The other staff are not welcoming at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. I wanted to extend my stay initially but in the end I could not wait to leave. If one choose to work providing service to people please act accordingly.

Great value, comfortable and convenient to everything I will make this a regular stay

Breakfast is fantastic. The laundry service is brilliant. The shuttle service is very helpful and the location is convenient to all amenities, restaurants, shopping centres and tourist attractions.

I would have loved a bath tub but I didn’t request one

The staff gets full marks

It was okay

During my stay the room next to me seemed to have some disturbances I could hear through the wall. The furniture needs a but of upkeep. It was comfortable. The Staff was my favorite part they score full marks.

Great location

1. The wall are too thin. We could hear all sexual activities from the next room loud and clear and l can’t imagine what noise they could hear from our side 2. I asked the staff for a complementary something to be made in our room as l was celebrating our 10nth Anniversary with my wife but they said they do not do things like that which l thought is bad service from the hotel. This is the personal touch that should set this hotel apart from the next. Because of this it is very unlikely we will use this hotel in the future

I liked the way the staff was helpful even before my checking and also the shuttle service. Very informative staff about the area. Also, assisted me with my card problem and advised me to not put it close to my phone because it will reprogram. The service was perfect and I just liked staying there. Will defiantly come back when I am in jhb for work.

I think the smoking section can be a little bit more towards the style and standard of the hotel. Maybe under roof or shade will make it great. It was just a little hot sitting at 12h00 with the sun beating down waiting for my uber while taking a smoke.

Active renovations, smell of paint in the foyer Thin partitioned walls in the bathroom, you can literally hear the person in the other room Hotel is still under renovation yet no prior warning when booking Hotel rooftop bar and pool closed for renovations but no warning Rooms are in old state of repair, old run down headboards

Clean. Friendly staff.

That nothing that is advertised is true. If you arrive on a late flight you will not get food, no room service, the bar closes at 10:30pm so you can’t get a nightcap to temper the disappointment of not being able to eat. This is not a place for business travelers.

Superb

Hotel has a good location & all the staff we came into contact with were excellent, especially Zama & Emmanuel, the 2 chefs at breakfast & Teboho who makes an excellent latte.
